Why Rogo
Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.
This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.
THE ROLE
Rogo's marketing function is scaling quickly alongside an aggressive ARR growth plan, and the systems, data, and processes behind it need an owner. We are looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to build and run the operational backbone of marketing: the tech stack and attribution model, demand generation infrastructure, reporting and insights, and the data that feeds board and executive planning.
This is a full-funnel ownership role. You will report directly to our Head of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership to ensure marketing runs on clean data, scalable systems, and rigorous measurement. You will be the person who can answer, with confidence, where every dollar and every lead came from and where it went.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Marketing Technology & Attribution
- Own and evolve the marketing tech stack, including vendor evaluation, implementation, and integration with Salesforce.
- Build and maintain multi-touch attribution across the funnel, from first touch through closed-won, with clean UTM, GCLID, and source and medium tracking into Salesforce.
- Ensure data integrity across marketing and sales systems so that lead routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign tagging are consistent and trustworthy.
- Partner with RevOps to align marketing data models with the broader Salesforce architecture, including Contact and Opportunity level attribution, lifecycle fields, and segmentation.
Demand Generation Operations
- Build and manage the campaign infrastructure that supports demand generation: forms, landing pages, nurture flows, and lead scoring.
- Own lead routing and handoff logic between Marketing and Sales, including SLAs, MQL definitions, and speed to lead measurement.
- Support event and field marketing programs with the operational scaffolding to track pipeline influence and ROI.
- Continuously identify friction in the funnel and design workflows that improve conversion at each stage.
Reporting, Insights & Planning
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences covering pipeline generation, channel performance, funnel conversion, and marketing sourced and marketing influenced revenue.
- Deliver actionable insights to Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership on what is working and what isn't.
- Own the marketing data inputs to board reporting and company wide planning cycles, working closely with RevOps and Strategic Finance.
- Partner on budget tracking and channel level ROI analysis to inform spend allocation.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and RevOps, ensuring marketing systems and processes scale alongside the broader GTM org.
- Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline definitions, stage progression, and shared reporting so Marketing and Sales operate from the same numbers.
- Bring an AI forward mindset to how marketing operations should run, identifying where automation and AI tooling can replace manual work.
What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Operations at a B2B SaaS or Fintech company, ideally with exposure to complex or enterprise sales motions.
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform, Salesforce, and attribution or analytics tooling such as GA4 or Default.io http://Default.io.
- Proven track record of building attribution models and reporting infrastructure that stand up to scrutiny from Sales and Finance.
- Strong understanding of the full funnel, from demand generation through pipeline conversion to closed revenue.
- Experience leveraging AI to reimagine how marketing operations teams work.
- Excellent cross functional communication skills and comfort operating with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
Bonus Points

