Description
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, strategic Insights & Measurement Lead to define and drive the Brand Partnerships insights strategy at Overwolf, turning audience intelligence, measurement, and storytelling into a powerful force for gaming advertising.
As our Insights & Measurement Lead, you’ll serve as the senior owner of audience intelligence, strategic storytelling, measurement partnerships, and insights-driven commercial enablement across the Brand Partnerships team. You’ll lead and grow the Insights team, translating data into stories that connect gaming audiences with world-class brands and prove the real commercial value of gaming advertising.
This is a high-impact, senior role at the intersection of data, strategy, and commercial growth. You’ll shape how Overwolf tells its story to brands, build scalable measurement capabilities, and leave a measurable mark on the business.
Responsibilities
Own the Brand Partnerships insights strategy, standards, and roadmap, setting the direction for how the team measures and communicates audience and campaign value
Partner with Brand Partnerships teams to deliver insights, narratives, and recommendations needed to win, grow, and retain client partnerships
Lead Overwolf's measurement strategy by building strategic partnerships, introducing best-in-class methodologies (Brand Lift, Sales Lift, Foot Traffic, Attention, and beyond), and creating scalable proof that demonstrates the effectiveness of gaming advertising for clients, renewals, and future growth
Ensure high-quality storytelling, reporting, and actionable recommendations across all client initiatives, from pre-sale to post-campaign analysis and wrap reports
Directly manage and develop Insights team members, mentoring Insights Managers and building a high-performing, insights-driven team
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in insights, media strategy, audience research, or a related field
4+ years of people management experience as a Manager or Team Lead
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills, with experience presenting strategic insights to senior stakeholders, agencies, or enterprise clients
Experience evaluating, implementing, or managing third-party measurement and research partners, including Brand Lift, Sales Lift, Foot Traffic, and Attention
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for commercial audiences
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities
Strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, and Product in a fast-paced, global environment
Experience working with large datasets and partnering closely with BI, Analytics, or Data teams to transform data into commercial insights
UK-based, with availability to overlap with US, EMEA, and HQ teams
Bonus Points:
Experience working with brand advertisers, agencies, or media partners
Familiarity with gaming audiences, gaming media, or adtech
Experience building scalable insights frameworks, reporting standards, or measurement partnerships
Experience working with research or measurement providers such as Kantar, Nielsen, Circana, Adelaide, or similar

Description
We seek a battle-tested Head of Agency Partnerships to lead Overwolf’s relationships with the major advertising holding companies and help gaming claim its rightful place at the top of the media plan.
You’ll be the senior voice agencies know, trust, and plan with. You’ll land the agreements that turn one-off campaigns into always-on partnerships, and build the relationships that move gaming budgets from “interesting idea” to strategic priority.
This is the most senior relationship role on the Brand Partnerships team, and it is not a sideline. You carry a number and a commission plan, same as the sellers you partner with. We win as a pack.
Responsibilities
Lead Overwolf’s relationships with the major holding companies at the altitude where gaming budgets move: Managing Directors, Investment Leads, and Heads of Investment
Propose, negotiate, land, and execute Master Service Agreements with major holding companies
Make Overwolf a strategic partner agencies build into their gaming media plans, not a vendor they consider at the last minute
Open and deepen Overwolf’s access across major trade desks and curated programmatic marketplaces
Turn signed agreements into committed, year-round spend through quarterly business reviews and joint business plans
Be the category’s most credible voice on why gaming belongs at the top of the media plan, and bring the data to prove it
Partner across Sales, Product, Insights, and Marketing, turning what you hear in-market into sharper products and go-to-market strategies
Save beautiful dragons from castles guarded by evil princesses
Requirements
12+ years in agency, media, or publisher roles, with direct, warm relationships at the MD or Investment Lead level inside the major holding companies
A track record of proposing, negotiating, and landing Master Service Agreements with major holding companies. You’ve done this before, not just watched it happen
Fluency in programmatic, with working knowledge of DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP, plus a real command of curation and PMPs
Executive presence. You’re as comfortable across the table from a Chief Investment Officer as you are rallying a room of planners
Command of the tools of the trade, including Salesforce, MediaRadar or Pathmatics, ComScore, SellerCrowd, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Genuine PC and console gaming fluency, enough to hold a real conversation with a planner about where player attention sits today
Bonus Points
You’ve built something inside a startup or scale-up and liked the chaos
You actually play, or you’re honestly curious about the people who do
You believe gaming has been underestimated by the people writing the checks, and you want to be the one who reframes it

Description
We’re on the hunt for an experienced, hands-on Head of Development to lead Tebex through its next stage of technical growth.
