The U.S. mortgage market is a $14 trillion pillar of the economy — and much of it still runs on fax machines, overnight shipping, and manual workflows. Snapdocs is changing that. Our platform currently powers 20% of all real estate closings in the country, and we’re just getting started.
We design workflow software and AI-driven automation that connects lenders, settlement teams, notaries, and investors — eliminating friction, reducing risk, and delivering a faster, simpler closing for every borrower. Our customers range from the largest mortgage lenders to independent title companies. They trust us because we solve real operational pain with empathy, rigor, and reliability.
We’re backed by Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime, and we’re building for the long term.
Snapdocs is automating the home mortgage experience — connecting the lenders, title companies, settlement agents, and secondary market participants who power the industry. We sit at the center of every closing. Our platform handles the coordination, compliance, and data flow that makes digital mortgage closings possible at scale.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own Snapdocs' expansion into the largest lending institutions in the country. You'll work directly with heads of lending and operations at Fortune 5000 lenders, helping them rethink how they close loans. The role is genuinely strategic: you'll run complex, multi-stakeholder deals and carry real responsibility for revenue growth in your territory.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and execute enterprise sales strategy within a defined territory, including named account planning and outbound pipeline development.
- Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders at large lending institutions to understand their business priorities and connect them to Snapdocs' solutions.
- Run full-cycle enterprise deals from first contact through close, including six-figure contracts.
- Apply MEDDPICC across your pipeline — mapping metrics, economic buyers, decision criteria, and paper process with precision. We expect you to live in this framework, not just cite it.
- Build a deep understanding of each target account: their digital transformation goals, organizational structure, existing technology, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to build deal-specific value propositions and manage execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to lending leaders navigating digital transformation, from RON adoption to eClose rollout.
- Stay current on e-closing and mortgage technology developments to maintain credibility in every conversation.
- Seek out coaching, share pipeline intelligence with leadership, and contribute to the team's collective knowledge.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6-8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of hunting, closing, and expanding Fortune 5000 accounts.
- Deep fluency in MEDDPICC. You use it to run your deals, manage your pipeline, and pressure-test your own thinking. We'll go deep on this in the interview process.
- Experience selling into financial services, mortgage, or lending verticals is a plus.
- Consistent quota attainment and top-of-leaderboard results in previous roles.
- Strong account planning and pipeline management discipline, backed by CRM hygiene you'd be comfortable showing to your manager today.
- Accurate forecasting — you know the difference between pipeline and a real projection.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where the product roadmap is still being shaped and the deals you close inform company strategy.
- Collaborative by nature — you know how to bring in internal resources without losing control of a deal.
- Willing to travel and meet clients in person.
WHY SNAPDOCS
- The mortgage industry processes millions of closings a year, most of them still heavily manual. Snapdocs is the platform that's changing that.
- Series D company backed by Sequoia Capital, Tiger Global, and Y Combinator, on a clear path to profitability.
- A sales motion built for enterprise: named accounts, ABM infrastructure, and a solutions consulting team that shows up to deals prepared.
- Competitive OTE, meaningful equity, and a team that takes commercial execution seriously.
- 100% remote with regular in-person touchpoints through industry conferences and team offsites.
COMPENSATION
We believe in being upfront about pay.
- Base salary: $150,000
- Variable: $150,000
- Total on-target earnings (OTE): $300,000
Where you land within the variable range depends on your attainment against quota. In addition to base and variable compensation, this position includes meaningful equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

ABOUT SNAPDOCS
Snapdocs is the mortgage industry's leading digital closing platform, connecting the people, processes, and technology that power every closing. Our platform automates what was once manual, fragmented, and error-prone — making the closing experience faster, more accurate, and more transparent for lenders, title companies, notaries, and borrowers.
The role
This is the seat that keeps new lender customers moving. When a deal closes, whether it's a new logo or an upsell, the Implementation Manager owns what happens next: getting the customer live, driving real adoption, and ensuring the transaction volume that justifies the contract actually flows through the platform.
You'll own the full implementation lifecycle for Snapdocs' core lender products: Digital Close, eVault, quality control, and new products as they're released. You'll bring a consultative approach and strong change management instincts — the product is intuitive; the work is helping lender organizations actually adopt it.
You'll run the full range of lender implementations alongside your colleagues, bringing structured project management, proactive communication, and the ability to drive adoption across complex customer organizations.
What you'll do
- Own the full implementation lifecycle for lender customers across Digital Close, eVault, QC Suite, and new products as they are released — from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to lender customers — diagnosing where they are, understanding their organizational constraints, and guiding them toward successful adoption.
- Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and customer communication cadences for every active implementation.
- Drive adoption beyond go-live by equipping customer teams with the training, process guidance, and operational readiness needed to use the platform successfully.
- Lead change management across the customer organization, helping teams adopt new workflows, align stakeholders, and roll out Snapdocs successfully at scale.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to share implementation learnings, strengthen documentation, and contribute to a rising-tide methodology the whole team benefits from.
- Identify gaps in implementation methodology and process — and fix them without being asked.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales on pre-implementation alignment, handoffs, and escalations.