Why Rogo

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.
THE ROLE
Rogo is in the middle of a meaningful commercial transition. We are moving from a traditional seat-based model toward consumption-based pricing, and our enterprise deals are growing in size, complexity, and strategic importance. We need someone to own how we think about monetization, structure the deals that drive our growth, and build the commercial reporting infrastructure that keeps leadership and the business accountable to the transition.
This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy, deal execution, and commercialization data. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure Rogo prices its product well, structures deals that hold up, and closes enterprise opportunities efficiently. You will report to our Director of Sales Operations and partner directly with senior leadership on monetization strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Pricing and Packaging
- Own Rogo's monetization strategy including our tier architecture, enterprise license structures, and credit-based pricing model.
- Lead the operational execution of our transition to consumption-based pricing, including customer segmentation, milestone tracking, and commercial guardrails.
- Partner with Product and Finance to evolve pricing as our platform and customer base scales.
Commercial Strategy and Revenue Architecture
- Partner with Sales and senior leadership to design commercial constructs that drive expansion within strategic accounts, with a specific focus on accelerating wall-to-wall adoption at bulge bracket and tier-one banks.
- Identify structural barriers to expansion across a bank's business lines, desks, and geographies, and develop pricing, packaging, or contract mechanisms to remove them.
- Design pilot and land structures that create natural commercial pull toward enterprise: credit allocations, usage thresholds, expansion triggers, and ELA terms that make consolidation difficult and growth the path of least resistance.
- Bring a creative, revenue-oriented perspective to how deals are shaped upstream, before they reach the deal desk, so that structure accelerates closes rather than complicating them.
- Develop a point of view on how consumption-based pricing can be used as an expansion lever within accounts, not just a billing mechanism, and translate that into commercial playbooks for the Sales team.
Deal Desk and Deal Structuring
- Structure and approve non-standard enterprise deals including custom credit bundles, multi-year agreements, and complex ELA constructs.
- Define and enforce deal guardrails including discount approval tiers, minimum ARR thresholds, and margin floors.
- Own the commercial approval workflow end-to-end, reducing deal cycle time by creating clarity and speed at every handoff across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.
- Serve as the commercial authority on high-stakes deals, including saves, competitive situations, and strategic account expansions.
Commercialization Data and Reporting
- Own all monetization reporting including bi-weekly consumption transition reports, credit utilization by customer, ARR mix analysis, and pricing execution by rep and segment.
- Track and publish deal quality metrics including discount rates, attach rates, and average contract structure across segments.
- Build the reporting infrastructure that gives leadership a clear, real-time view of how the business is monetizing.
- Translate commercial data into actionable insights that feed back into pricing strategy and sales motion.
Systems and Cross-functional Partnership
- Serve as the primary business owner for our CPQ and billing systems.
- Partner with RevOps on compensation plan alignment to consumption-based incentives.
- Identify and surface commercial risks in the renewal pipeline including credit underutilization and at-risk enterprise agreements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5 to 8 years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, pricing strategy, or a related commercial function at a B2B SaaS or financial technology company.
- Direct experience structuring and approving complex enterprise software deals.
- Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models and the operational complexity of transitioning to them.
- Ability to translate complex commercial constructs into clear, winning narratives for customers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and own commercial reporting from scratch.
- High judgment in ambiguous situations, with the ability to push back on Sales when deal structure does not hold up.
- Comfort operating at the intersection of Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal without needing a lot of direction.
- Experience with Salesforce and an understanding of how CRM data connects to commercial reporting.
- A track record of not just governing deals but actively shaping commercial strategy that accelerated revenue, ideally including experience driving expansion within large, complex enterprise accounts.
- Financial services industry familiarity is a plus but not required.
WHO YOU ARE
- You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.
- You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.
- You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

Role
This role exists to accelerate Rogo’s content and data business globally. It reports directly to the President and owns the relationships, commercial structures, and strategic initiatives to scale Rogo’s content ecosystem.
This role will also help define the commercial and licensing models for financial content in an AI-native world. Many of these arrangements will have no established market precedent. Success requires strong commercial judgment, fluency in the financial data ecosystem, comfort with complex rights and economics, and the ability to turn signed agreements into differentiated products that customers use and value.
Specifically, the role involves:
- Developing Rogo’s global content and data partnership strategy, including market mapping, partner prioritization, and a multi-year content roadmap
- Owning stakeholder relationships with commercial decision-makers at financial data, research, and info-services platforms globally
- Leading negotiation of partnership contracts with content providers — many of which are novel agreements without standard market precedent
- Establish frameworks for AI-native content use, including model usage rights, derived outputs, attribution, entitlements, auditability, and redistribution
- Designing and implementing novel commercialization models that align Rogo’s platform with the evolving economics of content consumption
- Feeding directly into product and commercial strategy, in partnership with Sales, Post-Sales, and Marketing — how Rogo bundles, prices, and brings content to market will be shaped significantly by this role
- Partnering with Sales, Post-Sales, and Marketing to shape how Rogo packages, prices, positions, and brings content-enabled products to market
- Collaborating with Legal and Finance on intellectual-property rights, compliance requirements, contractual risk, and complex deal economics
- Working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate partnership requirements into platform capabilities
- Helping define Rogo’s external point of view on AI-era content economics and represent the company with senior industry stakeholders
PROFILE:
The ideal person has spent their career inside the financial data and information-services ecosystem and has personally carried deals from start to finish.
They likely come from a partnerships, BD, or commercial role at a major data or research provider — e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG, S&P, etc. — or a firm adjacent to or serving these players where they owned provider or distribution relationships and negotiated the terms.
In addition to the above, key qualifications include:
- Deep familiarity with and relationships within the financial data ecosystem including Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P / Visible Alpha, Morningstar, and others
- Proven negotiation experience — not just coordination
- Strong commercial instincts; treats partnerships like a sales pipeline
- Ability to independently evaluate dataset quality and strategic value, as an input into both commercial and Product decision-making
- Experience in data partnerships/BD and/or commercial roles within financial data and info-services
- Fluency in content economics and licensing structures, including enterprise licenses and redistribution rights
- Structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined in tracking relationships and deal cycles
- Excellent communicator we trust in front of major partners
- Record of operating autonomously on high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and being trusted in front of a provider's most senior people
- Familiarity with the intellectual-property and data-rights questions created by generative AI and AI-enabled research workflows
- Experience in a high-growth team environment is a plus
