ABOUT SUNO
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfillment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.
Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Suno's mission is amplifying creativity for people everywhere. Having built strong traction with emerging musicians and producers, our next opportunity is the content creator economy. Suno’s new Emerging Creator Program launches that effort: developing the next generation of creators while establishing Suno as a company that accelerates creative careers.
The program is a selective, cohort-based 12-week experience (Sept 21 – Dec 11) for a cohort of nano and micro creators building careers around content. Members get access to exclusive programming including Suno workshops and keynotes from breakout creators, plus creative contests, content spotlights, IRL events, and a network of fellow creators. At the end of the program, we aim to sign a few participants for ongoing deals with Suno, maintain an active community of creators, and scale the initiative beyond the pilot phase.
THE ROLE
You'll be the operational engine of the program: building it from the ground up alongside the Suno team through August and September, then running it end-to-end through December. You'll own the calendar, the cohort experience, the speakers, the events, and all of the details in between. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Growth and Influencer marketing, Music partnerships and Creative to turn this from strategy and vision into reality.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build (August – mid-September)
- Translate the program outline into a week-by-week curriculum: session formats, Suno skills/tools coverage, contest design for off weeks
- Build and manage the guest speaker pipeline: identify, pitch, confirm, and prep breakout-creator speakers and mentors
- Stand up program infrastructure: community channel (Slack/Discord), calendar, meeting/tech setup, application intake and tracking
- Support outreach and sourcing: manage the handpicked invite list, Spark referrals, and application pipeline; run logistics for the selection process (Sept 7–18)
- Determine application approach, launch messaging, and launch-creator partnership
- Source and negotiate member perks with partner tools and brands
- Coordinate internal reviews (including legal review of contest mechanics, creator payments, event liability, and minors)
Run (Sept 21 – Dec 11)
- Own the biweekly programming cadence end-to-end: scheduling, speaker coordination, session production, follow-ups
- Run monthly creative contests: briefs, submission tracking, judging logistics, prize fulfillment
- Design and manage the creator spotlight approach
- Produce IRL moments if applicable
- Be the day-to-day face of the program for members: onboarding, questions, nudges, community management, keeping energy high
- Track program health: attendance, participation, contest engagement, member sentiment; flag at-risk members early
Assess (December)
- Produce the graduation moment: credentialing, culmination for participants
- Transition the cohort into the alumni network
- Deliver a program retro: what worked, what didn't, and a recommended blueprint for cohort 2
WHO YOU ARE
- You've operated programs like this before: 3+ years running cohort-based programs, creator/community programs, accelerators, fellowships, or high-touch event series, ideally you’ve built one from scratch.
- You know the creator economy: You understand how nano/micro creators think about growth, money, brands, and community and you can talk to them credibly. Bonus: you've worked with creator programs, MCNs, talent management, or platform partnerships
- You're an ops machine: Calendars, run-of-shows, trackers, follow-ups. You're the person who notices the Zoom link is wrong before anyone joins
- You’re hospitality-minded and a strong experience designer: Members should feel the program is run by someone who gets them. You create belonging, and intuitively know what people need and how to serve them.
- You work autonomously: You are excited by ambiguity and the ability to create structure from guardrails. You’re communicative, independent and reliable.
- Bonus: experience producing IRL events; familiarity with Suno or AI creative tools; existing relationships with breakout creators or creator communities
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Program launches on time at full capacity
- 12 weeks of programming run smoothly with strong attendance and completion
- Members describe the program as career-changing, say so publicly
- A documented playbook that makes cohort 2 easier, bigger, or better

