Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.
The Opportunity
As an early member of the Recruiting team at Reducto, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growing engineering organization. Build and iterate on recruiting processes, interview loops, and top-of-funnel strategies that will scale as the team grows.
Proactively source and engage passive talent through creative research, direct outreach, referrals, and community building.
Guide candidates through the full journey, developing a clear understanding of their motivations and decision drivers to close effectively in a competitive market.
Manage candidate pipelines with rigor and ensure an exceptional experience at every stage.
Use data to drive decisions, tracking funnel metrics, conversion rates, and hiring pace to keep stakeholders informed and processes efficient.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and candidate experience.
Enjoy building from first principles and taking ownership of systems, not just roles.
Have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (software engineering, ML, or infrastructure).
Operate well in fast-changing, high-growth environments with a bias toward action.
Collaborate effectively with technical leaders and can influence without authority.
Take full ownership from sourcing strategy through close.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience at an early-stage or hyper-growth startup.
Are familiar with the technical talent landscape and how top engineers evaluate opportunities.
Have sourced and closed candidates for highly competitive roles in AI, ML, or infrastructure.
Care deeply about combining a great candidate experience with business impact.

Founding Product Manager
Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.
We’ve grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8x year over year and partnering with hundreds of companies, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, to enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms.
Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.
The Opportunity
Reducto turns unstructured documents into structured, usable data. Our models and APIs power document intelligence for developers and enterprises across every vertical — from financial services to healthcare to legal. We're hiring a product manager.
This is a founding PM role, not a feature-team PM role. You'll set the product direction across everything from our core platform (APIs, no-code workflows, document processing) to how we package, price, and take it to market. There are no layers between you and the work. We think of this role as entrepreneurial at its core. If you've been a founder or aspire to be one, we especially want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
We think about this role in terms of what it produces, not what it manages.
Find the right problems. You'll develop deep expertise in three areas: our customers and their workflows, our models and what they can and can't do, and the competitive landscape. Your job is to synthesize all three into a clear view of where to invest. You'll talk to customers constantly — the developers and technical buyers who use Reducto — and bring that context into every product decision. You'll work closely with our research team to understand model capabilities and translate improvements into product value.
Multiply the team. The best PMs don't just set direction — they make every person on the team more effective. You'll do this by removing obstacles before they become blockers, nailing launch plans so what ships actually gets used, de-risking decisions early, and keeping the full team aligned without unnecessary process. Clarity in direction matters, but it's a small part of the job. The larger part is blocking and tackling across every function so that the team is never waiting on you — they're accelerated by you.
Keep pace with AI-native development. Engineering velocity is compressing development cycles from quarters to weeks. But designs still take time. Customer feedback loops still take time. Go-to-market still takes time. Your job is to find the path that lets the rest of the org match the pace of engineering so that as a company, we have extraordinary velocity end to end — not just in the codebase. You should expect to be reinventing how you work.
Ship product end-to-end. Spec it, build it with engineering, test it with customers, launch it, measure it, iterate. You'll own the metrics that determine whether a feature is successful — both the feature-level signals and the top-line business metrics your work drives. That includes how the product translates into revenue: pricing, packaging, PLG motions, enterprise expansion. You think about what makes someone upgrade, not just what makes someone sign up. Write a PRD when it's useful, skip it when it's not. The output is what ships and the impact it has, not what gets documented.
Set the quality bar. Every surface should reflect the quality of our underlying technology. You'll QA features personally — not because no one else will, but because that's how you learn what needs to be better. You'll catch the rough edge before it ships and push for the extra polish that makes Reducto feel like a product built by people who care. This is a low-ego role. If something needs doing and no one else is doing it, it's yours. A PM who thinks any part of the product is beneath them will never work here.
Go broad and deep. Reducto is a horizontal product used across industries — financial services, healthcare, legal, insurance, and more. You'll need to develop real understanding across verticals and customer personas while still going deep enough in each to build products that solve specific problems well.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
5+ years as a PM, engineer, or founder. You've taken a product from "we think there's something here" to "customers are paying for this." You're comfortable with ambiguity and can structure your own work without a playbook.
