Designer, Growth Marketing

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to sit at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and generative media. This is not a brand systems or campaign concepting role — it's a high-volume, output-driven design role. You'll own the visual execution of paid and performance marketing across video, motion, and static formats, producing assets that are on-brand, well art directed and built to convert. You'll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
Your work will directly shape how people first encounter and engage with Runway's products. That means producing scroll-stopping video ads, designing static and animated assets for paid social and display, and using generative tools — including Runway's own — as a core part of how you work. You'll partner closely with product marketing, growth, and creative teams, and you'll be measured on craft, throughput, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats — paid social, display, YouTube and beyond
- Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets that are on-brand and well art directed — not just technically functional
- Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery, working from briefs or generating your own directions when needed
- Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly and compellingly
- Partner with the Product Marketing and growth team to develop integrated ad concepts where copy and design work together
- Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing — adapting formats, hooks and visual treatments based on performance data
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints without letting assets feel templated or stale
- Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market launches, translating new product capabilities into visual stories that resonate with target audiences
- Hands-on experience designing for the major paid channels (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc) with fluency in each platform's native specs, aspect ratios and ad formats, and a real point of view on what works where.
- Own updates to GTM assets and templates, keeping them current and on-brand across campaigns. Bring hands-on experience building and automating deck design systems, so our presentations stay consistent without manual rework each time.
- Contribute to a growing library of on-brand design components, motion templates and generative prompting strategies that raise the team's overall output velocity
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a tech or consumer company
- A portfolio that shows range across video ads, motion graphics and static performance creative — with clear evidence of craft and art direction judgment, not just execution
- Strong motion design skills — you're fluent in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent, and can produce polished animated and video assets independently
- Solid graphic design fundamentals — typography, layout, color — applied to high-converting ad formats, not just editorial or brand work
- Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools with an art director's eye — you know how to prompt, iterate and finish work that looks intentional
- Comfort with performance data — you can look at creative metrics and know what visual changes to make next
- Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing quality
- Experience working closely with growth marketers and product teams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in AI, creative tools or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across EMEA — preferable to have someone near our office in London.
We're looking for someone to join our IT team and take ownership of day-to-day technical support for a globally distributed company. You'd report to the Head of IT/Security and be the first point of contact for employees with requests, device issues, and account problems.
You'll own the fundamentals from day one: handling tickets, provisioning laptops, running on-boarding, and keeping our SaaS stack in order. But this is a small team at a fast-growing AI company, so the scope grows quickly. You'll get pulled into real projects sooner than you'd expect, across security, infrastructure, and automation. How far you take it depends on what you're good at and what interests you.
This role is also the start of our IT presence internationally. Most of the company sits in North America today, and you'd be our first IT hire outside it, extending support coverage to new time-zones and helping lay the groundwork as we grow globally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle help-desk tickets: Triage and resolve employee requests — password resets, access provisioning, Slack/Google Workspace/Zoom troubleshooting, and general "my thing is broken" support
- Manage the device lifecycle: Procure, provision, configure, and ship laptops for new hires. Handle off-boarding wipes and returns. Keep the asset inventory accurate.
- Run on-boarding and off-boarding: Create accounts, apply security profiles, draft welcome communications, and make sure new employees have everything before day one
- Administer Google Workspace: Manage users, groups, aliases, and license assignments. You'll use both the admin console and CLI tools regularly.
- Support endpoint compliance: Work with our device trust tooling to keep employee machines meeting security policies, and follow up when they don't
- Deploy and enforce security policies: Help roll out and maintain endpoint security configurations, access controls, and compliance requirements across the fleet
- Manage corporate software: Handle seat assignments, renewals, license optimization, and access reviews across our SaaS stack
- Support office networking and AV: Help maintain networking equipment, conference room setups, and office technology across our physical locations as needed
- Train and enable employees: Deliver lightweight technical guidance and training on IT systems, both for new hires and for ongoing support (written guides, short walkthroughs, the occasional screen share)
- Write things down: Maintain run-books, knowledge base articles, and process docs. If you fix something, document how.
WHERE THIS ROLE CAN GROW
We don't expect you to stay in a pure helpdesk lane. Our SOC2 program has ongoing evidence collection and device trust work to pick up, and there's security policy work that needs someone to own the rollout and enforcement side.
On the infrastructure side, we manage cloud resources through infrastructure-as-code, and there's room to contribute once you're comfortable. We also automate a lot (scripting, CI/CD pipelines) and there's no shortage of manual process waiting to be turned into a workflow.
Over time, you'd lead IT projects around endpoint management, security improvements, and internal tooling rather than just executing on them.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Some form of IT support experience. A help-desk role, an internal support function, or just being the person everyone came to when something broke. The title matters less than the reps.
- Comfort with macOS. Our user endpoint fleet is mostly Mac. You should be able to troubleshoot system issues, manage profiles, and work in the terminal without hand-holding.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration, or the confidence to pick it up fast. CLI admin tooling experience is a plus.
- A working understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN basics, and how traffic moves. You don't need to be a network engineer, but you shouldn't be lost when a connectivity issue comes in.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles. You should know what endpoint security, encryption, and access controls are, and why they matter, even if you haven't built policies from scratch.
- Strong written communication. This is a remote role and coordination happens in Slack and Notion. If you can't write clearly, the timezone gap makes everything harder.
- Self-direction. There's separation between you and the rest of the IT team for part of the day. You need to be someone who sees what needs doing and does it.
- Curiosity about how systems work. Maybe you've run a homelab, automated something tedious with a script, or set up a Pi. We care more about the impulse than the resume line.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with MDM platforms (any of the major ones)
- Any exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc) and infrastructure-as-code concepts
- Scripting in Python, Bash, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with zero-trust networking concepts and tools
- Background in compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Exposure to international IT regulations or data privacy requirements (GDPR, etc.)

ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We’re building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we’re growing our support team to ensure we can continue to provide delightful experiences for our users every day.
We're looking for a Consumer Support Specialist who comes in with strong foundations: someone who knows their way around modern tools, handles high volume without losing quality, and speaks up when they see something worth fixing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work through a high volume of inbound support tickets across Free, Standard, Pro and Unlimited plans with speed and accuracy
- Handle escalations from our AI support layer with sharp judgement on what needs a human and what doesn't
- Identify patterns across tickets and proactively surface them to the product team- not just reporting, but also offering thoughtful recommendations based on what you're seeing
- Help identify opportunities to maintain or build self-service content: help docs, short-form videos, FAQs, etc.
- Engage with the Runway community on Discord and other forums
- Contribute directly to process improvements and automation, including building things yourself when the opportunity is there
- Triage complex technical issues for escalation to Enterprise support
- Live troubleshoot within the Runway platform as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You're already comfortable in tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk (or similar), Google Workspace and AI platforms
- Strong written communication: clear, direct, and thoughtful at volume
- A learn-by-failing mentality, when you hit something unfamiliar, you have an experimental mindset
- Natural curiosity about how products work, why users get confused, and what could be done better
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment- high ownership and high autonomy
- Data driven mindset: you notice patterns and know how to communicate them
- 1-3 years in customer support, operations, or technical role
- Expertise and/or interest in the creative space, AI or both
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful people in this role don't just keep up- they set the pace. They move through 60, 80, even 100+ tickets in a day without letting quality slip. They're reading the queue, not just clearing it. They notice what keeps surfacing and do something about it, a message to product, a doc, sometimes something they built themselves. They show up with ideas no one asked for yet.

