YOUR MISSION
Sprinters (our mobile phlebotomists and clinicians) are on the frontlines of patient care—but they can’t do it alone. That’s where you come in. As a Field Support Specialist, you’ll be the real-time lifeline for Sprinters in the field: answering questions, solving problems, and keeping the day moving. You’ll also play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational projects—helping coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Think of it as a blend of customer support, air traffic control, project coordination, and operations troubleshooting—done with empathy and speed.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, loves helping people, and can bring clarity to chaos while keeping projects and priorities on track.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Be the first line of support for Sprinters in the field via Slack, phone, and Zendesk
Troubleshoot real-time operational issues—everything from tech issues to supply hiccups to tricky addresses.
Communicate clearly and empathetically, building trust and confidence with Sprinters.
Escalate issues appropriately to Market Operations or Clinical Managers.
Track and document field challenges to identify patterns and process improvements.
Support ad-hoc operational projects and process documentation as assigned.
ABOUT YOU
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in operations support, customer service, healthcare administration, or similar.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with an empathetic, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
Comfortable with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Looker, and ticketing systems like Zendesk
Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings or weekends, as business needs evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior healthcare or startup experience.
Experience in a support center, dispatch, or field operations environment.
Experience supporting fast-moving startup projects, including coordinating tasks, tracking follow-ups, documenting processes, and helping teams stay organized.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, communicate updates clearly, and move work forward with minimal direction.

Navigating with ease… using easy and modern technology, you will navigate through your schedule for the day and partner with our clinical in-home team members (Sprinters) that will visit each patient’s home
Creating meaningful bonds… you will have the opportunity to make a warm and welcoming connection with a diverse range of patients as you prepare to collect relevant information and perform various services
Patient-centric, wellness exam… engage in proactive care by conducting thorough health risk assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings and empowering patients’ with educational information regarding their health and well-being
Collaborative Patient Care … work directly with Sprinters to evaluate vital signs, arrange blood draws, and carry out necessary tasks to address the specific needs of the patient
Comprehensive Care Coordination and Management… provide comprehensive care coordination and management, including preventive care interventions, medication management, referrals to specialists, community resources, and documentation of findings
Skills and Requirements
Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana
Consistently exhibits the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care and compassion to provide high quality health services
Willingness to work in a revolutionary environment that sometimes necessitates last minute problem solving and out of the box thinking
Technologically savvy and comfortable using tools such as laptops or mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination

About the Role
The Collaborating Physician at Sprinter Health plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-standard, patient-centered care through collaboration with our Nurse Practitioner. This role involves clinical oversight, educational mentorship, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and company protocols to enhance the quality of patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical guidance and support to a Virtual Nurse Practitioner in CA, ensuring high-quality patient care including monthly 1:1 check-ins.
Review medical records as required by state regulations and Sprinter Health policies.
Ensure compliance with evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols tailored to telemedicine. Participate in case reviews, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain superior care standards.
Ensure all clinical activities comply with state and federal regulations pertinent to telemedicine.
Carry out any other responsibilities as necessary to adapt to the changing requirements of the business.
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in the state of
Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of California
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with prior experience in a supervisory or collaborative role preferred.
Experience with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) system

As a Patient Engagement Specialist I, you are often the first voice of Sprinter Health. We are looking for someone that can use their voice to support patients in their care journey through convenient, at-home services.
A Day in the Life of a Sprinter Patient Engagement Specialist I
Your day will begin by reviewing and following up on inbound requests received from existing outreach campaigns
Throughout the day you will utilize deep prospecting techniques to outreach patients in a personalized and engaging way
You will utilize an auto-dialer tool that makes 150 to 200 outbound calls to patients every day
You will talk to about 80 to 100 patients and book an average of 19 appointments each day
You will use strong communication skills to build trust with prospective patients and caregivers to encourage and motivate them to schedule their appointments
As you connect with patients, you will help educate them on the importance of receiving their ordered services as well as the benefits receiving them in-home with Sprinter Health
To support you in your role, you will build a strong understanding of the care model of each of our partners to support any outstanding questions patients may have
You will collaborate with other representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience
As different customer situations arise, you will escalate questions and concerns to other teams for additional support

Skills and Requirements
Ability to work eastern time (EDT)
At least 2 years of outbound call center experience including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain information to customers
Proven skill managing multiple channels of communication including phone, email, chat, etc.
Experience with Zendesk (preferred)
Experience with Five9 (preferred)
