About the role
We're hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own our field marketing programs across North America. You'll be the connective tissue between marketing and sales, turning regional strategy into pipeline through events, ABM, and integrated campaigns aimed at the accounts that matter most.
What you'll do
Develop and execute the North America field marketing plan, building it hand-in-hand with sales, channel, and corporate marketing to drive pipeline and accelerate deals in-region.
Serve as the central owner of all regional events: trade shows and regional security summits), owned events, executive dinners, third-party sponsorships, and user gatherings, with a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event motion for each.
Support the creation of promotional materials for each event, ensuring awareness and sales execution
Partner closely with regional sales leaders and SDRs to align programs to territory priorities, target account lists, and pipeline goals.
Treat every event and program as a pipeline-generating engine: set clear goals, drive attendance from target accounts, and own the follow-up motion that converts engagement into meetings and opportunities.
Manage the North America field marketing budget, tracking spend against pipeline and reporting on ROI by program.
Measure and report on program performance (pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, event ROI) and use the data to double down on what works.
Coordinate with channel and alliance partners on co-marketing programs and joint events.
What you'll bring
5+ years of field, event, or demand generation marketing experience, specifically within B2B preferably in cybersecurity. You know the vendors, the conferences, the buyer, and the sales cycle.
A proven track record of planning and executing events that generate real pipeline, from large trade shows to intimate executive dinners.
AI-fluent with a builder's curiosity. Uses AI for the core field marketing tasks (content, segmentation) and is actively finding new ways to leverage it for pipeline impact.
Experience running or closely supporting ABM programs and coordinating tightly with sales on target accounts.
Strong project management skills. You can juggle multiple events and campaigns at once, keep every detail on track, and hit deadlines without dropping quality.
Comfort with the marketing stack: CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation ( HubSpot, or similar), plus the ability to pull and interpret your own performance data.
A pipeline mindset. You measure your success in opportunities and revenue influenced, not just attendance or leads.
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills. You can align sales, partners, and corporate marketing around a shared plan.
Willingness to travel across North America for events (roughly 30 to 50 percent during peak season).

About the Role
We are hiring a Regional Vice President of Regional Sales to own and grow our Regions, Canada & Startups vertical. This is a player-coach leadership role: you will carry direct accountability for ARR while hiring, developing, and leading a team of up to eleven Account Executives across five US and Canadian segments. You will serve as Tenex's primary relationship owner with our Google Cloud Security regional counterparts, stand up our Canada and Startups go-to-market motions from the ground up, and help shape the structure of the broader sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds repeatable process where none exists, and can personally accelerate complex enterprise deals while scaling a team.
Primary Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
Own and exceed annual ARR quota across the Regions, Canada & Startups vertical.
Maintain forecast accuracy across the full 11-rep team with weekly CRO-level reporting.
Drive pipeline generation and progression across all five segments in partnership with GCS regional counterparts.
Accelerate key regional deals through executive sponsorship, Google co-sell engagement, and direct buyer relationships.
Team Leadership
Hire, onboard, and develop up to eleven (11) Account Executives covering US North (x2), US South (x2), US West (x2), Startups & Corp (x3), and Canada (x2).
Coach sellers through complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across diverse geographies and buyer profiles.
Define and enforce a repeatable sales motion and qualification framework across the full regional team.
Establish onboarding and ramp programs that get new hires to productivity within 90 days.
Google Partnership
Serve as Tenex's primary relationship owner with Darrin Marshall, GCS VP of Regions, Canada and Startups, and all six of his respective Managers: Sprecher, Siclare, Sorenson, Smith, Sood, and Sprague.
Maintain 1:1 seller alignment to Google GCS counterparts across all regional pods.
Drive joint pipeline reviews, co-sell motions, and executive alignment with GCS regional leadership.
Represent Tenex in Google-facing QBRs and strategic planning sessions across all six pods.
Canada & Startups Go-to-Market
Establish Tenex's Canada go-to-market motion from the ground up — territory structure, hire plan, and GCS alignment with Ajay Sood's team.
Define the Startups & Corp segment motion in partnership with Jordan Sprague's GCS pod, including ACV expectations, sales cycle norms, and qualification criteria distinct from the enterprise regional motion.
Ensure compliance with any Canada-specific legal, data residency, or procurement requirements relevant to MDR/SecOps deployments.
Organizational Build-Out
Define the Regions org structure and headcount plan as the company scales past Series B.
Partner with the CRO to onboard and orient incoming VP-level peers (Industries & AI/ISV, Public Sector & LATAM) as those seats are filled.
Provide interim dotted-line coordination to sellers across unmanaged regional slots pending full org build-out.
Contribute to comp plan design, territory mapping, and quota-setting for the broader sales organization.
Qualifications
Required
Demonstrated track record of enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS sales across multiple US geographies, including quota attainment and accelerator achievement.
Experience managing or selling into a mix of geographic regions — comfort operating across North, South, West, and international (Canada preferred) simultaneously.
Ability to operate as a player-coach — driving deal acceleration personally while developing and managing a team of up to eleven sellers.
Familiarity with Google Cloud and/or GCS co-sell motions; existing relationships with GCS regional teams strongly preferred.
Proven ability to build from scratch — comfortable with ambiguity, TBH headcount, and establishing process in an early-stage environment.
Preferred
Experience at a high-growth cybersecurity vendor (e.g. ReliaQuest, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne).
Prior experience managing a Startups or Corporate segment in addition to enterprise regional coverage.
Canada market experience — familiarity with Canadian enterprise buyer dynamics, procurement norms, and data residency considerations.
Existing relationships within Darrin Marshall's GCS regional organization.
Experience designing or contributing to sales compensation and quota planning at scale.

