Program Manager, Executive Experiences
Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Executive Content & Experiences team builds trusted relationships with leaders shaping the global economy. We design high-impact programs—including executive briefings, advisory boards, flagship convenings at Davos, and executive programming at Stripe Sessions—to bring Stripe's strategy to life. Beyond delivering premier high-touch moments, we turn leadership insights into actionable intelligence that directly informs Stripe’s narratives, product, and go-to-market direction.
What you’ll do
We are looking for an Executive Experiences Program Manager to drive end-to-end operational excellence for our most high-profile leadership programs. This involves leading global operations for Tier-1 flagship moments like Davos, our Exec Summit at Sessions, the launch of new Executive Briefing Centers, as well as managing broader operations and budget allocation across the team. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of product marketing, executive engagement, strategic hospitality, and B2B pipeline development. You will build and scale a world-class execution engine that delivers flawless, high-touch experiences for executive audiences. This requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution and can zoom in and out based on the task at hand.
Responsibilities
- Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences (including Davos, Exec Summit at Sessions, and EBC space launches) across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
- Build, maintain, and evolve repeatable playbooks, best practices documentation, and toolkits to scale our executive event execution engine efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking in close partnership with accountable leads to ensure spend remains on-track.
- Own executive-ready program communications, operationalizing reporting across functions into unified, digestible status updates and leadership dashboards.
- Drive ongoing operational improvements via process innovation, automation, and the adoption of AI-powered tools to increase productivity and transform team workflows.
Who you are
A sharp, organized problem-solver who is a self-starter. You bring structure, clarity, and simplicity to complex problems and focus teams with competing priorities into aligned goals and plans. You are equally comfortable presenting to C-suite executives as you are clearing tactical operational roadblocks. You design systems, tools, and AI-first workflows to structure and automate programs and processes. You don’t think 1 step ahead, you think 10 steps ahead; you lead teams to structure phased milestones to achieve the intended end vision. You proactively anticipate risk and account for dependencies in plans to ensure we are planful and prepared for every foreseeable execution need in high-stakes environments.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or events
- Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the executive and working team level and competing priorities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Experience managing budgets, creating playbooks, and operational documentation for scaled program maturity
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with large-scale, high-profile, executive-facing events
- Experience managing projects in Asana (or other project planning software)
- Experience with budget and procurement software
- Experience partnering with agencies, vendors and third parties to bring consistency and standards
- Experience in the Tech industry; financial services, payments, or B2B software a plus
- AI project management workflow automation

About the team
Abuse Operations is the front-line incident response and remediation function handling active product abuse and fraud impacting Stripe and its merchants. This multi-disciplinary group, spanning Incident Managers, Investigators, Forward Deployed Security Engineers, and Data Scientists, neutralizes active attacks, gathers requirements for operational tooling, and leads incidents. The team works directly with impacted merchants to resolve technical incidents and policy abuse rapidly. Operating primarily across Eastern, Pacific and Western European time zones, these team members regularly coordinate with global stakeholders across the world.
What you’ll do
You'll play a critical role in safeguarding our financial ecosystem by investigating high-risk accounts and identifying complex patterns of fraud during incidents. You will lead incident response for product abuse and fraud events, conducting deep-dive analyses to identify root causes. By collaborating cross-functionally, you will drive improvements that enhance our fraud detection and prevention strategies at scale. Your expertise will be essential in automating response processes through agentic approaches, allowing us to safeguard merchants and neutralize threats with speed and precision.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, mitigate, and remediate urgent fraud incidents (e.g., ATO, card testing), utilizing FT3-mapped detection and signals enrichment to reduce uncertainty and accelerate response.
- As part of incidents, analyze high-risk accounts to identify fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeovers, and other fraud vectors, classifying them using FT3 (Fraud Taxonomy 3.0) to standardize threat intelligence.

- Experience with engineering, data processing and analysis tools (e.g. Databricks, Trino, etc.)
- Familiarity with common open-source frameworks for big data processing and/or data science (PySpark, Pandas, Sci-kit Learn, etc.)
