Staff Security Engineer
Opportunity & Impact
We are seeking a Staff Security Engineer to take ownership of cloud-native and application security across the Redox platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on IC role where you will move beyond identifying risks to actively hardening our environment, performing code reviews, and translating complex control gaps into engineering proposals that drive production impact.
You will function as a partner to our Engineering teams, embedding security into the SDLC by default. Whether it is container security, Kubernetes hardening, or architecture design, you will have the autonomy to define our standards and ensure the secure path is always the easy path for every engineer on the team.
As a core member of a small, senior team, your technical decisions will scale across our entire network, directly impacting how we protect data for every customer we serve.
We're a fully remote team within the U.S. that operates with radical transparency and a strong bias toward ownership.
Our Engineering Culture & How We Work
Transparency, Ownership & Autonomy
We make room for everyone to be heard, regardless of level. We work openly, normalize not knowing things, and treat "learning out loud" as a feature, not a liability. You'll be expected to bring your real perspective, push back when you see something wrong, and commit fully once a decision is made. As a Staff Engineer, you help cultivate our culture: you model the behavior, you embrace questions, you acknowledge mistakes.
We default to public Slack channels over DMs, post Zoom summaries back in writing, and work async whenever possible. We'd rather expose incomplete thinking in public to get better feedback than protect it in private. That applies to security work too - when you identify a risk or propose a control, you bring it to the table with a recommendation, not just a concern.
We own the systems we maintain, not just the new features on the roadmap. You'll have latitude to identify and drive platform work - defining scope, consulting on priority, and seeing it through from design to operationalization. We measure ourselves by the value we deliver, not the process we follow.
Head of Legal, Interim
Senior Product Manager - Interoperability Engine & Commercial Strategy
Opportunity & Impact
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key leader in reducing friction in healthcare integration and accelerating data utility for critical markets. This is a highly visible, commercially-focused role responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for our connectivity network & how data is accessed, normalized, enriched, orchestrated, and exchanged across multiple customer segments, including: Providers, Payers, EHRs, Digital Health Vendors, and Life Sciences. The job is not just building the right capabilities. It is making sure customers understand why they need them, prospects can see themselves using them, and Sales has the proof points and positioning to close on them.
You will work as closely with Sales, CS, and Solutions as you do with Engineering. You are an interoperability domain expert not just understanding the technical work that goes into integrations but is comfortable talking about the use cases our solutions address. You should understand pricing frameworks, revenue share and re-seller agreements, and be comfortable navigating commercially ambiguous frontiers where the playbook does not yet exist. The ideal candidate is someone who brings tenacity and enthusiasm to driving new solutions forward and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Staff DevSecOps Engineer
Opportunity & Impact
The Platform Team at Redox Engineering builds the foundations that let application developers ship reliably - the automation, guardrails, and infrastructure that power how healthcare data moves securely through our systems.
We're looking for a Staff DevSecOps Engineer who thinks security is a design constraint, not an afterthought. You'll work at the intersection of platform engineering and security — hardening how we build, ship, and run software on our AWS/EKS platform, and making secure defaults the easy path for every engineer at Redox.
We're a fully remote team within the U.S. that operates with radical transparency and a strong bias toward ownership.

Sr. Technical Account Executive (TAE)
Opportunity & Impact
As a Technical Account Executive, you will occupy a unique, high-leverage role at the intersection of sales strategy and technical architecture. You are a hybrid operator - part strategic closer, part systems architect - capable of navigating complex healthcare data conversations without a traditional "safety net."
You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from initial technical discovery to final contract execution. Unlike traditional sales roles, you will independently scope integration workflows, map data requirements (HL7, FHIR, X12), and build technical trust with engineering leaders. You will be on the front lines, acting as the primary point of contact for both the "how it works" and the "how it scales" for our prospective partners.
Senior SDR (Sales Development Representative)
This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing and sales development, owning top-of-funnel (TOFU) pipeline generation as a full-funnel discipline, not a volume-outreach function. The Senior SDR is responsible for designing, running, and iterating on multi-channel demand programs (outbound, paid, content-led, community, and event-driven) that generate and qualify pipeline for the Account Executive team, and for treating every campaign as a testable growth experiment.
SDRs in this role are not order-takers. They are growth operators who think in funnels, conversion rates, and channel mix, and who deeply understand the healthcare interoperability landscape. As a Senior SDR, you will go beyond sequences: you'll build and test acquisition experiments, partner with Marketing on campaign design and messaging, and treat your territory like a mini growth function with its own hypotheses, metrics, and iteration loop.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and RevOps to ensure pipeline efforts are tightly aligned to ICP and segment strategy, and that learnings from your experiments feed back into broader GTM strategy. Your success will be measured by qualified pipeline generated, channel-level conversion rates, and your contribution to scalable, repeatable growth motions - not just meetings booked.
Sr. Strategic Client Executive (Providers)
Senior Integration Coordinator
Opportunity & Impact
In this role, you’ll leverage your project management expertise, analytical skills, and knowledge of interoperability standards to normalize data for our APIs—enabling all applications on the Redox network to seamlessly integrate with your solution.
Your impact goes beyond technical execution. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both application teams and healthcare organizations, providing strategic guidance on implementation, project progress, and go-live support.
From day one, you’ll collaborate with a committed team, making a meaningful impact while growing in the areas that interest you most.
