Verify that all required images are captured according to company standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient production workstations.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Inventory, and Photo Production team members to ensure products move efficiently through the production process.
Perform other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, retail, manufacturing, restaurant, hospitality, or other production environment is preferred but not required.
Experience handling merchandise or inventory is a plus.
Experience with luxury goods or product photography is not required. We provide on-the-job training.

Role
Rebag is seeking a full-time Production Assistant to support our Warehouse Photo Production team. This role is responsible for preparing and documenting luxury handbags and accessories as they move through our warehouse production process.
This is an operations-focused position, not a marketing, creative, or fashion photography role. The primary responsibility is to accurately document each item's condition through a standardized photography process. Every item received by Rebag is photographed as part of our inventory documentation, including items that return to the company for resale after being previously purchased by a customer.
No photography experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and welcome candidates with experience in warehouses, fulfillment centers, retail, hospitality, restaurants, manufacturing, or other production environments.
What You'll Do
Support the daily operations of our Warehouse Photo Production team.
Prepare luxury handbags and accessories for standardized inventory documentation.
Follow established procedures to accurately photograph products for internal documentation and e-commerce records.
Carefully handle luxury merchandise while maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
Organize and move merchandise through each step of the warehouse photo production workflow.
What We're Looking For
High attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the workday.
Ability to safely lift and move merchandise as required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production needs.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