- Experience with tactical threat intelligence and/or hunting for sophisticated threat actors in an enterprise environment
- Ability to proactively challenge the status quo by leveraging data and taking a user-centric approach to address complex product integrity challenges
Manager, Competitive Programs
Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Competitive Programs team, which is part of the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategic Programs team, is a new team dedicated to establishing and scaling Stripe’s Competitive Programs capability. Stripe operates in a dynamic and evolving competitive landscape. This role will help Stripe understand market developments and translate competitive insights into actionable guidance for teams and users.
The Competitive Programs team works alongside Market Intelligence to help Stripe identify meaningful threats and opportunities early, mobilize coordinated action across the company in priority situations, and turn market and deal signals into better Product, Marketing, and GTM decisions. We build the competitive operating system—program design, cross-functional coordination, deal-routing mechanisms, visibility, and accountability—while Product, Sales, PMM, Pricing, and other functions retain ownership for decisions and delivery in their domains.
This is a full-stack program manager role - the manager will be responsible for both building the team and running competitive programs. We are looking for a versatile leader who is excited to build something from the ground up and can apply the same skills to other high-priority GTM initiatives as the team’s mandate and Stripe’s needs evolve.
What you’ll do
You will lead and develop a team of program managers responsible for helping Stripe compete more effectively in its highest-priority competitive situations. You will turn an emerging capability into a durable operating model: establish the team’s goals and work plans, partner with Stripe leadership to determine where to deploy scarce program capacity, and ensure named competitor programs are well run, measurable, and connected to the functional teams that own decisions and delivery.
This is a high-ambiguity management role. You will work with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Product Operations, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Pricing, Finance & Strategy, and GTM Operations to turn unclear competitive problems into focused programs with clear objectives, owners, decision forums, operating cadences, and measures of success.
Initially, you will:
- Lead and develop the Competitive Programs team, setting clear objectives, assigning work, coaching program managers, and maintaining a high bar for judgment, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Establish the portfolio and operating model for centrally staffed P0 and P1 competitor programs, in partnership with Market Intelligence and GTM Strategic Programs leadership.
- Manage the highest-complexity competitive programs directly, particularly where Stripe must coordinate across Product, GTM, Commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- Build the repeatable playbooks and mechanisms that allow Stripe to respond to competitive threats quickly and learn at scale, without centralizing functional decisions that belong elsewhere.
You will be successful in this role if you are excited to build a new function from the ground up and tenacious at motivating XFN partners across the company to build a repeatable structure and deliver against Stripe’s top competitive priorities. You will be a trusted partner to executive leaders across Sales, Product, Product Operations, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Pricing, Finance & Strategy, and GTM Operations. You will help influence decision making around Product roadmap, commercial-policy, or account-strategy decisions and ensure the right functional owners are engaged, accountable, and able to make decisions at the pace required. You will need (1) superior communication skills to work across senior stakeholders from different functions and (2) are someone who thrives when solving complex problems with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
- Set the team’s SOKRs, portfolio priorities in partnership with Stripe leadership, work plans, and success measures; allocate program-management capacity across the highest-priority competitive needs.
- Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of program managers capable of operating independently in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Directly lead the design, launch, and lifecycle management of centrally staffed P0 and P1 competitor programs, including recommendations to continue, adjust, graduate, or re-elevate programs as the market changes.
- Coach program managers as they also design, launch, and lifecycle management of centrally staffed P0 and P1 competitor programs, including recommendations to continue, adjust, graduate, or re-elevate programs as the market changes.
- Build and continuously improve the program-management layer of Stripe’s competitive operating system, including playbooks, program standards, decision logs, operating reviews, escalation mechanisms, and executive reporting.
- Partner closely with Market Intelligence to translate competitive, customer, and deal signals into prioritized program actions; partner with Product, PMM, Sales, Pricing, and Product S&O to ensure those actions have accountable functional owners.
- Create clear, decision-oriented updates for senior leadership on program health, competitive risks, outcomes, capacity needs, and recommendations.
