About Stellar Health:
Historically, US Healthcare has relied on a fee-for-service reimbursement system where providers are paid based on the quantity of patient visits and procedures, rather than the quality of health outcomes.
At Stellar Health, we help primary care providers put patient health first. Our platform - a mix of technology, people, and analytics - supports providers at the point of care, delivering real-time patient information, activating practice staff, and empowering providers and care teams with incentives that reward the work they are already doing to keep patients healthy. Providers and care teams are then paid monthly for each action they complete, and Payors save money in reduced healthcare costs along the way.
Stellar is a US-based Health-tech backed by Top VCs (General Atlantic, Point72, & Primary Venture Partners) with an established product & proven operating model. We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.
About the position:
We're growing our legal department and hiring our second team member. Our lead attorney joined less than a year ago as the company's first in-house counsel and has built a lot of the foundation: contract templates, workflows in SpotDraft, intake processes in Jira. But there's more to build, and just as importantly, there's always room to get better and faster.
If you're the kind of person who looks at a working process and immediately sees three ways to make it more efficient, you'll fit right in.
You'll work directly with the lead attorney to support a value-based care technology platform and our risk-bearing entities (ACO, MSO, and IPA), handling first-pass drafting on commercial contracts that range from straightforward to genuinely complex.
Our agreements are diverse. We contract upstream with health plans and ACOs and downstream with physician practices. Our deal structures include SaaS vendor arrangements, aggregator models, physician services agreements, and sophisticated partnership agreements. If you like variety and want to understand how all the pieces fit together, you'll enjoy this work.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll partner with teams across the business (especially growth and compliance), and coordinate with health plan customers, provider networks, vendors, and external counsel. You'll talk to a lot of people, and we hope you like that.
What You'll Do
Draft, review, and prepare first-pass redlines for commercial contracts, including health plan service agreements, provider network and participation agreements, vendor contracts, and data use and business associate agreements
Identify and flag key issues, unusual terms, and risk areas for attorney review
Support negotiations by preparing comparison charts, tracking open issues, and maintaining version control across deal threads
Serve as a responsive point of contact for the sales team on routine contract questions and status updates
Manage and maintain the contract lifecycle in SpotDraft: intake workflows, template libraries, clause banks, approval routing, renewal tracking, and reporting
Maintain and refine the contract obligations inventory, including key dates, notice requirements, and renewal terms
Support and execute the legal intake process through Jira
Build playbooks, FAQs, and self-service resources that reduce repetitive questions and let the business move faster
Spot inefficiencies and fix them; we're always looking for ways to do things better
Maintain corporate records, entity documents, resolutions, and governance materials for the parent company and subsidiaries
Handle corporate housekeeping: annual filings, registered agent coordination, minute book maintenance
Support subsidiary management and entity compliance as needed
Partner with business teams to gather deal terms and ensure contracts reflect commercial intent
Coordinate with compliance on regulatory research, policy updates, and documentation
Create and maintain training materials that help business teams participate in the contracting process
Monitor regulatory developments relevant to Stellar's contracts and flag what matters
Manage document flow, scheduling, and information exchange for outside counsel engagements
Track outside counsel spend and flag budget variances
Requirements:
5+ years of paralegal experience with substantial commercial contract drafting
Healthcare industry experience, ideally including payor contracts, provider agreements, or value-based care
Thorough understanding of HIPAA
Working familiarity with AKS, Stark Law, and healthcare data privacy requirements
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Paralegal certificate or equivalent training
Nice to Haves:
Experience with SpotDraft CLM
Legal operations experience: You've built or significantly improved contract management systems, intake processes, or legal workflows
A track record of making things more efficient, not just maintaining them
Prior experience in a small in-house legal team (fewer than 5 attorneys)
Familiarity with ACO structures, MSSP, or similar CMS programs
Health plan contracting experience (commercial, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid managed care)

Stellar offers a carefully curated selection of wellness benefits and perks to our employees:

About the position:
At Stellar, the Customer Success team serves as strategic partners to our Customers, which include health plans, major health systems, and other risk-bearing entities such as ACOs. We bring our Customers and the providers who use our platform through the journey of succeeding in value based care. The Customer Success team owns the client relationship post-sale. We act as trusted advisors, defining program success (e.g., key metrics and OKRs), developing and executing strategies to maximize client value and ROI using Stellar's platform, and building long-term partnerships by demonstrating continued impact and driving towards renewals and expansions.
The Customer Success Manager serves as the “General Manager” of an assigned book of business — owning the end-to-end customer success strategy, leading client relationships independently, and driving measurable outcomes across their accounts. The Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy: they lead weekly and monthly client meetings, own QBR preparation and delivery, and manage internal workstreams with minimal day-to-day oversight. The Director of Customer Success is available for escalations and attends QBRs, but is not required in most routine client interactions — the Manager is the primary point of leadership for their accounts on a day-to-day basis. This role is customer-facing, analytical, and deeply cross-functional — our team partners broadly across the full Stellar organization, working closely with our Engineering, Sales, Provider Operations, and Product teams to ensure we are effectively deploying Stellar’s technology and services.
How you'll make an impact:
As a Customer Success Manager you will:
Own the end-to-end customer success strategy for your assigned book of business, setting priorities and driving outcomes with minimal day-to-day direction.
Identify opportunities to maximize customer value on the Stellar Platform, translating data into compelling narratives and actionable strategies.
Lead weekly and monthly client meetings and own QBR preparation and delivery — you are the primary point of leadership for your accounts. Your Director will attend QBRs and is available for escalations, but is typically not present in routine client interactions.
Proactively assess and elevate customer health via key performance indicators and trends, ensuring strategic alignment with your customers' objectives in the value-based care space — and acting on risks before they escalate.
Diagnose complex barriers to success, identifying areas for intervention and independently developing and implementing data-driven mitigation strategies.
Minimize churn and drive comprehensive renewal strategies, partnering with your Director and Enterprise Growth on high-stakes renewal or expansion conversations as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and deeper partnership, working with Enterprise Growth to shape, develop, and close new business based on demonstrated and quantifiable client ROI.
Lead and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives and strategic work streams that directly impact customer outcomes and drive significant value realization.
Proactively bring the customer perspective to the Stellar organization, influencing strategic thinking and planning across the business.
Requirements:
You have at least 6 years of relevant career experience in fields such as management consulting, customer success, account management, or similar client-facing, analytical, or strategic roles at health tech or value based care companies.
Prior experience in healthcare is required; experience in VBC is preferred
You have demonstrated the ability to independently lead client relationships, including senior stakeholder management, without requiring regular manager involvement in day-to-day interactions
You are skilled at customer management and can build relationships as a trusted & respected thought-partner at multiple levels of a client organization
You are experienced in prioritization and project management, and can keep multiple complex work streams on track simultaneously
You are able to challenge the customer's thinking through insights and analysis and use data to demonstrate ROI
You can crisply articulate complex problems and solutions even when operating under uncertainty, and are comfortable driving conversations and decisions
You have the ability to balance multiple priorities, communicate roadblocks proactively, and work effectively within a small and nimble team
You have a strong interest in healthcare, particularly value-based care, and/or willingness to learn more

Stellar is a US-based Health-tech backed by Top VCs (General Atlantic, Point72, & Primary Venture Partners) with an established product & proven operating model. We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.
About the position:
The Director, Enterprise Sales will lead a critical revenue function at Stellar Health: driving new business and growing existing relationships with health plans and payers within a defined territory. This is a field sales role for an experienced enterprise hunter who thrives in complex, consultative environments and can navigate the unique dynamics of the payer ecosystem.
This individual will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close — identifying net new logo opportunities at national and regional health plans, building executive-level relationships, and expanding revenue within existing payer accounts. The role demands someone who can operate effectively within a 6–18 month enterprise sales cycle, sustaining momentum and advancing complex deals through multiple stakeholder layers.
The right candidate brings deep credibility in the health plan and payer market, a relentless drive to win new business, and the discipline to manage a robust pipeline over long sales cycles. They will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders at health plans, translating Stellar’s platform value into outcomes that matter most to payers: improved quality performance, reduced medical costs, and stronger provider partnerships.
How you'll make an impact:
Own net new logo acquisition from national and regional health plans and payers, owning prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development from the ground up.
Partner with our customer success team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and then own the process for landing these expansions.
Manage complex enterprise sales cycles of 6–18 months, maintaining deal momentum and executive engagement across multiple stakeholder levels within payer organizations.
Own revenue expansion within existing health plan accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partnering on renewals.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision makers at health plans (e.g., CMO, VP Quality, VP Value-Based Programs).
Develop deep knowledge of each prospect’s quality and cost objectives, and tailor Stellar’s value proposition accordingly.
Lead contract negotiations including MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, and SLAs with health plan procurement and legal teams.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM; provide reliable deal progression updates to leadership.
Represent Stellar at key payer and healthcare industry events including AHIP, RISE, Blues Summit, and APG.
Partner closely with implementation, clinical, and product teams to ensure a strong post-close handoff and customer experience.
Contribute market intelligence and voice-of-customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
What you'll bring:
7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a demonstrated track record of closing net new business — not account management alone.
Proven experience selling into health plans, payers, or managed care organizations is required.
Direct experience navigating and closing complex enterprise deals with sales cycles of 6–18 months.
Consistent history of quota attainment in a role requiring net new logo generation.
Strong understanding of payer economics, value-based care models, quality measurement (HEDIS, Stars), and how health plans evaluate and buy technology.
Ability to build executive-level trust with senior payer leadership (C-suite, VP-level) and manage multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Experience with SaaS-based healthcare technology solutions.
Skilled in consultative selling, deal structuring, and complex contract negotiation.
Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline; comfortable with long-cycle forecasting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate platform value into clear outcomes for payer audiences.
Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with significant autonomy and accountability.
Ability to travel 25–30% for in-person prospect meetings and industry events.
Who will love this job:
You are a true hunter — energized by building pipeline from scratch, navigating long complex deals, and winning new business in a market you know well
You have spent meaningful time in the payer ecosystem and understand how health plans buy, who the real decision makers are, and how to build the internal coalitions that close deals
Long sales cycles do not discourage you — you know how to keep momentum alive over 12+ months, manage multiple threads within an account, and bring deals across the finish line
You are motivated by the mission: helping primary care providers deliver better care while helping health plans improve quality outcomes and reduce costs
You take ownership of your numbers, and you know that success here means consistently generating new logos — not managing what already exists
You want to be part of a company with a proven model that is ready to scale
Perks & Benefits:
Stellar offers a carefully curated selection of wellness benefits and perks to our employees:

About the position:
Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Senior Director of Compliance and Privacy is responsible for the end-to-end management of the compliance and privacy program across all Stellar Health entities, including our SaaS business and our two ACOs. This is a senior leadership role with direct oversight of the compliance function's daily operations, regulatory strategy, and external-facing interactions with health plan compliance teams, outside counsel, and government regulators.
The Senior Director serves as the CCO's operational counterpart and backup, with sufficient authority and judgment to run the compliance program independently. This person will manage a compliance and privacy analyst, chair internal compliance governance bodies, and own the pre-contract compliance review process that supports Stellar's new business pipeline.
This role is critical given the current federal enforcement environment around risk adjustment, managed care, and Medicare Advantage, and requires someone who can operate with minimal oversight across multiple entities with distinct payor relationships and regulatory obligations.
How you'll make an impact:
Implement, maintain, and monitor all requirements established in the Stellar Health compliance plan, applicable laws and regulations, and customer contracts across all four entities
Lead pre-contract compliance reviews for new payor and provider agreements, enabling Stellar's revenue growth without creating regulatory or process bottlenecks
Own the compliance response process for payor compliance audits, HIPAA OCR inquiries, state AG investigations, and any DOJ/OIG enforcement activity, including early-stage triage, document production, and government interface
Execute the annual CRISP risk assessment process and develop annual work plans and program evaluations, calibrating the depth of compliance controls to the actual risk profile rather than overengineering processes that create unnecessary friction
Maintain an inventory of all applicable regulations and contractual compliance obligations across AKS, Stark Law, HIPAA, CMPL, and CMS program requirements, in partnership with other CRISP team members
Establish and monitor effective communication channels that promote a speak-up culture, including disseminating information and training, and receiving and responding to questions and concerns through anonymous reporting channels
Oversee thorough investigations and mitigation activities, including practices to prevent and detect retaliation
Manage compliance and privacy documentation including policies, procedures, plans, and standards across all four entities, ensuring consistency where appropriate and entity-specific customization where required
Build and maintain compliance monitoring strategies to detect anomalous user activity in the Stellar platform, including dashboards and reporting
Chair the Customer Compliance Council and the Compliance and Privacy Committee, and support the CCO with the Compliance, Security, and Risk Committee
Manage relationships with external stakeholders including outside counsel, customer compliance representatives, and regulatory bodies
Coordinate responses to serious compliance or privacy incidents including triage, mitigation, root cause analysis, and communication with all impacted parties
Oversee business courtesies and conflicts of interest processes
Support compliance and privacy aspects of customer and sales-related matters including pre- and post-contracting questionnaires
What you'll bring:
10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance and privacy, with progressive responsibility
At least 3 years of people management experience
Direct, hands-on experience with Anti-Kickback Statute safe harbor analysis, Stark Law, and HIPAA
Experience managing compliance across multiple legal entities or business lines simultaneously
Direct experience working with or for Medicare Advantage health plans, ACOs, or value-based care organizations
Experience responding to government inquiries or investigations (DOJ, OIG, state AG, or OCR)
Experience with payor or health plan compliance audit processes, either conducting them or responding to them as a vendor or delegated entity
Familiarity with risk adjustment programs, HCC coding compliance, and the current CMS enforcement environment
Experience conducting or supporting pre-contract compliance reviews for health plan or provider agreements
Proven ability to calibrate compliance controls to actual risk, avoiding overengineered processes while maintaining regulatory defensibility
Ability to represent the organization independently in interactions with health plan compliance officers, outside counsel, and government regulators
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills that adjust to the audience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience in business, healthcare, or a related field

