Overview
Application
Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One and Microsoft.
The Role
We're hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to own how Stuut shows up in market—the positioning, the narrative, the proof points, and the sales tools that turn pipeline into revenue.
This is not a content-for-content's-sake role. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating what our AI agent actually does into messaging that resonates with CFOs, PE operating partners, and AR leaders who are skeptical of vendor claims and allergic to buzzwords.
You'll work alongside our Head of Marketing and Demand Gen to build the GTM engine from the ground up—shaping how we position against legacy incumbents, enabling a sales team selling $100K+ deals, and turning customer results into our most powerful marketing asset.
This is a high-impact, foundational role for someone who can think strategically, execute decisively, and deliver measurable results. You'll shape how the market perceives Stuut and directly accelerate our path to category leadership in AI-powered accounts receivable.
What You'll Do
Own Stuut's core positioning, messaging architecture, and competitive differentiation—tailored by persona (CFO, PE ops, AR manager) and vertical (manufacturing, healthcare, industrials).
Build the sales enablement toolkit from scratch: battlecards, objection handling, discovery frameworks, ROI calculators, and vertical-specific one-pagers that make deals move faster.
Develop customer proof points—case studies, data snapshots, and reference programs—that give prospects confidence in $100K+ purchase decisions.
Partner with Product and Engineering to influence packaging and positioning of new capabilities, owning launch strategy end-to-end with high velocity—you'll be expected to take a new feature from announcement to fully enabled sales team within days, not weeks.
Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program tracking product moves, pricing changes, and customer sentiment across the AR landscape.
Manage and quality-control content output across contractors, agencies, and AI-assisted workflows—you own the bar for everything that goes to market.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 6+ years as a PMM, including 1+ year as the first PMM at an early-stage company.
Have a track record of building sales enablement and competitive positioning that directly impacted revenue—not just content volume.
Have experience marketing to non-digital-native buyers in traditional industries (manufacturing, healthcare, industrials, financial services).
Understand enterprise sales cycles, complex buying committees, and what it takes to move a $100K+ deal from discovery to close.
Write with clarity and conviction—you can distill complex technical capabilities into messaging a CFO would actually read.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero—this is a first PMM hire, not a slot in an existing machine.
Are fluent with AI-powered tools for research, content creation, and workflow acceleration—you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to produce 80% first drafts and move at 2x the speed of a traditional PMM.