- Lead the identification and operationalization of the “competing fiercely” cultural change, surfacing systemic friction, and ensuring the right functional teams own durable solutions.
- Apply the team’s program-design and execution capabilities to other strategic GTM priorities as business needs evolve.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
You are a strategic, hands-on people leader who is energized by ambiguous, cross-functional business problems. You can set direction without waiting for perfect information, while maintaining enough operational rigor to ensure your team delivers durable results.
You know how to move between executive-level strategy and program detail: helping senior leaders make trade-offs, owning your own P0/P1 competitor programs all while ensuring teams have clear owners, milestones, decisions, and measures of success. You build trust across functions, but you are also comfortable naming risk, resolving ambiguity, and holding stakeholders accountable to commitments.
You are excited by the intersection of market dynamics, competitors, product strategy, commercial strategy, GTM execution, and organizational change. You recognize that a central Competitive Programs team should not replace functional ownership; its value is making the company faster, more coordinated, and more effective in priority situations.
Minimum requirements
- 9+ years of experience in program management, business operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline, including experience in a Sales, Marketing, Product, GTM Operations, or other commercial organization.
- 2+ years of people-management experience, including setting team objectives, assigning work, coaching and developing experienced individual contributors, and managing performance.
- Comfort with being a player-coach. Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated success leading complex and ambiguous cross-functional programs from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and durable operational handoff.
- Experience managing global programs across regions, segments, and product lines, including experience establishing program goals, work plans, operating cadences, decision forums, and success measures for complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in prioritizing competing demands and allocating limited team capacity against the highest-value work.
- Experience navigating senior stakeholders with differing incentives, priorities, and decision rights; ability to drive alignment while making trade-offs and escalation paths explicit.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
- Strong executive communication skills, including decision-oriented reporting, facilitation of senior working sessions and ability to communicate risks or trade-offs directly.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to assess program health, identify risks, measure outcomes, and guide prioritization.
- A high degree of ownership, sound judgement, adaptability, and comfort leading through rapid change.
- An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves mentality” paired with a collaborative working style that builds trust.
- Someone who demonstrates leadership qualities throughout their work – taking ownership of challenges, selflessly supporting their colleagues, and setting the standard for quality in their deliverables.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing competitive programs, strategic-account programs, product-launch programs, commercial transformation, or other high-stakes GTM initiatives.
- Experience building a new operating model, program-management team, or repeatable playbook from the ground up.
- Experience working closely with Product, Product Operations, PMM, Sales, Pricing, Finance & Strategy, Market Intelligence, and GTM Systems teams.
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, sales enablement, pricing, commercial strategy, product-feedback mechanisms, or executive account programs.
- Experience at a B2B technology, enterprise software, fintech, payments, or platform company.
- Comfort with SQL, BI tools, or other methods of analyzing pipeline, adoption, revenue, and operational data.

Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
IAM is the nerve center of Stripe. We control how millions of businesses grant access to their account, including employees, AI agents, apps, and API integrations, across the Dashboard, API, CLI, and MCP. We're also a platform team, building the unified, fine-grained permissions model that every product at Stripe builds on.
AI agents are changing how businesses operate, and how they get authorized, governed, and secured is being defined right now—largely by us. We build for solo founders and Fortune 500s alike, and the tension between those two is where the real product work lives.
What you’ll do
You'll set the vision and drive the roadmap for how every principal, human, agent, or app, gets access to a Stripe account. You'll do it by talking directly to the founders, admins, and developers who use it.
- Design the experience of granting access, everywhere. Signing up, inviting a teammate, creating an API key, authorizing an agent or a third-party app.
- Make agents a first-class citizen. Define how agents authenticate, what they're allowed to do, and how businesses stay in control, including approvals and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for the actions that matter most. You're defining an experience that will set the industry standard.
- Drive least privilege, made easy. Build custom roles, smart permission defaults, and usage-based recommendations that make the secure choice the obvious one instead of the tedious one.