- Contribute process and methodology improvements that the whole team benefits from.
What you'll bring
- You've owned complex SaaS implementations end-to-end from the vendor side: project plans, milestone tracking, stakeholder management, and the judgment to know what needs to happen next without waiting for direction.
- You can learn a complex customer environment fast and earn credibility quickly. Experience in mortgage or financial services helps, but it isn't required.
- You're comfortable in high-stakes customer conversations. You can navigate complexity, manage competing priorities, and keep stakeholder trust intact when things get hard.
- Technical integration concepts don't intimidate you. APIs, SSO, data configuration. You don't need to build them, but you understand them well enough to ask the right questions and keep things moving.
- And you bring genuine curiosity — you're interested in learning the product deeply, understanding the industry, and growing into the team'sexpert over time.
AI proficiency standard
AI fluency is a core expectation at Snapdocs. Every team member is expected to actively use AI tools to do their best work. This means:
- Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day workflow as a genuine productivity multiplier, not as a novelty.
- Understand how AI can accelerate implementation work — drafting customer communications, summarizing meetings, building knowledge bases, automating processes — and apply it proactively.
- Stay current on AI developments relevant to your role and identify new applications that create leverage for your team.
Compensation
We believe in being upfront about pay. The base salary range for this role is determined by your work location:
- Zone 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle Metro, New York City): $145,500 - $182,000
- Zone 2 (All other U.S. locations): $127,500 - $159,500
This role is eligible for a 20% variable component tied to lender revenue and eNote revenue performance, bringing total on-target earnings (OTE) to:
- Zone 1: $174,600 - $218,400
- Zone 2: $153,000 - $191,400
Where you land within the range depends on your experience, skills, and how you'll make an impact in the role. In addition to base salary and variable compensation, this position includes meaningful equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Senior Manager, Engineering
Snapdocs · San Francisco, California, United States
Pay

The U.S. mortgage market is a $14 trillion pillar of the economy — and much of it still runs on fax machines, overnight shipping, and manual workflows. Snapdocs is changing that. Our platform currently powers 20% of all real estate closings in the country, and we’re just getting started.

Our customers range from the largest mortgage lenders to independent title companies. They trust us because we solve real operational pain with empathy, rigor, and reliability.
We’re backed by Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime, and we’re building for the long term.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Mortgage closing sits at the center of one of the largest, most fragmented financial transactions in the US. The process is long, multi-party by nature, and still mostly manual in ways that cost real time and money for everyone involved. Snapdocs has spent the better part of a decade automating it. Today the company connects hundreds of lenders and thousands of settlement professionals, signing services, and notaries into a single digital closing platform. Backed by Sequoia Capital and on a clear path to sustainable growth, Snapdocs is the operating standard for digital mortgage closing, built to ride out rate cycles and expand well beyond them.
Our engineering organization is built in layers. Product teams move fast building customer-facing features on top of shared platform capabilities, and that foundation is only as good as the team maintaining it. This role owns that foundation.
THE ROLE
You'll own our Core Platform & Services engineering team, reporting to our VP of Architecture. Your primary customers are other engineering teams. Your job is to identify what belongs in a shared central service, draw those boundaries clearly, build with operational discipline, and make sure every product team at Snapdocs can rely on what you ship.
The team today covers shared domain services including document storage and delivery, email infrastructure (inbound and outbound), and authentication. The scope is expected to expand to include a second team within 3 to 6 months as you establish yourself. You'll work closely with the VP of Architecture and Staff Engineers to set architectural direction. You own the roadmap and the business case for platform investments. The Staff Engineers own the architecture and implementation inside that context. The dynamic works best when you can hold your own in a technical conversation without needing to run it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Define and own the roadmap for core platform services, framing platform investment in terms of developer velocity, system reliability, and reduced cost of feature delivery across product teams
- Partner with the VP of Architecture and Staff Engineers to draw clear, defensible boundaries between shared platform capabilities and product-app logic
- Lead multi-quarter platform migrations and deprecation drives across downstream engineering teams, with zero high-severity production impact
- Absorb organizational complexity so Staff and Principal Engineers can focus on deep technical design
- Own full performance management for 8 to 12 engineers: 1:1s, twice-annual reviews, coaching plans, and promotion recommendations
- Anticipate platform bottlenecks 6 to 12 months before product teams hit them, and build the internal business case to address them proactively
- Uses AI in repeatable platform workflows to accelerate build and delivery work, including migration and core service build outs.
- Leverage AI to accelerate platform discovery work like dependency mapping, requirement shaping, and identifying shared-platform opportunities.Uses AI in repeatable platform workflows to accelerate build and delivery work, including migration and core service build outs.
- Leverage AI to accelerate platform discovery work like dependency mapping, requirement shaping, and identifying shared-platform opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in distributed systems, API design, event-driven architecture, or shared platform services
- 4+ years managing engineering teams in a platform, infrastructure, or core services capacity. Product EM backgrounds need clear platform depth for this role.
- Demonstrated track record running complex, multi-team migrations or platform deprecation drives with downstream engineering customers
- High technical literacy in areas like API design, schema management, service boundary definition, and event-driven architecture. You can engage with Staff Engineers as a credible sparring partner without writing the code yourself.