TENEX.ai delivers fully-agentic, human-led security operations. We are a fast-moving, category-defining company, and marketing sits at the center of how we tell that story to the market.
The Role
This is a hybrid role for a marketer who can both build the message and run the campaign that carries it. You will own product marketing campaign content end to end, translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for security to invent and produce all of the assets and programs needed for the campaign, and then work with the team to execute, measure, and continually optimize for outsized results. You will work directly with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, and analyst relations.
The center of gravity here is content and messaging. We are looking for someone who writes exceptionally well, thinks in terms of buyer journeys and positioning, and can also stand up a multi-channel campaign and report on what it drove. This role suits a marketer who is tired of choosing between strategy and execution and wants to own both.
What You'll Do
Product Marketing & Content
Translate TENEX's technical capabilities and proof points into clear, persuasive, repeatable global campaigns targeting security operations buyers, from CISOs to SOC leaders.
Write and own a wide range of assets: launch blogs, flagship whitepapers, one-pagers, solution briefs, web copy, sales enablement materials, and event and seminar content
Maintain consistency with TENEX's product positioning and messaging framework, and help evolve it as the product and market mature.
Partner with product and technical stakeholders to keep messaging accurate, differentiated, and ahead of the competitive set.
Sales Enablement Content
Ideate, build and manage the entire campaign content that powers sales enablement, partnering closely with the Head of Sales Enablement who owns the enablement function and roll-out.
Develop sales-facing assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, competitive one-pagers, objection-handling guides, talk tracks, and persona briefs, grounded in TENEX's messaging framework.
Translate launch messaging and new capabilities into clear, repeatable narratives that sellers can use in the field.
Keep enablement content current as positioning, packaging, and the competitive landscape evolve.
Integrated Campaigns
Plan and execute campaigns, including content BOM, sales enablement, webpage content, social content, and event messaging, to drive pipeline and revenue goals.
Create 2-3 campaigns per quarter, own the campaign calendar and coordinate timelines, assets, and cross-functional inputs so launches and programs ship on schedule.
Build audience segments and persona-based journeys as the foundation for campaign targeting.
Measurement & Optimization
Monitor and track campaign content performance and report results clearly to senior leadership.
Apply a test-and-learn mindset, running experiments across channels and messaging to improve results over time.
Use marketing automation and analytics tools to manage execution and surface insight.
What You Bring
4 to 7 years in B2B marketing, with demonstrated strength in both content or product marketing and campaign execution. Cybersecurity or technical B2B experience is strongly preferred.
Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio that shows you can turn complex, technical subject matter into clear and compelling narrative.
Experience building sales enablement content (decks, battlecards, one-pagers) in partnership with sales or enablement teams.
A working understanding of positioning, messaging frameworks, and buyer journeys, and the judgment to apply them.
Hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and measuring their impact on pipeline.
Comfort with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, build-it-now environment and can own work end to end.
Bonus: familiarity with security operations, MDR, or the broader cybersecurity landscape.
Why TENEX
You will help define a new category at a company moving fast enough to make that possible. This is a high-ownership role with direct access to leadership and real influence over how the market understands what we do. If you want your writing and your campaigns to matter, and to see their impact on the business quickly, this is the place to do it.

As we scale our go-to-market organization, we're hiring a Sales Trainer to make every seller — from SDRs to enterprise account executives — faster to ramp, sharper in the field, and more effective at selling a technical, AI-driven security product. This is a high-impact individual-contributor role for someone who loves building enablement that visibly moves the needle on rep performance.
The Role
As our Sales Trainer, you'll own the design and delivery of training that turns new hires into productive sellers and helps tenured reps level up. You'll build onboarding curricula, run live and virtual training sessions, coach reps on discovery and demo skills, and partner closely with sales leadership and product marketing to keep our messaging and methodology sharp. You'll measure what's working and continuously improve the program.
What You'll Do
Build and run sales onboarding. Design and deliver a structured ramp program that gets new SDRs, AEs, and sales engineers selling confidently within their first 90 days.
Deliver ongoing enablement. Lead recurring live and virtual training on sales methodology, discovery, objection handling, competitive positioning, and demo skills.
Coach in the flow of work. Conduct call reviews, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching to reinforce skills and close performance gaps identified with sales managers.
Translate a technical product. Partner with product marketing and SEs to help reps clearly articulate our AI-native MDR value to both technical and executive buyers.
Own enablement content. Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, certification paths, and just-in-time resources in our enablement and LMS tools.
Drive methodology adoption. Embed a consistent sales framework (e.g., MEDDICC / Command of the Message) across the team and reinforce it through training and inspection.
Measure impact. Track ramp time, certification completion, and the link between enablement and pipeline and win-rate metrics; report results to GTM leadership.
Iterate constantly. Gather feedback from reps and managers and refine programs to keep pace with new products, segments, and competitors.
What You'll Bring
4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales — ideally with time spent in both selling and enablement roles.
Experience selling or enabling technical products, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or another fast-moving B2B technology category.
A track record of building training programs that measurably shortened ramp time or improved rep performance.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills — you can hold a room (virtual or in person) and give feedback that reps actually act on.
Fluency in modern sales methodology (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar) and the ability to teach it.
Comfort with enablement tooling — LMS, call-recording/conversation-intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong), and CRM (Salesforce or similar).
Excellent communication and content-creation skills and a self-starter mindset suited to a remote, fast-scaling environment.
Nice to Have
Background in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or selling to security buyers (CISO, security engineering).
Experience standing up an enablement function or onboarding program at a high-growth startup.
Familiarity with selling AI or automation-driven products to technical audiences.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary plus equity in a fast-growing, well-funded company.
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Fully remote work within the United States with flexible time off.
A direct, visible impact on revenue at a company defining the AI-native security category.
Equal Opportunity
TENEX.AI is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
