- Partner with engineers to strengthen test automation, CI/release gating, and regression coverage for a real-time, high-throughput platform.
- Partner with Professional Services and Post-Sales team to support UAT, structured acceptance testing, and integration validation for bank and enterprise deployments.

- 8+ years in software quality, with 2+ years managing QA or Quality Engineering teams.
- Experience owning quality for a regulated domain like banking, payments, or fintech. Familiar with audit, UAT, and documented test governance.

About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale our GTM operations. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a modern analytics professional who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
You will provide deep analytical insights, utilizing AI automation and discovery. You will also develop process and system automation via ai-assisted development. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering—your mission is to build a lean, data-driven, and highly automated go-to-market machine that removes friction and scales our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Next-Gen Tech Evaluation: Ensure our tech stack is built to scale in an ai-first world. You will own the evaluation of our GTM technology.
Analytics: You will design, build, and maintain the analytics infrastructure that tracks performance across the GTM ecosystem
Strategic Insights: You will provide key insights and recommendations on strategic decisions
Vibe Coding & Automation: Act as our internal GTM Engineer. Instead of waiting for traditional engineering resources, you will leverage AI development tools to rapidly build, iterate, and deploy custom tools, integrations, and automation workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy data-backed solutions.
Project Execution: Deploy and execute against projects and strategic initiatives
Workflow Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle and engineer automated solutions to reduce "human-in-the-loop" friction and increase team velocity.
What We Are Looking For
The "Vibe Coding" Edge: You must have a proven track record of using modern AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Engineer, v0, etc.) to build functional tools, scripts, or workflows.
Data & Analytics Rigor: Strong background in data analytics with a passion for clean data architectures, funnel metrics, and actionable reporting.
CRM & Tooling Curiosity: Experience managing traditional tech stacks, but a willingness to deploy new technologies.
Bias for Action: You are a self-starter who prefers building a prototype over writing a lengthy requirements document. You can navigate ambiguous, cross-functional problems and deliver solutions independently.
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems, or with a heavy emphasis on analytics and workflow automation.
AI Experience: Experience in vibe coding scalable solutions.
Engineering Mindset: A proven track record of building complex business logic and treating internal operations as a scalable product.
Integration Expertise: Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Workato, or Tray.io) to sync data across the revenue stack.
CRM/Tech Stack Mastery: Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a variety of GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Unify, Clay, n8n).
Logic & Schema Design: Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into clean, automated system logic.
Problem Solving: A builder mentality—you enjoy taking messy, manual processes and turning them into scalable, streamlined, automated workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to translate non-technical requirements from our GTM team into technical specifications and vice versa.
Nice to haves
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and advanced automation.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, specifically within Fintech or complex B2B platforms.
Certification in Salesforce Development or specialized GTM automation platforms.
Benefits we offer:
Generous compensation in cash and equity
Early exercise for all options, including pre-vested
Work from anywhere: Remote-first Culture
Flexible paid time off and Year-end break
Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific

About the Role
Sardine is hiring a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer to partner closely with our CISO and help scale our security program as we grow.
This is a senior, high-impact role for a security leader who can operate across multiple areas, including application security, GRC, security operations, cloud and SaaS security, corporate IT, customer trust, and overall security strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the CISO, help identify and prioritize the highest-risk areas, and represent Sardine’s security program with internal teams, customers, prospects, auditors, and industry stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who is broad, pragmatic, technically fluent, and comfortable in customer-facing settings. The right person can balance strong security judgment with the pace and trade-offs of a fast-moving startup.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the CISO on Sardine’s overall security strategy, roadmap, priorities, and execution
Help identify, prioritize, and address the highest-risk areas across the business
Support security reporting, executive updates, budgeting, vendor evaluation, and planning
Partner on key compliance initiatives, including PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA, and future FedRAMP readiness
Support incident response and act as a deputy incident lead when needed
Work closely with Engineering on application security, secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and remediation
Assess and improve security across cloud infrastructure, SaaS tools, IAM, endpoint management, and corporate IT systems
Bring strong AppSec fluency, including understanding how code moves from design through production, CI/CD, testing, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets management
Partner with Product and Engineering on security considerations for AI/ML systems, bot mitigation, and abuse prevention
Support customer-facing security conversations, RFPs, due diligence, security reviews, and executive briefings
Help build trust with enterprise customers by translating technical security concepts into clear business language
Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Engineering, Product, People, and IT
Champion a pragmatic security culture that enables the business while managing risk
What We’re Looking For
10–15+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Broad security background across multiple domains, not a single-specialty profile
Strong application security experience and ability to assess technical risk without needing to be hands-on coding daily
Experience operating in a startup, scale-up, or similarly resource-constrained environment where prioritization and pragmatism are critical
Ability to evaluate risk, stack-rank priorities, and focus on the highest-impact security work
Strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, DORA, and ideally FedRAMP
Experience participating in or leading security incidents
Strong cloud, SaaS security, IAM, endpoint security, and zero-trust fundamentals
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and emerging AI/ML security risks
Customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to support sales, security reviews, and executive-level customer conversations
A collaborative, business-enabling approach to security — someone who helps teams find safe paths forward rather than defaulting to “no”
Strong leadership presence and ability to build trust with security, engineering, executive, and go-to-market teams
Experience in fintech, payments, security, bot mitigation, or regulated industries is a plus, but not required
Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Benefits we offer:
Generous compensation in cash and equity
Early exercise for all options, including pre-vested
Work from anywhere: Remote-first Culture
Flexible paid time off and Year-end break

We are a remote-first company with a globally distributed team. You can find your productive zone and work from there.
About the role:
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Sardine, you'll own the systems that make real-time fraud detection possible. Our data science team builds custom models for our clients, you build and run the platform they deploy onto, and the low-latency serving path those models score on.
Sardine scores millions of sessions in real time from hundreds of device and behavioural signals, inside a sub-250ms budget. That constraint shapes everything: how features are computed and served, how models are deployed and rolled back, how quickly you know when something has degraded. You'll be the person who figures out why a model broke.
What you'll be doing:
Build and own the model serving infrastructure, real-time inference, feature retrieval, and the latency budget that governs both
Build the deployment path our data scientists use to ship models themselves, including bring-your-own-model support for clients hosting their own
Own models in production: monitoring, drift detection, retraining, incident response, and the on-call rotation
Build and optimise the pipelines that turn raw device and behavioural signals into production-ready features
Work across Python and our Go backend to keep inference fast inside the request path
Build models yourself where it makes sense, roughly 20% of the role, and more if you want it
Champion testing, observability, security and compliance in a regulated environment
What you'll need
Experience building, not just using, model serving infrastructure.
Production ownership of ML systems: you've been paged when something broke, you found out why, and you changed something so it didn't happen again.
Strong Python, and solid software engineering fundamentals, testing, code review, CI/CD, the discipline that makes a platform other people can rely on.
Comfort with Kubernetes, containers and a major cloud (we're mostly GCP), plus infrastructure-as-code.
Enough understanding of models to debug them. You don't need to have trained one recently, but when precision drops you should know the difference between a data problem, a feature pipeline problem, and a model problem
Experience building tooling other engineers or data scientists actually use, and the judgement to know what should be self-serve and what shouldn't.
Bonus Points
Domain knowledge in fraud, risk, or cybersecurity.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and the modern devops framework.
Understanding of modern browser APIs and high-entropy data collection techniques.
Familiarity with leveraging frontier LLMs for automation.