- Experience building the business case for foundational platform work against competing short-term feature requests
- Informed approach to AI in platform engineering, using it for code analysis, dependency mapping, spec generation, and migration acceleration in the actual work.
- Mid-to-late stage B2B SaaS background is a strong signal, particularly companies that navigated a monolith-to-services transition

Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing - Settlement & Strategic Verticals
Snapdocs · San Francisco, California, United States
Pay
$165k–183k
Setting
Remote
The U.S. mortgage market is a $14 trillion pillar of the economy — and much of it still runs on fax machines, overnight shipping, and manual workflows.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The settlement industry is navigating rapid change. Title companies, escrow agents, and closing professionals are operating in a market that's moving faster than the tools built to serve it. Snapdocs is the infrastructure at the center of this shift. Backed by Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime, we've built the industry's most trusted digital closing platform, and we're extending that reach into a wider set of settlement-adjacent verticals: new account types, new use cases, and a signing and notarization motion that goes well beyond where our foundational product started.
Marketing's role in capturing this moment isn't to run more campaigns. It's to read a complex, multi-vertical B2B funnel and make smart, fast decisions about what's working, who the real ideal customer is, and where to invest next. This is the role that owns that intelligence layer and growth strategies for the settlement segment.
THE ROLE
As Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing — Settlement & Strategic Verticals, you own channel intelligence and judgment for Snapdocs' settlement marketing motion. The funnel here is more complex than the lender segment, and it's getting even more complex. Title companies, escrow agents, and independent closing professionals are the current base. But our notary and signing products can serve adjacent verticals: thousands of potential accounts across industries that haven't been mapped yet. This role requires someone who can hold multiple audience signals at once, help figure out who to target, how and where as new verticals open, and close the loop back to the Settlement PMM with clear, actionable direction. This is a campaign execution seat so your hands are on the wheel. And, you’ll create the strategies for leveraging both AI and marketing automation to help you handle execution. You're also the judgment layer that tells the business what's working, what to stop, and what to try next.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the channel intelligence layer for the settlement segment, across the current base (title companies, escrow agents, independent closing professionals) and the new verticals Snapdocs is expanding into
- Define the ideal customer profile for each new vertical as it opens: who converts, who churns, what a good account looks like. You'll build this with data, since there's no playbook to inherit
- Build the programs & campaigns, then read and interpret the performance signals across a multi-audience, high-volume B2B funnel — surfacing the distinctions between ICPs and building the next set of strategies to act on them
- Close the loop back to the Settlement PMM on a defined cadence: You work in partnership with the PMM to feed insights, interpretations and recommendations back into the positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence and sales enablement that position Snapdocs to win.
- Propose and own the attribution approach for a multi-vertical funnel. Get buy-in from sales and finance, and defend it when the numbers get questioned
- Set KPIs for the marketing motion across all audience layers and own pipeline contribution reporting
- Maintain the quality and accuracy bar on AI-generated content and channel outputs before they reach the market
- Partner with Settlement Sales and Customer Success to understand where marketing signal connects to deal stage, expansion opportunity, or churn risk
- Help build brand recognition in each new vertical from the ground up. As settlement expands past its current footprint, you help define what the brand needs to be
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, growth marketing, revenue marketing, or demand generation, with experience across multi-audience or multi-vertical funnels
- Comfort with ambiguity and greenfield problems. New verticals don't come with a complete playbook, and you're energized by building one rather than waiting for it
- Analyst-strategist orientation: you form clear hypotheses from messy data, make a channel or budget call, and can defend it under scrutiny
- Direct experience designing an attribution model (not just operating one someone else built) and getting cross-functional buy-in on it
- Experience working in genuine partnership with sales and customer success, not just parallel to them
- AI-native working style: actively uses AI tools in daily work and exercises judgment about where outputs need human editorial intervention
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms; HubSpot experience required
- Proptech, real estate, title/settlement, fintech, healthcare, or similarly complex B2B vertical experience is a plus
- Experience building brand recognition in a new market or vertical is a plus
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
- Multi-Audience Signal Reading: You hold multiple funnel layers across a growing set of B2B verticals — title companies, escrow agents, independent closing professionals, and whatever comes next as settlement expands. You interpret each without and translate the distinctions into specific growth strategies and activities. .
- Commercial Acuity: You think in pipeline and outcomes, not impressions and content volume. You design and defend attribution models yourself, rather than just operating one. You map signal to revenue stages across account types and bring that language naturally into your partnerships with the PMM, Sales, and CS teams.
- Vertical & ICP Definition: As settlement expands, you help identify who the ideal customer actually is, using data. You define what a good account looks like before the playbook exists.
- Systems Fluency: You understand how data architecture and measurement design enable or constrain interpretation. You work design the instrumentation a complex, multi-vertical funnel requires.
- AI Pragmatism: You use AI tools to accelerate signal analysis, content iteration, and competitive monitoring, and you exercise judgment about when AI-generated content is off-brand, inaccurate, or simply not worth publishing before it reaches the market.
