About The Role
We're rapidly growing our clinical team as we cultivate new partnerships with enterprises across the healthcare spectrum. We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work as a Clinical Manager to oversee our west coast region as well as future markets in the nation as we continue to expand.
This role will report to the Director of In Home Care and you will collaborate closely with all Clinical Managers and internal stakeholders to effectively lead the charge of the Sprinters in your assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams, identify and create solutions.
Clinical Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the clinical field team, ensuring smooth workflow.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
Monitor patient care quality, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices.
Staff Supervision & Development
Recruit, train, and manage the clinical Sprinter team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Joint Commission, etc.).
Monitor incident reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service delivery.
Financial & Resource Management
Control expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
Optimize clinical workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Patient Care Coordination
Address patient concerns and ensure a patient-centered approach to care.
Respond to abnormal labs, tests, vitals- assess, triage patients to ensure proper follow up care is received.
Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the Clinical Manager team and cross functional teams to ensure Sprinters are supported in the field and all teams are aligned.
Attend management meetings and provide updates on clinical operations for your market.

Experience and Skills
5+ years of Registered Nurse experience
Experience in a healthcare startup or virtual management experience preferred
Direct report management experienceProficient at working with modern technology
Able to do extensive travel of up to 50%

We are seeking a Clinical Learning Specialist (RN) to support the development, implementation, and administration of clinical training programs across our organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring new clinicians are prepared to deliver safe, high-quality care from day one.
Position Overview
The Clinical Learning Specialist is responsible for supporting onboarding, competency management, and clinical education activities for Sprinters (Phlebotomists) and Nurse Practitioners. Working closely with Clinical Training Managers, Instructional Design, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Credentialing teams, this role helps coordinate onboarding activities, maintain training content, administer learning programs, and support clinician readiness.
This position is ideal for a clinically experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys education, organization, and supporting scalable training programs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Education Support
Assist with the development, maintenance, and organization of clinical training materials, job aids, competency checklists, workflows, and reference guides.
Partner with Clinical Training Managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and aligned with clinical and operational standards.
Support updates to training materials based on quality findings, workflow changes, regulatory updates, and organizational priorities.
Assist in creating presentations, skills validation tools, competency assessments, and learning resources.
Onboarding Coordination
Coordinate onboarding activities for new Sprinters and Advanced Practice Providers.
Manage onboarding schedules, training assignments, and learner communications.
Track completion of required training, competencies, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Support virtual and in-person onboarding events, skills labs, and training sessions.
Serve as a resource for onboarding-related questions and training logistics.
Learning Management
Administer learning assignments and training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Maintain accurate competency, training, and completion documentation.
Monitor onboarding progress and communicate completion status to leaders and stakeholders.
Generate routine reports on training participation, onboarding completion, and competency compliance.
Support annual competencies and ongoing education initiatives.
Training Operations Support
Coordinate training calendars, materials, communications, and logistics.
Support field trainers, preceptors, and training facilitators with administrative and educational resources.
Assist with audits and documentation reviews related to training and competency programs.
Identify opportunities to improve training processes and learner experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Clinical Operations, Quality, Credentialing, Compliance and People teams to support clinician readiness.
Participate in process improvement initiatives related to onboarding and training operations.
Support organizational efforts to standardize training and competency management across markets.
Qualifications
Required
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
Experience as a preceptor, trainer, onboarding support resource, charge nurse, or educator.
Experience creating educational materials, competency assessments, or job aids.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to travel frequently to support onboarding, training programs, and organizational initiatives at our Atlanta-based training facility.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools.
Preferred
Experience in home health, primary care, population health, ambulatory care, or care management.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred).
Familiarity with adult learning principles and competency-based education.
Experience supporting onboarding or training programs in a healthcare setting.
Residence in the Atlanta metropolitan area
