Senior Product Marketing Manager
ABOUT PROBOOK
Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate.
Our impact is real. Dispatching the right technician to the right job can mean the difference between a $300 "band-aid" fix and a $20,000 system replacement. By automating previously high-touch workflows around-the-clock, Probook ensures a consistent customer experience without the need for 24/7 live staffing. We unify our customers' processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire dispatch operation.
THE ROLE
You'll be the strategic architect behind why customers choose Probook, building the positioning and narrative that scales from a first cold outbound email to a multi-year enterprise renewal.
This role is for marketers who want to see their work directly shape competitive outcomes. Positioning clarity is the leading predictor of win rate in complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Your narrative and enablement directly determine how Sales performs in the room.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Positioning & Messaging
Own Probook's messaging architecture from company narrative to product, persona, and vertical levels.
Translate technical differentiation into clear, buyer-facing value that resonates with enterprise customers.
Ensure consistency across sales conversations, content, and market-facing communications.
Define ICPs, personas, and jobs-to-be-done that are actionable for Sales and Marketing.
Drive pricing and packaging.
Sales Enablement
Own the strategy and output for sales enablement, with a clear focus on improving win rates and deal velocity.
Build and maintain a focused, high-impact content set: core pitch, vertical narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on priorities and continuously improve what's used in the field.
Drive adoption through training, onboarding, and tight feedback loops.
Competitive Intelligence
Own Probook's competitive strategy, tracking positioning, product evolution, and win/loss dynamics.
Translate insights into clear, actionable guidance for Sales and updates to positioning.
Stay ahead of category shifts across home services software, AI-enabled operations, and dispatch technology.
Vertical & Segment GTM
Own go-to-market strategy for key segments: independent owners and PE-backed roll-ups.
Build complete vertical narratives including buyer, problem, solution, proof points, and differentiation.
Ensure vertical strategies are activated consistently across campaigns, content, and sales motions.
Product Launch & GTM Execution
Own GTM for product launches and major releases from positioning through market activation.
Partner with Engineering to ensure commercial readiness, including packaging, pricing input, and sales readiness.
Define success metrics and feed learnings back into future launches and product strategy.
WHO YOU ARE
Craft & Experience
Background in vertical SaaS, ideally in a technical product environment.
Experience with enterprise sales motions and how positioning shifts as deal size grows.
A track record of partnering directly with founders and product leaders.
A strong design eye — you care about how positioning and enablement materials look and feel, not just what they say.
Operator Mindset
You're energized by moving win rates and deal velocity, not just shipping campaigns.
You thrive in ambiguity and love translating complex product capability into simple, credible language.
High agency: you make the story happen rather than waiting for a brief.
Judgment & Communication
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Strong business acumen: comfortable discussing competitive dynamics, deal strategy, and category positioning.
You know when to lead independently, when to collaborate, and when to escalate.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B or vertical SaaS.
Experience partnering directly with founders or executive leadership on positioning and narrative.
NYC-based and excited about in-office collaboration in a high-intensity environment.
Willing to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits at least once a month.
Authorized to work in the United States.

The Role
You will carry a portfolio of Probook's highest-ACV accounts and own their success — from post-deployment through renewal and expansion. You drive outcomes, not just relationships. GRR, NRR, and expansion are your numbers to hit.
Who You Are
An operator first: You run your book like a business. You track health scores, flag churn risk before it surfaces, and hold customers accountable to the outcomes they signed up for.
Commercially sharp: You spot expansion opportunities naturally, build airtight business cases, and are comfortable asking for the renewal.
A strong executor: You manage a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder accounts without dropping anything. Your project management and follow-through skills are airtight.
Direct and confident: You communicate clearly and concisely with executives, operators, and economic buyers alike. You deliver hard messages without hedging and earn trust through follow-through, not warmth.
Low ego, high output: No task is beneath you. You do whatever it takes to make your accounts successful.
What You Will Own
A portfolio of Probook's largest and most strategic accounts, with full ownership of GRR, NRR, and expansion targets
The full post-launch relationship: Go-Live through renewal, including QBRs, health checks, escalation management, and expansion plays
Cross-functional accountability: work directly with Deployment, Product, and Leadership to surface customer feedback, resolve blockers, and close product gaps that affect retention
Requirements
NYC-based
5-7+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success with a 3M+ book of business
Startup experience is needed unless you can prove you have built playbooks 0-1 (Series A–D)
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise/strategic accounts (10-30 clients max)
Experience managing multi-stakeholder accounts with 3+ decision makers or business units
Vertical SaaS OR field operations software OR Home services industry experience is a plus, though by no means required