Senior Product Manager I - Enterprise Analytics
About Stellar Health:
Historically, US Healthcare has relied on a fee-for-service reimbursement system where providers are paid based on the quantity of patient visits and procedures, rather than the quality of health outcomes.
At Stellar Health, we help primary care providers put patient health first. Our platform - a mix of technology, people, and analytics - supports providers at the point of care, delivering real-time patient information, activating practice staff, and empowering providers and care teams with incentives that reward the work they are already doing to keep patients healthy. Using the Stellar App, our web-based, point-of-care tool; practices receive a simple checklist of recommended actions that support the best quality care.
Stellar Health is looking for a Product Manager to lead our Analytics Engineering team and own the end-to-end lifecycle of our data and reporting products. This team is the engine room of our data organization, responsible for the dbt models and Snowflake architecture that power every decision we make. In this role, you will be the functional lead for the squad’s output, ensuring that our technical roadmap is perfectly synced with the business’s most pressing needs.
You aren't just managing a backlog; you are the Product Owner of our Analytics Portfolio. You will own the "front-end" design and strategy for all dashboards and reports, ensuring they are intuitive, high-quality, and actionable. Crucially, you will drive consistent definitions across the organization, connecting our data models directly to business operations. You will also "shift left," collaborating with other Product squads to ensure underlying system architectures meet analytics needs before a single line of code is written.
What you’ll do:
Drive the Analytics Engineering Roadmap: Serve as the functional lead for the AE squad; manage the backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, and ensure the team is focused on the highest-leverage modeling work.
Define Data as a Product: Own the requirement development for our analytics layers, ensuring dbt models and Snowflake structures are treated as curated products with high standards for uptime, documentation, and usability.
Standardize Business Logic: Drive the creation and maintenance of consistent data definitions across the company. You ensure that metrics are defined once in the modeling layer and used everywhere.
Support QA and Data Validation: Act as a final gate for quality; you will perform and coordinate QA on new data models and reports to ensure they meet business requirements and maintain high data integrity.
Perform Exploratory Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to validate assumptions, investigate data discrepancies, and help the team understand the impact of new data models on business KPIs.
Own the "Front-End" Data Portfolio: Lead the design, UX, and strategy for our internal and external reporting suites (Tableau/Looker). You define the standards for how data is visualized and consumed.
Operationalize Data via Reverse ETL: Oversee the integration of analytics data back into business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io) via Data Contracts to ensure integrations are reliable and resilient.
Collaborate Across Product Squads: Act as the "voice of data" during the upstream product development process, ensuring that new features are built to support robust downstream analytics.
You should have:
5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within a data-heavy environment (Analytics, BI, or Data Platforms).
The "Data-as-a-Product" Mindset: A proven track record of managing data assets with the same rigor as a software product (versioning, SLAs, user feedback loops).
Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to query data (SQL) and perform independent analysis to validate requirements or troubleshoot issues.
A "Front-End" Eye for Data: Experience in dashboard design and a deep understanding of how business users interact with complex information.
Conceptual Grasp of the Modern Data Stack: You should understand the workflow of dbt, Snowflake, and the role of Reverse ETL in operationalizing data.
Experience with Data Contracts: Familiarity with using contracts or schemas to manage dependencies between data producers and consumers.
Upstream Influence: Experience working with application PMs to influence system design for the sake of better data quality and consistent definitions.
Who will love this job:
You are a Product Manager first, Data Person second. You apply the same rigor to data products as you would to a user-facing app. You obsess over adoption, user feedback, and the long-term roadmap of your portfolio.
You are a Strategic Influencer. You know how to convince others that data is a core pillar of the business strategy, not a secondary "afterthought" or a reporting request to be handled later.
You are Operationally Minded. You get excited about data not just when it’s in a chart, but when it’s triggering an automated action in a CRM or a customer-facing tool.
You value Reliability and Governance. You believe in Data Contracts because you want to build high-trust data environments that don't break when a software engineer changes a column name.
You are known for your organizational skills. You take high-level ownership of projects and enjoy the accountability of driving them to successful completion.

Stellar offers a carefully curated selection of wellness benefits and perks to our employees:

Providers and care teams are then paid monthly for each action they complete, and Payors save money in reduced healthcare costs along the way.