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior / Staff Application Security Engineer to own the security of how our product is built. You’ll be the person who makes sure our code, APIs, and services are secure by design — threat-modeling the product, hardening the application layer, and building the AppSec practice from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Execute application security end to end: threat-model features and services, and drive remediation of the most significant risks.
Secure the application layer against the vulnerabilities that matter most — injection, broken authentication and authorization, and insecure APIs.
Build and run a secure SDLC: code-review guardrails, SAST/DAST, dependency and supply-chain security, secrets management, and pre-production testing.
Harden authentication, authorization, and session/identity handling across the product.
Secure the AI-specific application surface — model and inference endpoints, prompt and input handling, and the new classes of vulnerability that come with shipping generative features.
Partner with product and platform engineering to design security in early and raise the security bar across the codebase.
Set the standard for how engineering reasons about and ships secure code.
What You’ll Need
6+ years in security engineering with deep, hands-on application-security expertise.
Strong command of the vulnerability classes that cause incidents and how to eliminate them at the source — code, API, and authz design.
A builder who has stood up AppSec practices and secure-SDLC tooling, not only operated established ones.
Fluent in modern application stacks and comfortable in AWS.
Able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and raise the bar without becoming a blocker.
Able to write and ship production-quality code, not only review it.
Curiosity about emerging AI/LLM threat classes and how to defend against them as the product evolves.
Nice to have: Consumer product at scale, secure-by-design work on generative-AI or ML product surfaces, and/or early security-hire experience.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior / Staff Detection & Response Engineer to design and own how we detect and respond to threats across our environment — the telemetry, the detections, the playbooks, and the on-call rotation. This is a hands-on senior role for an engineer who wants to build detection and response the right way from the ground up and own it end to end.
What You’ll Do
Design and build our detection and telemetry pipeline, including logging coverage, the detection stack, and the data that feeds it.
Write high-signal detections mapped to the threats that matter most, starting with the paths that lead to a breach: identity, access, the cloud control plane, and data exfiltration.
Build and own incident response — playbooks, on-call, live response, and post-incident reviews that make us better each time.
Partner with security and platform engineering to close telemetry gaps and instrument what isn’t yet visible.
Set the bar for detection-as-code and a metrics-driven approach to response.
Build detection for AI-specific abuse and threats and novel attack patterns as they emerge.
Leverage AI to augment yourself so you can focus on the critical work that only you can do.
What You’ll Need
6+ years in detection and response, including building detection capability and setting direction — not only operating an established one.
Strong AWS-native detection depth (CloudTrail, GuardDuty, VPC/flow logs, and the broader ecosystem).
A detection-as-code, engineering-first mindset.
Calm, structured, and decisive in a live incident.
Interest in detecting emerging AI/ML abuse and threat patterns.
Nice to have: Consumer product at scale, experience as an early or founding detection hire, exposure to AI/ML abuse or platform-abuse signals.

Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni with a shared passion for music, Suno has quickly grown to 250 employees while empowering more than 100 million people to create original songs. In 2026, we raised a $400 million Series D at a $5.4 billion valuation to continue building innovative products that amplify creativity and imagination.
About the Role
We're making our first CRO hire to own conversion at Suno, across web and the app stores. You'll sit on the Growth team at the point where our marketing spend turns into revenue: the landing pages, app store listings, funnels, and copy people hit after they click an ad, land from search, or find us in the App Store.
This is a performance job. You'll live in the numbers – conversion rate, install rate, CAC, revenue per visitor – and tie every test you run back to what it did for the business. You'll own the strategy and the copy, build pages and listings from our existing design system, and ship experiments at a pace that surprises people. You'll understand our ideal customer better than anyone in the building – who they are, what brings them to Suno, and what makes them convert — and shape every page, listing, and test around that.
You'll partner with User Acquisition, Lifecycle, Product, Engineering, and Data Science, and you'll work within our existing design system rather than in Figma yourself — grab a template, own the copy and the test, and ship. Conversion is yours to run. This is a senior IC role with real ownership and no team to manage. We want a hacker: someone scrappy and relentless who finds the fast path, ships more tests than anyone thinks is possible, and cares about learning fast and at scale more than about building the perfect system.
Understand our ideal customer more deeply than anyone else here, and turn that into pages, listings, copy, and tests that actually speak to them
Ship a high volume of landing pages across paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and new launches, assembled from our existing design system and tailored to the channel and audience each serves
Own app store optimization: the listing copy, screenshots, and store creative that turn store visits into installs, and the handoff into onboarding
Localize and adapt pages and store listings for our international markets, so conversion holds up across languages and regions
Write persuasive, on-brand copy and build pages from our existing design components, then test your way to better versions fast
Run experiments at real volume: A/B and multivariate tests shipped quickly, using AI and whatever scrappy tooling gets you more shots on goal than the team could hit by hand
Dig into user behavior with heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and analytics to find where people drop off and why
Hunt down the highest-leverage opportunities across the funnel by combining performance data, user research, and business context
Own the conversion numbers end to end across web and app: conversion rate, install rate, CAC, and revenue per visitor, paid and organic
Partner with Revenue Product on paywall and upsell copy, keeping it clear and true to what people are getting
Push conversion testing to a volume and speed Suno hasn't seen, and pull the rest of the company along with what you learn
Qualifications
You're a hacker. You move fast and ship a lot, and you've run a high volume of tests without a big team behind you
5-8 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or CRO. You've owned conversion and funnel testing at scale, on the web and in the app stores (including ASO)
You can write. You've written landing page copy that actually converted, and you know the customer well enough to know what to say to them
You can read an experiment and know what it's telling you. We use Statsig internally, so you're comfortable pulling results, judging significance, and deciding what to do next
You know the landing page toolkit. You've built and tested pages in tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Unbounce, and watched behavior in Clarity or Hotjar
You set your own KPIs and run your own analysis. You can take user data and research and turn it into a test plan that ties back to the business
You use AI to get more done than one person normally could
You can tell a real win from a cheap trick, and you won't ship dark patterns. You work well with product and engineering and get changes live without slowing everyone down