- Push toward a world without secrets. Make secretless authentication (Workload Identity Federation) the default way developers integrate with Stripe, eliminating API key leaks as a category of risk rather than reducing their blast radius.
- Partner across nearly all of Stripe. Pitch an ambitious vision, then get teams across Dashboard, API Platform, Security, Payments and Money Movement genuinely excited to build it with you, even though none of them report to you.
- Ship, learn, and iterate: Run experiments, follow real usage, and adjust quickly rather than waiting for the perfect plan.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
The hardest part of this job, and the most fun, is the constant trade-off: usability vs. security, flexibility vs. simplicity. It takes taste to find a shape that feels effortless for a solo founder and holds up at Fortune 500 scale.
Minimum requirements
- 5+ years in product management, shipping platform or infrastructure products that other teams build on
- Background in security, identity, auth, or developer platforms, or serious curiosity about the space
- A habit of talking to users to find the real problem, not the reported one
- Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on authorization and authentication design
- A bias toward experimentation over big-bang launches
- Comfort setting direction in a space that's still being invented, across teams you don't manage
Specialist Solutions Architect, Data
Who We Are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About The Team
Specialist Solutions Architects (SSA) are domain experts aligned to specific Stripe solutions and customer buying centers. We have in-depth knowledge of specific solution offerings and a deep understanding of customer challenges. We align with specialist product sellers on deals, advise the broader pre-sales team on complex opportunities, support pipeline development and revenue attainment, serve as an advisor on go-to-market sales plays, and provide critical insights to our product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
You will collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue targets, while also educating the product and engineering teams on market trends and strongly influencing the product roadmap. You will develop deep relationships with senior customer business leaders and grow Stripe's solution offerings with new and existing customers. As a subject matter expert, you will scale the broader organization by creating reusable assets and coaching others on complex, high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe's Data products (data pipelines/export, revenue and reconciliation reporting, and analytics tooling) to accelerate opportunities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of how businesses warehouse and model payments and revenue data — data pipelines into Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and Databricks; ETL/ELT patterns; and how that data feeds financial reporting, reconciliation, and BI
- Conduct deep discovery of customers' existing data architecture, warehouse, and reporting stack to architect solutions that align Stripe's Data capabilities with their analytics and finance requirements
- Advise customers on how to design for complexity: multi-entity and multi-currency reporting, custom data models, integration with existing BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase) and ERP/GL systems, and data freshness/latency requirements
- Create and share best practices and reusable assets such as reference architectures to enhance the quality and efficiency of the broader sales and pre-sales organizations
- Partner closely with the Data product sales team and actively drive opportunities for Stripe's largest customers, leading solution strategy and owning key customer relationships
- Serve as a "Voice of the Customer" to drive product and feature request prioritization
- Identify product, industry, implementation, and competitive trends, and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders and sales to influence Stripe's Data product roadmap
- Act as an escalation point to drive complex technical issues to resolution with Stripe's engineering team
- Represent the technical health of the business on quarterly sales forecast calls and highlight deal blockers with proposed solutions
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
Who You Are
You're capable of engaging in both business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of a customer organization, including finance, data, and engineering leadership. You enjoy working on products that require deep technical understanding combined with business context, and you're as comfortable in a warehouse schema as you are in a revenue conversation with a CFO. You're excited to become an expert and to share that knowledge broadly.
If you meet the minimum requirements below, we encourage you to apply — the preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions architecture role, with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or financial reporting
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data warehousing and pipeline architecture (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks) and ETL/ELT tooling
- Strong understanding of how payments and revenue data maps to financial reporting and reconciliation workflows
- Experience working with or implementing BI/analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of software engineering and API integration patterns, including how data pipelines are built and maintained
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Stripe or other RESTful APIs into data pipelines or web applications
- Familiarity with complex reporting scenarios: multi-entity consolidation, revenue recognition data models, or usage-based billing data
- Experience with SQL at an advanced level and comfort working directly in a customer's data warehouse during discovery
- Experience as a subject matter expert in financial services, fintech, or a data/analytics vertical
- Pre-sales experience with Enterprise customers