We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and improve how Runway communicates with users across email and other lifecycle channels. This person will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing campaigns that help users get more value from Runway, including onboarding, activation, product education, feature adoption, retention, monetization, and re-engagement. You will work closely with growth, product marketing, product, and creative teams to make sure the right users receive the right messages at the right moments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of Runway’s lifecycle marketing programs, with an initial focus on email

- Partner with product marketing and product teams to translate launches, product updates, and new capabilities into clear lifecycle campaigns
- Develop audience segments based on channels, user behavior, lifecycle stage, product usage, plan type, persona, and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and share clear recommendations on what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next
- Run A/B tests across messaging, subject lines, creative, segmentation, timing, cadence, and calls to action
- Partner with creative and content teams to brief assets needed for lifecycle campaigns
- Work with growth and data teams to improve reporting around email performance, activation, retention, conversion, and downstream business impact
- Support lifecycle communications around product launches, feature releases, events, community initiatives, creator programs, and key marketing moments

- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing fundamentals, including onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement, monetization, segmentation, and experimentation
- Hands-on experience with email, CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation tools
- Comfort working with user segments, campaign logic, behavioral triggers, and performance reporting
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear recommendations
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies at once

Youtube Creator & Educator | NY Preferred, or Remote | Full-time
*Preference to hire based in New York but open to hiring remote across the US/Canada — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a YouTube Creator & Educator to build and own our YouTube channel. You'll be on-screen, behind the camera, in the edit and in the tools, teaching filmmakers, advertisers and storytellers how to do real things with generative AI.
This isn't a talking head in front of slides. You'll show people how to make a real ad, cut a real short film or build a real production workflow using Runway's full media toolkit, and you'll own everything from concept to publish.
You'll build the channel from the ground up, inside the company making the tools you're teaching, with early access, direct relationships with product and real creative latitude. Not a brand content factory, a home for craft and experimentation.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Set the channel strategy with the creative team: topics, formats, cadence and audience, grounded in what creators and marketers actually want to learn
- Own growth, watch time and retention, and iterate on what works
- Write, film, edit and finish every video, including screen recordings, on-camera segments and custom motion graphics
- Use Runway's generative tools as a core part of your workflow, both to teach them and to produce with them
- Ground tutorials in real outcomes, a polished product ad, a short film on a lean budget, a VFX shot, and teach production technique rather than button presses, for beginners through working professionals
- Build a viewer community, find guest collaborators and partner with Product and Marketing on launches
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Required: An active YouTube channel or substantial body of published long-form video work.
- Expert editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent), plus filmmaking fundamentals. You know how to shoot, light and direct, even simply
- Advanced hands-on Runway experience and fluency with other generative AI video tools
- A point of view on filmmaking, advertising or visual storytelling that comes through in the work, and the instinct to teach it without losing the audience
- The ability to run the full production cycle alone, without a crew

ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid search and the emerging bidding-platform channels end to end Google Ads today, ChatGPT Ads and whatever bids next. This is a hands-in-the-account role: you build campaigns, run experiments, manage bids and budgets daily, and defend every dollar against our cost-per-subscriber breakeven. You'll manage seven-figure budgets in spend across markets (US + international) and be the person who knows, at any moment, why the number moved.
We're an AI-native creative platform in scale mode. Paid search is one of our priority acquisition channels and we're actively expanding it — new geos, new bidding surfaces, new optimization events. You'll be the operator driving that.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Day-to-day management of Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads — campaign structure, keywords, bids, budgets, negatives, quality score, geo and device splits.
- Own the cost-per-acquisition number. Manage to a cost-per-acquisition target, not clicks or registrations. Know the funnel from impression → registration → subscription and where it leaks.
- Run a continuous test roadmap — bidding strategies (tCPA / Smart Bidding), optimization events, ad copy, landing pages, audience and geo splits. One test, one hypothesis, one readout.
- Prove incrementality. Design and read geo holdouts, conversion-lift studies, and pause tests. Distinguish incremental subscribers from ones we'd have gotten anyway.
- Manage budget across markets — allocate and reallocate spend by market and campaign against performance, break out international blobs, fund the geos that earn it.
- Stand up new bidding platforms as they emerge. You'll be first-in on the next channel and write the playbook for it.
- Report clearly. Daily and weekly readouts that lead with the "why," not just the table. Partner with our analytics stack, much of this is instrumented and semi-automated; you'll extend it.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, lifecycle, product marketing, and engineering on tracking, attribution, and landing page conversion.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years managing paid search, with direct ownership of seven-figures in budget.
- Deep Google Ads expertise — Smart Bidding, tCPA/tROAS, Performance Max / AI Max, Demand Gen, search term hygiene, quality score, the Editor.
- A track record running incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies) and acting on the results — not just reporting platform-reported conversions.
- Fluency in funnel economics: CAC, LTV, cost-per-acquisition, payback. You optimize to downstream value, not proxy events.
- Comfort in the data — SQL or willingness to learn it, plus GA4 / Mixpanel or equivalent. You pull your own numbers.
- Rigorous experiment discipline and clear, opinionated written reporting.
BONUS POINTS
- Subscription / freemium or consumer SaaS experience.
- International / multi-market paid search experience.
- Experience with MCP / AI tooling to automate redundant tasks such as daily optimizations and reporting.
- Early experience with AI-native ad surfaces (ChatGPT Ads, etc.) or other non-Google bidding platforms.
- Familiarity with attribution plumbing — click IDs, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Social Media Specialist, Influencer Marketing to run Runway's paid influencer and affiliate programs. You'll scout and pitch creators (primarily on YouTube), negotiate flat-fee paid briefs and performance-based affiliate deals, and own each relationship end to end, from first outreach through contract and payment. This is not a content production role.
The ideal candidate is highly online, organized, analytical, and action-oriented. You understand how content moves across platforms, can identify emerging trends early, know how to spot relevant creators and influencers and facilitate relationships with them, and can translate social insights into clear recommendations for the marketing and creative team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Scout and identify creators, primarily on YouTube, relevant to Runway's paid influencer and affiliate programs
- Pitch creators on both programs: flat-fee paid briefs for influencers, and signup/performance-based deals for affiliates
- Own outreach, negotiation, contracts, and paperwork for each creator relationship, end-to-end
- Partner with outside agencies running outreach at scale to keep the creator pipeline full
- Stay immersed in YouTube and the broader AI/creative tools creator landscape, tracking trends and surfacing who's worth pursuing next
- Share what's resonating with creators and audiences with the creative team to help inform organic content direction
- Partner with the growth marketing team on attribution and reporting to track program performance and ROI
- Coordinate with the creative team on briefs given to paid influencers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social/creator partnerships, or a related role
- An existing network of creator relationships, ideally with strength on YouTube
- Comfortable negotiating fees and contracts directly with creators
- Strong understanding of how content performs on YouTube specifically, plus a broader read on social and creator trends
- Highly organized, able to manage a high volume of relationships, deals, and paperwork at once
- Polished, confident, low-ego, and able to represent Runway well in creator conversations
- Interest in AI, creative tools, video, design, filmmaking, advertising, and the broader creator economy
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running affiliate programs specifically, not just influencer marketing
- Experience working with influencers or outreach agencies
- Experience working at a creative, consumer, prosumer, AI, design, or technology company
- Familiarity with Runway and the broader AI creative ecosystem

ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America - NYC, San Francisco, or Denver preferred.
Runway is scaling its Enterprise revenue organization with leaders who know how to build and scale high-performance teams. And, who can operate a revenue machine while keeping customer value in mind - leading our industry-based revenue pods responsible for both net-new ACV, NRR, and Renewal.
This role is designed for the leader who wants to accelerate their CRO career trajectory. Someone who knows how to build and scale teams and leadership excellence from $100M to $500M+ organizations, operate in AI-native fluid environments, and have experience selling-to, expanding, and renewing with client operators from across a variety of ICPs (From operators in Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance, to technologists in AI, IT Infrastructure, and Security).
Runway is searching for leaders who enjoy the build - hiring top-performing AEs and frontline leaders to grow your teams for scale. You’re a leader-of-leaders who lead hybrid revenue pods of AEs + Engagement managers. We expect you to think like a CRO - every pod is effectively a P&L, expansion is as much your number as new logos, and any customer who signs needs to see value through consumption of the Runway platform.
If you have only ever inherited a running enterprise org, this is not the right fit. If you have built one, we'd like to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead an Enterprise segment of 3-4 frontline sales managers; each with 3-5 revenue pods beneath them with operating Enterprise Account Executives and Engagement Managers in each pod. At scale, this role leads 25 - 40 GTM teammates
- Own the segment's new ACV and NRR targets - both numbers, one owner, reviewed weekly with the CRO
- Engage personally with C-level executives on accounts, building business cases and navigating procurement, security review, legal through to production deployment
- Run the operating rhythm: forecasting to +/-5%, deal inspection, pipeline generation discipline, and account planning across a long-cycle book
- Ensure that each of your leaders engages their revenue pods (AE + Engagement manager) to drive license consumption and value output. The more we invest in our customer’s adoption, the more everyone wins.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales with 5+ years leading enterprise sales organizations with experience as a second-line leader
- A validated record of building - you have grown an enterprise segment past 25 sellers and beaten the number while doing it
- Personal history of closing and sponsoring $250k-$1M+ ACV deals with $1B+ revenue companies
- Experience running consumption or usage-based revenue models, where expansion is earned through customer value
- Fluency with modern AI - you use these tools daily, operate your team with them to drive productivity, you can demo Runway credibly to a CMO or CTO, and you have a defensible point of view on where generative media is going
- Deep understanding of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to reinforce value-orientation and deal progression with your teams
- A record of exceeding quota year-over-year
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Experience selling API and AI infrastructure solutions to CTO / CIOs
- Sold creative, media, or content technology to Fortune 500 marketing and studio organizations
- Built vertical pod or team structures with shared new ACV + NRR%/Renewal ownership
- Scaled a GTM org through the $100M to $500M+ revenue stage

ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America - NYC, San Francisco, or Denver preferred.
You will carry 3-5 named accounts - $10B+ global companies where Runway can become core AI infrastructure. Your job is to win 1-2 seven-figure relationships a year and grow the ones you have. You work in a pod with a dedicated senior Strategic Engagement Manager; the book, the plan, the customer outcomes - all shared.
This is a role that requires a depth of expertise selling to Fortune 10 companies, knowing how to architect multi-disciplinary commercial deals, comfort regularly selling to C-Suite executives, and strategic GTM deal architecture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own 3-5 named $10B+ accounts end to end: executive map, multi-year account plan, commercial strategy across divisions
- Build C-suite and business-unit relationships that survive procurement, security review, annual budget knife-fights
- Land seven-figure platform commitments by tying Runway to named production workflows, AI infrastructure, and measurable economics
- Source expansion into new divisions and use cases; partnered closely with your Engagement manager
- Carry the market's feedback into product with specificity that earns engineering's attention
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 12+ years of enterprise sales with a verifiable record of $1M+ ACV deals at Fortune 500 accounts

- Executive presence that has closed with CMOs, CTOs, studio and business-unit presidents, with names you can reference
- Deep familiarity with businesses like Amazon, Microsoft, Disney, etc. - how they operate, their org charts, budget cycles, etc.
- Genuine AI fluency: you can run a Runway demo yourself and argue a point of view about generative media with a technical audience
- A track record of winning you keep score of - President's Club, top-percentile finishes, etc.
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Sold creative, content, or media infrastructure
- Worked consumption or committed-volume pricing models
- Built business cases with named ROI that CFOs signed

You will carry a book of 40-60 mid-market and emerging accounts - companies in the <$1B range, closing 25-40 deals a year at $40k-$100k and building toward larger standard deal sizes as our packaging moves upmarket.