Overview

Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One and Microsoft.
The Role
We’re hiring a Lead Platform Infrastructure Engineer to own the architecture, reliability, security, and evolution of Stuut’s cloud platform. You’ll build the infrastructure foundation that allows us to serve increasingly complex enterprise customers across regions, cloud providers, and regulatory environments.
Today, Stuut operates a multi-tenant platform on AWS. As we grow, you’ll lead our expansion into new deployment models—including Azure-hosted and sovereign environments—while ensuring our platform remains secure, reliable, observable, and easy for engineers to operate.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep infrastructure expertise with a pragmatic, hands-on builder’s mindset. You’ll set technical direction, write production-quality infrastructure code, work closely with application engineers, security teams, customers, and external partners, and help build the platform team as Stuut scales.
What You’ll Do
Own Stuut’s Platform Architecture: Set the technical direction for our cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and future regional or customer-managed deployments.
Build Sovereign and Regional Environments: Design and launch isolated data planes for customers with data residency, encryption, operational access, and sovereignty requirements—including deployments in the UAE.
Automate Everything: Build reusable Terraform modules, deployment pipelines, policies, and internal tooling that make new environments repeatable, secure, and easy to operate.
Drive Reliability: Establish clear standards for availability, observability, incident response, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Strengthen Security and Compliance: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement identity, networking, key management, data protection, audit logging, and infrastructure controls for enterprise and regulated customers.
Evolve Our Multi-Tenant Architecture: Work with application engineers to define strong tenant boundaries, regional data isolation, and safe control-plane and data-plane interfaces.
Lead Cloud Expansion: Own the technical assessment and execution of AWS-to-Azure and multi-cloud initiatives, including service selection, migration planning, testing, and production rollout.
Enable Engineering Teams: Build paved paths, documentation, and self-service tooling that allow product engineers to ship quickly without compromising reliability or security.
Manage Critical Partners: Evaluate and work with cloud providers, security vendors, and specialist implementation partners while retaining internal ownership of Stuut’s architecture and infrastructure.
Build the Team: Help recruit, mentor, and grow a high-caliber platform engineering team as Stuut’s infrastructure needs expand.
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 7+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE, cloud architecture, or a similar role, including meaningful technical ownership in a high-growth environment.
Have deep, hands-on experience operating production systems on AWS and strong experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, identity, and managed services.
Are highly skilled with Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code framework and have built reusable infrastructure delivered through CI/CD.
Have designed and operated Kubernetes or container-based platforms, managed databases, object storage, queues, caches, and production networking at scale.
Understand multi-tenant SaaS architecture and can reason carefully about tenant isolation, regional data boundaries, encryption, access controls, and failure domains.
Have experience building secure cloud foundations, including IAM, secrets and key management, private networking, centralized logging, vulnerability management, and policy enforcement.
Have supported enterprise security or compliance programs and can translate customer, regulatory, and audit requirements into practical technical controls.
Are comfortable moving between architecture and execution—you can define a multi-year platform direction and still debug a failing deployment or production incident yourself.
Communicate clearly with engineers, executives, customers, auditors, and external partners.
Thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments where you can build systems and processes from the ground up.
Take ownership, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and have a bias toward building durable solutions.
Nice to Have: Experience with Azure Landing Zones, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Policy, confidential computing, sovereign cloud deployments, customer-managed cloud environments, or AWS-to-Azure migrations.
Nice to Have: Experience operating infrastructure for fintech, AI-powered applications, or other security-sensitive enterprise software.

We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One and Microsoft.
The Role
We’re hiring a Member of Technical Staff – AI/ML to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that solve real-world financial operations challenges. You’ll take state-of-the-art AI research and translate it into production-grade features that deliver measurable customer impact. From intelligent invoice matching to automated payment reconciliation, you’ll create scalable, reliable AI applications that integrate seamlessly into our platform.
This is a hands-on role for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation and practical business application — turning cutting-edge models into real-world value for mid-market CFOs
What You’ll Do
Create production-ready AI applications and agentic systems that address customer financial workflow challenges
Build tool-using LLM agents that surface insights, recommend next steps, and execute approved tasks — not just chatbots
Refine capabilities like invoice matching, payment reconciliation, and financial document processing
Apply and optimize LLMs and RAG systems for financial use cases, including fine-tuning on proprietary data where it moves the needle
Build robust AI pipelines from ingestion to inference — reliable, maintainable, and cost-efficient through smart model routing
Stand up golden datasets, agent tracing, regression-on-PR, and A/B testing so we ship confidently and catch silent regressions
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and customers to translate business needs into AI solutions
Treat every AI feature as a continuously-improving system — instrument everything, iterate
You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 5+ years of AI/ML experience
Have shipped agentic products in production and understand the failure modes (tool use, planning, state, recovery, human-in-the-loop)
Have integrated and fine-tuned LLMs, and built RAG systems for document- or data-intensive workflows
Have trained and deployed classical ML models (risk scoring, forecasting, ranking, or similar) — feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, calibration
Have strong opinions on AI/ML evals — golden datasets, offline + online evaluation, statistical significance, evals in CI
Are familiar with LLM observability tooling (LangSmith, Braintrust, Arize, or similar) and treat tracing as table stakes
Understand MLOps fundamentals: deployment, monitoring, A/B testing, model and prompt versioning, feature stores
Are fluent in Python and modern AI/ML tooling (PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, XGBoost, vLLM, LangChain/LlamaIndex, or equivalent)
Have shipped AI/ML products that solved real business problems, not just prototypes
Can translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
Bonus: experience with model routing across providers
Bonus: fintech, B2B SaaS, or AR/AP domain experience
Are plugged into the AI/ML community and energized by bringing AI to real-world use cases
