If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.

About the Team
We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to help us deliver exceptional support for Rain's platform and integrations. You'll work directly with the fintechs, platforms, and partners building card programs and stablecoin products on Rain — troubleshooting complex API integrations, reading logs, and querying data to resolve issues that touch real money movement at scale. You'll partner closely with almost every team in the company on escalations, and turn what you learn on the ground into fixes that pushes Rain forward.
What you’ll do
Investigate and resolve advanced customer and partner issues across Rain's systems, APIs, and integrations.
Troubleshoot complex API integrations directly with partners, walking them through clear steps to resolve issues on their end.
Own incidents in your queue as part of the team's 24x7 coverage: triage promptly, communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, and consistently hit your SLA, CSAT, and quality targets.
Escalate effectively by partnering closely with other teams to get to a satisfactory resolution
Maintain accurate documentation and build troubleshooting guides and knowledge base content, supporting both self-serve resolution for customers and onboarding for the team.
Feed insights back to Product and Engineering
Collaborate with Engineering on testing, monitoring, and alerting improvements, and support new feature rollouts and integrations as they ship.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
3+ years of experience in a technical, customer- or partner-facing support role — ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or another high-growth, API-first environment.
Hands-on experience with API products, plus comfort reading logs and writing SQL queries to investigate issues
Familiarity with support processes and case management best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented, root-cause mindset.
Clear writing and communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex cases at once
Bonus attributes:
A strategic, collaborative, results-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in payments or other areas of fintech.
A collaborative mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and a knack for building long-lasting relationships.
scripting or lightweight automation experience is a plus.

About the Team
You'll join Rain's lean legal team and take a leading role in our M&A and corporate development efforts as we scale globally. Advise on corporate structure and expansion: support entity formation and structuring for international expansion, working with local counsel as Rain enters new markets.

Support general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating intercompany agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and handling other corporate legal needs as they arise.
Collaborate across the legal team: partner with colleagues focused on licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters to align corporate transactions with Rain's regulatory obligations and licensing requirements.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
4 to 8 years of experience in corporate law, with meaningful M&A transaction experience (law firm, in-house, or a combination).
Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, investment documents, and related ancillary agreements.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and Delaware corporate law.
The ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for business stakeholders.
Strong hands-on drafting skills, with the ability to handle a meaningful share of contract and transaction drafting in-house.

Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
Experience at a fintech, payments, crypto, or digital assets company.
Familiarity with cross-border M&A or international entity structuring.
Background in venture capital transactions (SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds).
Experience working on inter-company agreements and corporate structuring.

Lead initiatives tied to Visa and Mastercard programs, network value-added services, and partnership rollouts.
Support global expansion projects by coordinating readiness across markets, products, and partners.
Establish scalable frameworks and processes for efficient execution and consistent delivery.
Contribute to the long-term development of Rain’s project management discipline, setting standards and best practices for future growth.
Who You Are
6–9 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in fintech, financial services, or technology.
Proven success delivering projects involving multiple partners, integrations, or global teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at driving accountability across stakeholders.

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, motivated Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team with a primary focus on transaction monitoring, alert review, and case investigation. What You Will Do
Review and disposition transaction monitoring alerts and KYC/KYB onboarding applications end to end - including customer profile review, document verification, beneficial ownership analysis, sanctions and PEP screening, adverse media assessment, and transactional activity analysis
Conduct enhanced due diligence on High Risk applicants - including source of funds and source of wealth assessment, business model review, and full beneficial ownership chain documentation
Make well-reasoned SAR recommendations - clearly articulating why activity is or is not suspicious and documenting your analysis in a manner that is complete and defensible to a regulator
Draft SAR narratives that meet FinCEN quality standards
Send RFIs to customers or partners where additional information is needed to resolve an alert or application and follow through to receipt and documentation of the response
Support periodic KYC refresh reviews on existing customers as part of the Company's ongoing due diligence program
Contribute to onboarding and investigation policy development - if you see a gap, flag it and propose a solution
Stay current on FinCEN advisories, FATF typologies, and emerging financial crime trends relevant to Rain's product set - including stablecoin, virtual asset, and agentic payment typologies
What We're Looking For
3 to 5+ years of experience in a compliance, KYC, AML Investigations or onboarding role at a FinTech, payments company, or crypto company
Demonstrated experience reviewing KYB applications for business entities including beneficial ownership analysis, entity structure review, and corporate document verification
Experience with OFAC, PEP, and adverse media screening tools - comfortable making independent screening determinations and documenting your reasoning
Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end AML investigations and preparing SAR-quality case documentation
Working knowledge of BSA/AML program requirements and FinCEN SAR filing rules
Experience with transaction monitoring platforms
Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and on-chain transaction analysis
Strong written communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you manage multiple applications simultaneously without losing attention to detail
A do-er mentality - you are self-directed, take ownership of your queue, and do not wait to be told what to do next
CAMS certification or progress toward certification is a plus
What Success Looks Like
Your alert queue is current - SLA compliance above 95% consistently
Your case documentation is complete and independently reviewable
Your SAR narratives meet internal and FinCen quality standards on the first draft - minimal rework required from senior reviewers
You are identifying patterns and typologies across your alert population and bringing those observations to the team proactively