ABOUT PROBOOK

By automating previously high-touch workflows around-the-clock, Probook ensures a consistent customer experience without the need for 24/7 live staffing. We unify our customers' processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire dispatch operation.
The Role
Strategic Account Executives at Probook close deals by understanding the customer and the product and making both connect. You own the full sales cycle: discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and close. You are not a demo jockey. You are a problem solver who builds trust fast and earns the right to move fast with it.
You will have SDR support generating pipeline and marketing backing you in the field. In exchange, you are expected to manage your patch with precision, keep your process airtight, and hit your number. You will never sell what you would not buy. If you care about the craft of sales and want to sell a product customers actually love, this is the role.
Who You Are
You own the full sales cycle without needing to be managed through it. You are self-directed and process-driven by instinct, not instruction.
You understand complex workflow technology and can translate that into business value for operators who are not technical.
You build trust quickly. Your EQ is a competitive advantage in sales situations, not an afterthought.
You have operated in early-stage environments before. You know how to close with limited resources and incomplete information.
You are a deal-team player, not a lone wolf. You work closely with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and leadership to advance opportunities.
You are high-energy, gritty, and entrepreneurial. You take initiative and do not wait for permission.
What You Will Own
Account Planning: Know your patch better than anyone at the company. Map accounts that fit the ICP, identify key contacts, and develop and iterate your value hypothesis throughout each evaluation.
Pipeline Management: Use Probook's sales process to manage your pipeline with rigor. Understand the reality and risk of each deal based on stage exit criteria. When stuck, ask for help proactively.
Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and leadership to build, advance, and close opportunities. Deal team culture is central here.
Client Relationships: Own the relationship from initial engagement through close, renewal, and expansion. You are the constant.
Requirements
NYC Based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week in our high-collaboration culture.
10+ years of software sales closing experience, with demonstrated success selling complex workflow technology solutions.
No less than 5 years of enterprise sales experience.
Demonstrated intellectual capacity to understand underlying technology and articulate how it fits a customer's specific business needs.
Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building skills: the ability to get to trust quickly.
Proven grit and entrepreneurial spirit in early-stage or resource-constrained environments.
Comfortable with up to 10 to 20% domestic travel.

Solutions Consultant
ABOUT PROBOOK
Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate.
Our impact is real. Dispatching the right technician to the right job can mean the difference between a $300 "band-aid" fix and a $20,000 system replacement. By automating previously high-touch workflows around-the-clock, Probook ensures a consistent customer experience without the need for 24/7 live staffing. We unify our customers' processes into a single, scalable platform, giving businesses one place to run their entire dispatch operation.
The Role
Probook is at an inflection point. We have product-market fit, a clearly defined target market, and capital to scale. What we need now is someone who can walk into a room with a skeptical operator and walk out with a champion.
As a Solutions Consultant, you are the technical and commercial bridge between what our product does and what our prospects need it to do. You own the demo, the proof of concept, and the ROI narrative. You work directly with AEs to advance and close deals, embedded in the deal from first call to signature. You will become the most knowledgeable person in the room on both the prospect's operations and Probook's capabilities. This is not a support role. You are a deal-closer with a technical edge.
Who You Are
A storyteller with substance. You run demos that make prospects see their own business differently. You don't recite features — you build narratives that land.
Operationally curious. You read a business fast. You ask the right questions, map their workflows, and identify where the pain lives before a prospect has finished explaining it.
Technically grounded. You understand software and systems well enough to credibly handle CTO and COO conversations in the same day — without pretending to be an engineer.
A deal-team player. You operate in sync with AEs, product, and engineering. You share context freely, close loops fast, and never let a deal stall because of a coordination gap.
Biased toward doing. You don't wait for a perfect demo environment or a complete asset library. You build what the deal needs and figure out the rest.
What You Will Own
Product demonstrations: Lead tailored demos for Probook's highest-value prospects. Own the narrative, adapt in real time to the room, and make every demo feel built specifically for that operator.
Proof of concepts: Build POCs that give prospects a real look at how Probook performs in their workflows. Own the ROI story — quantify outcomes in terms that matter to the buyer.
Deal strategy: Partner with AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, and objection handling. Be the technical authority on every deal you touch.
Asset building: Work with Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering to create and maintain demos, whitepapers, RFP responses, and an internal knowledge base of customer use cases.
Trusted advisor relationship: Become the person prospects want in the room. Build confidence in both you and the product at every stage of the deal cycle.
Requirements
NYC Based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week in our high-collaboration culture
2+ years in a Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting role — customer-facing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
Demonstrated ability to run product demos and build POCs that advance deals
Foundational understanding of software systems and system design — enough to hold technical conversations without being in the weeds
Strong written and verbal communication — you can simplify complexity without losing credibility
Comfortable with up to 10-20% domestic travel