Deeply technical. You can read an API spec, discuss model architectures with researchers, and evaluate technical tradeoffs with engineering as a contributor, not a spectator. You use AI tools daily and understand the ecosystem firsthand.
Metrics-driven. You define success quantitatively. You're thoughtful about which metrics matter for individual features and how they ladder up to business outcomes. You back up your convictions with data and customer insight, not opinion.
Excellent taste. You notice the details — the copy, the flow, the naming, the speed. You can point to products you admire and articulate specifically why they're great. You want to build products people love, not just products that function.
Maniacal about outcomes. You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify what matters, make a plan, execute it, and hold yourself accountable. You understand that process is a tool, not a crutch, and you use just enough of it to move fast without creating chaos.
Bonus points if you:
You've built technical products for developers or worked with document processing / AI infrastructure
You have a background in ML/AI product management, specifically shipping products powered by proprietary models
You've been at a high-growth startup that went from early traction to scale
You've built or scaled a horizontal platform across multiple verticals

Solutions Engineering Manager
Manager, Enterprise Sales
About Reducto
Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.
We’ve grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8x year over year and partnering with hundreds of companies, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, to enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms.
Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring a Founding Enterprise Front-Line Manager to build and lead the team responsible for Reducto’s most strategic customer relationships. This is a pivotal hire that will shape how we sell to the world’s most complex organizations and unlock our next phase of growth.
In this role you will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and define the sales motion, playbook, and culture that powers Reducto’s upmarket expansion. You will work directly with the founding team, influence product direction, and help build the GTM foundation from the ground up.
We would love to meet you if you possess the following:
Leadership: You have a proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams. You develop talent methodically — through joint selling, call reviews, pipeline coaching, and structured career paths — and have a history of promoting reps into senior roles.
Enterprise Sales Experience: You have 6–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience, including at least 2–4 years in a management or player/coach capacity. You have personally closed or managed deals with $100K+ ACV, navigated multi-threaded stakeholder environments, and run long, complex sales cycles from discovery through procurement.
Builder Mentality: You are energized by ambiguity. You don’t need a playbook handed to you — you build the playbook. You’ve stood up enterprise motions from near-zero at a high-growth startup and know how to create structure without bureaucracy.
Technical Acumen: You can hold your own in a conversation with a VP of Engineering, Head of AI, or enterprise architect. You understand API-based products, the AI/ML infrastructure landscape, and how technical teams evaluate and procure developer tooling. You can translate complex capabilities into business value for both technical and executive buyers.
Forecasting & Pipeline Rigor: You run tight forecasting processes. You use data to diagnose risk, coach reps, and communicate clearly to leadership. You are comfortable with MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification frameworks and enforce them consistently.
Cross-Functional Partnership: You partner fluidly with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success. You translate field insights into product feedback, align on ICP with marketing, and ensure seamless handoffs post-close. You are a builder of systems, not just relationships.
The core work will include:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with $100K–$1M+ ACV targets
Define and implement Reducto’s enterprise sales motion — including qualification methodology, discovery frameworks, mutual action plans, and executive engagement strategies
Build and refine the enterprise sales playbook, including competitive positioning, objection handling, and champion development strategies
Establish forecasting practices, pipeline review cadences, and CRM hygiene standards for the enterprise segment
Partner with RevOps to design territory models, account segmentation, quota structures, and performance reporting
Collaborate with Marketing on enterprise demand generation, ABM programs, and field event strategy
Partner with Product to surface enterprise requirements, influence the roadmap, and ensure our solution addresses the most critical customer pain points
Hire, onboard, and ramp a world-class team of Enterprise AEs as we scale
Act as a thought partner to GTM leadership on enterprise strategy, pricing, and go-to-market motion
Bonus points if you:
Have experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, document processing, or developer tooling into enterprise accounts
Have a network of enterprise relationships in key Reducto verticals — financial services, insurance, healthcare, or legal
Have experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models and how they reshape enterprise deal structures
Have previously built an enterprise sales function from scratch at an early-stage company
Use AI thoughtfully in your own workflow to improve coaching, deal strategy, and operational leverage
This is an in-person role at our office in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. We’re an early-stage company with extraordinary momentum, looking for someone who is excited to help build something transformative from the ground up. We need a Founding Enterprise Front-Line Manager who thrives in high-stakes, high-growth environments and is ready to turn Reducto’s remarkable product-market fit into a scalable enterprise business.

Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist
About Reducto
Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.
We’ve grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8x year over year and partnering with hundreds of companies, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, to enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms.
Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring a founding Infrastructure Engineer.
The Opportunity
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist you will lead the end-to-end deployment of Reducto into customer environments, ranging from VPC to bare metal on-prem. Each deployment comes with its own hardware, networking, security, and reliability constraints, and you will be the engineer who makes them work.
This role sits at the bridge between Reducto and our enterprise customers' infrastructure, security, and platform teams. You will partner directly with those teams to deploy, configure, harden, and operate Reducto inside their environments. This is hands-on execution work with direct customer exposure, not a bottoms-up platform role.
The core work will include:
Leading end-to-end deployment of Reducto into customer environments including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
Partnering with enterprise IT, security, and platform teams to assess their infrastructure, security posture, and data management practices, and designing deployment strategies tailored to their constraints.
Understanding the hardware that power our in-house ML models so we can successfully deploy them onto customer infrastructure.
Building monitoring, telemetry, and phone-home patterns that give us visibility into customer-controlled environments without compromising their security posture.
Debugging and resolving customer-specific infrastructure issues end-to-end, like K8s misconfigurations and cloud IAM edge cases, minimizing customer downtime.
Owning incident response for customer deployments with world-class operational excellence.
Codifying what works into repeatable deployment patterns, runbooks, and automation — turning one-off customer work into infrastructure that scales across the next ten deployments.
We would love to meet you if you:
Are your own worst critic—have an extremely high bar for quality and always aim for robust solutions rather than quick fixes.
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure, with meaningful time spent deploying software into environments you don't fully control.
Are comfortable with Python or similar languages, and exceptional at working across cloud platforms, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), networking, and storage technologies.
Communicate clearly with external engineers. You can sit in a call with a customer's platform team, diagnose a problem live, and come out with a path forward that both sides trust.
Are energized by being assigned to a customer problem and owning it end-to-end.
Build your own tools on the fly to diagnose, experiment, and address reliability problems—whether it's an internal dashboard or an automated remediation workflow.
Bring a quantitative, hands-on approach to system operations, automation, and continuous improvement.
Bonus points if you:
Have deployed software into regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, legal, insurance) with complex infrastructure.
Have worked with Replicated/KOTS, Helm, or similar enterprise distribution tooling.
Have experience with GPU infrastructure, model serving, or AI/ML workload deployment patterns on customer-controlled hardware.
Have prior experience at an early-stage, high-growth company — as a founder, founding engineer, or early deployment hire.
Are driven, ambitious, and deeply care about both technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
This is an in person role at our office in SF. We’re an early stage company which means that the role requires working hard and moving quickly. Please only apply if that excites you.
About Reducto
Nearly 80% of enterprise data is in unstructured formats like PDFs
PDFs are the status quo for enterprise knowledge in nearly every industry. Insurance claims, financial statements, invoices, and health records are all stored in a structure that’s simply impractical for use in digital workflows. This isn’t an inconvenience—it’s a critical bottleneck that leads to .
Traditional approaches fail at reliably extracting information in complex PDFs
OCR and even more sophisticated ML approaches work for simple text documents but are unreliable for anything more complex. Text from different columns are jumbled together, figures are ignored, and tables are a nightmare to get right. Overcoming this usually requires a large engineering effort dedicated to building specialized pipelines for every document type you work with.
breaks document layouts into subsections and then contextually parses each depending on the type of content. This is made possible by a combination of vision models, LLMs, and a suite of heuristics we built over time. Put simply, we can help you:
Accurately extract text and tables even with nonstandard layouts
Automatically convert graphs to tabular data and summarize images in documents
Extract important fields from complex forms with simple, natural language instructions
Build powerful retrieval pipelines using Reducto’s document metadata
Intelligently chunk information using the document’s layout data
