Solutions Architect
Solutions Architect (Remote – US) - Full-Time
About Saturn Cloud
Saturn Cloud helps data science and engineering teams build, run, and scale ML/AI and analytics workloads—without the infrastructure headaches. Our platform brings together collaborative development environments, production-grade orchestration, and elastic compute so teams can ship faster and operate reliably. We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to partner with prospects and customers to design technical solutions, prove value quickly, and help teams succeed from first evaluation through adoption and expansion.
What You’ll Do
As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be a technical leader in the pre-sales and early post-sales motion—bridging customer needs to Saturn Cloud’s platform and product capabilities.
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, workflows, stakeholders, and success criteria
- Design end-to-end solutions using Saturn Cloud (workspaces, orchestration, compute, networking, security, observability)
- Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots, define evaluation plans, and guide customers to measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales to craft technical strategy for accounts, including solution proposals and implementation approaches
- Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate field feedback, influence roadmap, and improve onboarding patterns
- Create reusable assets: reference architectures, demo environments, best-practice guides, and enablement materials
- Support customer handoff to Customer Success/Support and stay engaged through early adoption milestones
- Be a trusted technical advisor on scalability, cost optimization, security posture, and production readiness

- Ability to lead technical discovery, articulate tradeoffs, and build customer trust
- Excellent communication skills: can translate between business goals and technical implementation
- US-based and authorized to work in the US