As our Development Guildmaster, you’ll bridge high-level technical vision with day-to-day execution, helping our teams stay nimble, focused, and aligned as Tebex continues to scale. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you’ll lead 15–20 developers through five direct-report lead developers and shape how our teams build, collaborate, and deliver world-class solutions.
Following rapid growth in both headcount and platform scale, this role is key to modernizing Tebex’s platform while preserving the high-velocity startup DNA that got us here. It’s a chance to help shape robust, secure, and scalable technology for the thousands of game studios and in-game creators we power.
AI is already a meaningful part of how our teams work, and we’re looking for a leader who can help take that journey further. You’ll mentor teams on AI-enabled workflows, optimize tooling across the development cycle, and make sure AI remains a practical multiplier for our developers.
Our core platform currently leverages PHP/Laravel and Vue.js, but we believe in using the best tool for the job. You’ll help execute a Node.js pilot program, evaluating how an expanded toolkit can improve technical performance, future-proof hiring, and give our teams a more flexible, modern engineering ecosystem.
So if you’re a technical leader who can balance complex architectural puzzles with people-focused leadership, unblock teams without micromanaging, and guide a major platform evolution without losing momentum – come join the guild.
This role is remote, but you’ll need to be based in the UK and eligible to work full-time.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage a department of 15–20 developers across four teams, mentoring team leads and fostering a culture of high performance and no-nonsense startup agility.
Drive the technical roadmap forward, overseeing the Node.js pilot program and leading the execution of our platform re-architecture.
Own project coordination for the development teams, proactively removing administrative bottlenecks to maximize focus and flow.
Lead the next stage of our AI-first development journey by ensuring AI tools are thoughtfully embedded in our workflow and coaching teams to identify AI-driven efficiencies across the development process.
Take full accountability for the development department’s output, ensuring that the product roadmap is delivered on time and that all code meets our high standards for stability, security, and performance before it reaches production.
Act as the primary coordinator during urgent technical issues and high-stakes deployments, unifying teams to drive decisive resolutions and clear communication across the business.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, such as Head of Development, Engineering Manager, or similar.
Proven track record of managing 15–20+ developers and QA engineers, directly or indirectly.
Deep hands-on experience with PHP/Laravel to guide our foundation, and Node.js/TypeScript to lead our evolution.
Previous involvement in a successful platform transition, whether a language pivot, framework migration, or shift to modular architecture.
Strong ability to maintain business continuity during major technical transitions.
Deep understanding of AI-driven workflows and experience mentoring teams to integrate these tools into every stage of the development process.
Expert-level ability to manage the logistics of software delivery, including identifying project dependencies, removing administrative bottlenecks, and protecting developer flow.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead change, mentor veteran developers through technical shifts, and navigate stakeholder expectations with transparency and directness.
Based in the UK and eligible to work full-time.
Bonus Points
Ability to rally the guild, tame legacy beasts, and keep creator commerce flowing before the final boss deploys to production.
What you’ll get:
Remote Work: Work from home or anywhere that works for you
Private Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind
Stock Options: Be part of our shared success
Wellness Reimbursement: Support for mental health therapy, fitness activities, classes, and related equipment
Gaming Allowance: A dedicated budget for games and gaming equipment
Vacation & Holidays: 33 paid days off per year (including UK bank holidays)
Annual Compensation Review: Ensuring your package remains competitive and rewarding
Personal Development Budget: For courses, training, and professional growth
