Who We Are
The Solana Foundation is a non-profit based in Zug, Switzerland, dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. Solana is a high performance blockchain that can deliver a fast and friendly user experience, without sacrificing security. The Solana Foundation is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information and value freely around the world. We are looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build.
The Opportunity
Solana Foundation is seeking a Senior IT Security Engineer to own and mature our enterprise security program. You'll be the primary owner of identity, endpoint, and SaaS security across a global team — managing everything from Okta, EDR, and MDM to the secure configuration of our cloud and developer infrastructure. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who has built and run enterprise security programs before and is ready to apply that experience to the unique risk models of web3. This individual will work closely with the CISO to implement defined security strategy and with operations teams and engineering teams to deliver security approaches that protect critical assets and enable company execution at the speed of crypto.
To be Successful in this role
You will:
Own deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of our centralled identity and access management platform
Configure and manage our EDR (endpoint detection and response) solution across the fleet
Configure and manage our MDM (mobile device management) solution and enforce secure baseline configurations
Manage secure configuration and governance across our SaaS application fleet
Collaborate with operations to ensure security is integrated across the full lifecycle of a global endpoint fleet, from procurement and dropshipping through provisioning, patching, and retirement
Implement access control systems and internal data security practices across the organization per security standards defined by the CISO
Operate vulnerability management solutions, including scanning, triage, and remediation tracking
Audit and secure the configuration of modern enterprise tech stacks including GitHub, AWS, and GCP per established security policies
Execute backup testing processes and participate in incident response efforts
Maintain and improve compliance with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2
You ideally have:
Strong infrastructure and enterprise security experience, including security governance, access control systems, and vulnerability management
Hands-on experience deploying and managing single-sign on solutions, EDR, and MDM tooling
Experience securing and managing a SaaS application fleet at an organization-wide scale
Experience managing a global fleet of endpoints across its entire lifecycle
Experience owning secure configuration of modern enterprise tech stacks such as GitHub, AWS, and GCP
Comfortable scripting (Python, Go, or Bash) to automate security workflows, evidence collection, and integrations across the identity, endpoint, and SaaS stack
Experience building backup processes and leading incident response
Experience working within security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar
Strong communication skills and comfort operating autonomously across time zones
Bonus Points:
Experience working across both traditional web2 operational security and crypto/web3 environments, with an understanding of how their security and risk models differ
Experience securing custody, key management, or other crypto-specific infrastructure

The Opportunity
Solana Foundation is seeking a DeFi Growth Lead, Americas to support in developing and executing the DeFi growth strategy.
This role is primarily partnerships and growth-execution focused; you'll spend the majority of your time on supporting Solana native DeFi protocols with their GTM and growth strategies. The ideal candidate has deep DeFi fluency and a track record of moving the numbers that matter: TVL, volume, and institutional adoption.
To be successful in this role
You will:
Be the primary day-to-day contact for DeFi venues on Solana — Work both startups and established teams to establish GTM strategy and help them in execution.
Execute liquidity and incentive programs — Design the mechanics with DeFi or DeFi related teams, model payout-to-outcome before committing spend, run the program and craft data driven insights to help with subsequent programs.
Source and qualify institutional counterparties — Desks, market makers, allocators, issuers. Bring qualified opportunities to the table and work with the rest of the DeFi and Trading team to onboard.
Own the delivery of the core DeFi metrics — TVL, volume, desks onboarded, program ROI against internal targets.
Feed the deal pipeline — Surface interesting and unique opportunities to the team often and be confident in thinking outside the box.
You ideally have:
Deep DeFi fluency — you understand DeFi deeply and how incentives transmit into volume and TVL; you hold your own with protocol founders and operators with traditional finance backgrounds.
A track record of moving numbers — you've run growth or BD at a protocol, exchange, market maker, or fund and can point to TVL, volume, or adoption you were directly responsible for.
Institutional credibility — you've sat across from allocators, market makers, or issuers and closed.
Comfort owning protocol relationships as your primary surface, since that's where this seat spends most of its time.
An operator mindset — you ship, and you're a global operator based in the US, able to run the Americas and coordinate across EU and APAC hours

The Solana Foundation is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information and value freely around the world. We are looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build.
The Opportunity
The Solana Foundation is looking for a Product Partnerships Manager to serve as the connective tissue between inbound demand and our product teams. You'll be the first point of contact for developers, companies, and projects looking to build on the Solana Developer Platform (SDP) and our growing suite of API products: qualifying leads, routing them to the right internal stakeholders, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
To be successful in this role
You will:
Own the inbound pipeline. Receive, qualify, and triage incoming leads from developers, wallets, exchanges, fintechs, and other potential integration partners for SDP and API products.
Route with precision. Match leads to the right internal teams and stakeholders based on product fit, technical requirements, and strategic priority.
Keep the system honest. Maintain clean, detailed records in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) — every conversation logged, every handoff documented, every follow-up tracked.
Synthesize signal from noise. Surface recurring themes, feature requests, and integration patterns from inbound conversations to inform product roadmap discussions.
Close the loop. Follow up with partners post-handoff to ensure they're progressing, flag blockers to internal teams, and keep the experience smooth from first touch through integration.
Brief stakeholders. Prepare and share concise notes, weekly pipeline summaries, and partner briefs for product and leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with product, engineering, developer relations, and marketing to ensure alignment on partner priorities and messaging.
You ideally have:
Quality experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or solutions consulting, ideally at a developer platform, API company, or infrastructure provider.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and structure.
Strong written communication skills. Your notes are clear enough that someone picking up a cold conversation knows exactly where things stand.
Comfort engaging with technical products, with the ability to confidently discuss APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem, including an understanding of DeFi protocols and onchain infrastructure.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to manage customer relationships and workflows.