Applicants must be eligible to work in the US, and willing to work 5 days/week at our office in NYC.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Security Engineer to help build the security foundation. This is a hands-on role: you’ll set technical direction for security across our product and infrastructure, go deep in the code and the cloud yourself, and help shape the team that grows around you.
What You’ll Do
Own security architecture and the roadmap across our product and cloud environments, threat-modeling to focus effort where it matters most.
Elevate our AppSec practice: secure the SDLC, establish code-review guardrails, manage dependencies and secrets, and implement pre-production security testing.
Drive cloud security: IAM and least-privilege, account structure, network boundaries, and data-access controls.
Lead incident response. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation and acting as the senior responder during incidents.
Mentor and shape the security team and its operational processes.
What You’ll Need
10+ years in security engineering, with deep expertise in at least two of AppSec, cloud/infrastructure security, and IR, and credibility in the third.
A builder: you’ve created security capabilities and set direction, not only operated established programs.

About the Role
Suno is growing fast, and paid social creative is a major driver of that growth. The right person for this role takes Suno's brand identity and pushes it into performance creative that earns attention and converts – work that drives growth and brings the excitement of using Suno to everyone who sees it.
This is a hybrid graphic and motion design role on the performance marketing team. You'll own the branded paid social creative pipeline: conceiving, producing, and iterating on work across static and motion formats. You'll work closely with the performance marketing team, treating data and channel insights as creative inputs rather than afterthoughts. Over time, you'll help build the workflows and systems that let us scale without losing what makes Suno's creative distinctive. As the team grows, there's a path to managing other creative contributors.
Check out the song we made about it: https://suno.com/s/dDrWV7XNe6I5mJax
What You'll Do
Translate Suno's brand identity and creative DNA into paid social creative that drives growth across paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Own the full branded creative pipeline – concepting, producing, and iterating on static and motion assets
Build and maintain a creative roadmap: what to make, what to test, what to push further, and what to move on from
Partner with the performance marketing team to use data and channel feedback as creative inputs, not just outputs
Use AI tools to extend creative output beyond what's manually possible – and help build the processes and guardrails that keep AI-assisted work on-brand and up to Suno's standards
Develop workflows and production processes that scale creative output without diluting brand quality
Help shape how the next generation of creators discovers Suno – the creative you make is often their first impression
What You'll Need
Must-Haves
4-6 years in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative at a consumer tech, DTC, or growth-stage company
Hybrid graphic and motion design skills: strong static design fundamentals and real motion/animation capability – this is not a pure graphic design role
Portfolio of paid social work (static and motion) that demonstrates both craft and a performance orientation
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects
Fluency in what makes paid social creative work: hooks, formats, platform conventions, and what drives meaningful iteration
Ability to internalize a brand's visual identity and push it into new formats without losing what makes it distinctive
Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools (generative image, video, or copy) as part of a real production workflow
Background in music, entertainment, or creator-focused consumer products
Experience managing or mentoring junior creative contributors
Compensation
$75 - $90 per hour

About the Role
Suno believes that Music is a Human Right, a vehicle for community, connection, healing, and learning. The Sr. Manager, Social Impact & Education ensures that Suno lives up to our belief.
This is a new role, an opportunity to define, build, and lead Suno's presence in two critically important spaces: the nonprofit and social impact community, and the educational institutions and platforms that are shaping how the next generation engages with music and technology. You will create the frameworks, forge the partnerships, and establish the practices that allow Suno to make a meaningful and lasting impact beyond the commercial platform.
You are a mission-driven operator: someone who knows how to translate big-picture vision into concrete programs, build trust with organizations that have high standards for the partners they choose, and move with the urgency and creativity that a fast-growing technology company demands. You believe that access to creative tools is a form of equity, and you want to spend your career proving it. This role initially reports to the Chief Music Officer.

Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with nonprofits, community arts organizations, and mission-aligned institutions where Suno can have genuine, measurable impact
Design and manage partnership structures, including platform access programs, co-branded initiatives, and grant or donation frameworks, that make Suno meaningfully accessible to underserved communities

Collaborate with Marketing, Comms, Legal, and Finance to bring programs to life and ensure they reflect Suno's values and brand

Track and report on program performance, partnership health, and community impact metrics that inform Suno's broader social impact investment strategy
What You’ll Need
Required Experience & Expertise
5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, program management, or community development, ideally spanning both education and nonprofit/social impact sectors
Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch, you are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the work of establishing something new
Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to engage senior stakeholders at academic institutions and mission-driven organizations
Familiarity with the music industry, music education landscape, or AI technology (ideally more than one of these)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you can represent Suno's vision compellingly to audiences who may be skeptical of or unfamiliar with AI
A genuine belief that creative tools should be accessible to everyone, and the drive to make that belief operational
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and workstreams simultaneously without losing attention to detail or relationship quality
Some people-manager experience; may manage internal or external partners supporting program execution in the future
Preferred
Experience at a music technology, streaming, or AI company
Experience working within or alongside product and engineering teams
Experience writing and/or performing music
Experience in product/platform product demonstrations

Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

About the Role
Suno is looking for a Senior People Partner to be the strategic partner for a function or senior leader and their team. Reporting to the Director, People Business Partners, you’ll shape org design, talent strategy, and performance systems before decisions are made, not after, bringing judgment forged over years of doing this work to help senior leaders build teams that can keep pace with Suno’s growth. This is a role for someone who sees People work as performance architecture, not administration, and whose presence measurably improves how the leaders and teams around them operate.
What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and their teams, shaping org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, and making the tradeoff calls that keep people and business priorities in balance.
Lead complex employee relations matters and high stakes performance situations end to end, helping leaders navigate situations with care, candor, and compliance.
Design and adapt company wide talent development programs from first principles, iterating in the open and working with external partners where needed. Manage the investment behind these programs and measure their impact on employees, not just whether they launched.
Coach leaders and managers through team scaling, reorgs, and performance complexity, questioning the assumptions behind their decisions and staying comfortable operating without a clean playbook.
Build and maintain tools, model and resources in Excel and Claude, using workforce data, sentiment, talent reviews, and outside research, to spot capability gaps, workforce costs, and succession risks. Diagnose the root cause, not just the symptom, and deliver a fix that lasts.
Proactively build relationships across the functions, earning trust through how you show up in the room, mentoring less experienced People partners with a mix of competitive drive and camaraderie that raises the bar for the whole team.
What You’ll Need
Must-Haves
6+ years of experience as a People Partner, with demonstrated depth partnering with senior leaders in a high growth tech environment.
Track record leading complex employee relations investigations and high stakes performance situations independently.
Sophistication in org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Strong grounding in US employment law, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA; comfortable operating with independence and good judgment at the senior leadership level.
Proven ability to translate company-wide People frameworks into a specific function’s context without losing the intent behind them.
Hands on with AI tools and motivated to build AI enhanced People workflows.
Strong Excel skills and strong analytical fluency with People data. Comfortable building and interpreting your own models, not just reading someone else's dashboard.
Project management skills and a proven record of executing and building things on the go, not just planning them.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience building or significantly improving a People program, such as performance management, career progression, or compensation, with real interest in owning that kind of build as part of your remit.
Experience partnering with Finance on headcount budgeting and workforce modeling.
Track record leading complex, cross functional programs end to end, multiple workstreams and competing deadlines, shipped and adopted, not just launched.
Experience designing or scaling learning and development or talent management programs, such as succession planning or leadership development.
Familiarity with California employment law, useful given Suno's presence in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Work Location Policy
This role is expected to work from the designated Suno office 5 days a week, per Suno’s company policy. Full-time employees will receive competitive equity packages, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Additional Notes
Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
Willingness to travel (up to 10%) to collaborate with team members across Suno office locations.
