About Triomics
Triomics is building the AI infrastructure for modern oncology. Across the U.S., cancer care providers rely on highly trained staff to manually review unstructured patient records such as pathology reports, clinical notes, genomic panels, and scanned faxes to support workflows like matching patients to the right clinical trials, preparing for upcoming visits, and quality reporting. We replace that manual effort with task-driven AI agents embedded directly into clinical workflows, automatically processing medical records at scale and in real time.
Our platform is trusted by 4 of the top 10 Best Hospitals for Cancer ranked by U.S. News, along with several of the largest community oncology practices. We have grown 10x over the last year and now process millions of oncology medical documents each month.
The Role
We're hiring our first Strategic Finance role to own the financial engine of the company. This is a build-from-scratch role, not a seat inside an established finance org. You will be the single most informed person on our numbers, from strategic finance and planning through the revenue operations that keep a complex, multi-stream business running.
Triomics builds oncology AI for the country's leading cancer centers. Our fully EMR-integrated platform turns dense patient charts into structured clinical data and matches patients to trials. We recently closed a Series B which means the financial complexity (contracts, revenue recognition, renewals) is about to grow fast.
The best person for this role has seen how a high-growth startup builds finance from the ground up, ideally as an early employee, and can move between board-ready strategic analysis and the operational detail of getting an invoice out and collected.
What You'll Do:
Own strategic finance end-to-end
Build and own the financial model, budget, and forecast, and turn them into decisions leadership and the board can act on
Run scenario planning around hiring, burn, and runway as we scale
Produce board and investor materials, and be the person who can answer any question behind the numbers
Build and run revenue operations
Own the revenue side of a complex business: multiple revenue streams, non-standard enterprise contracts, and multi-year deals
Manage AR end-to-end: invoicing cycles, collections, and renewals, and keep cash flowing predictably
Partner with Commercial on deal structure, pricing, and revenue recognition
Stand up the finance function
Build the repeatable processes, controls, and systems a fast moving series B startup needs
Own the monthly close, cash management, and the relationship with external accounting and tax partners
Establish the reporting and KPIs that give leadership a clear, current read on the business
Be a force multiplier across the company
Give every team the financial context they need to make good calls, from a hiring plan to a pricing decision
Surface risks and opportunities early, then game-plan the fix and execute it yourself
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
You own the model and forecast, and leadership trusts the numbers
Invoicing and collections run on a predictable cycle, with a clear view of AR and cash
You've closed the books cleanly and established a repeatable monthly rhythm
You've built board-ready reporting and can speak to every line
Leadership consistently pulls you into decisions because you make them sharper
Must-haves
2–3 years within Big Four, then 1+ year in a high impact finance role at a high-growth startup
Experience as an early finance hire, where you joined when the team was small (>4 people) and helped it scale
Strong strategic finance instincts: modeling, planning, and turning numbers into decisions
Hands-on revenue operations experience: complex contracts, multiple revenue streams, AR, invoicing, and renewals
High initiative and bias to action, you spot a gap, build a plan, and execute without waiting to be told
Comfort moving between board-level strategy and operational detail in the same day
Based in NYC and able to work from the office
Nice-to-haves
Experience at a health-tech company
Familiarity with enterprise or healthcare contracting and revenue recognition
Exposure to fundraising or diligence processes
CPA, CFA, or equivalent
Experience selecting and implementing finance or billing systems

The Role
We're hiring a Event Marketing Manager to own how Triomics shows up in the real world: conferences, activations, and our own hosted events. This is a hands-on, in-the-room role. You'll run events end-to-end and turn them into pipeline and relationships.
Triomics builds oncology AI for the country's leading cancer centers. Our fully EMR-integrated platform turns dense patient charts into structured clinical data and matches patients to trials. We recently closed a Series B and getting in front of the right people in person is a big part of how we grow.
The best person for this role is high-energy, and genuinely good with people. You can run a booth, work a room, and hold a real conversation with a hospital or cancer center stakeholder about what we do.
What You'll Do:
Own events end-to-end
Plan and run our presence at industry conferences: booth, logistics, staffing, and follow-up
Own Triomics-hosted events (dinners, activations, field events) from concept to execution
Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and everything that makes an event actually happen
Turn events into pipeline
Work the room: generate and qualify leads on-site, and hand them off cleanly to sales
Build the pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up that turns a badge scan into a conversation
Track what's working and double down on the events and formats that drive pipeline
Represent Triomics in the field
Be a credible, friendly face for the company with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
Hold a short, sharp conversation about what Triomics does and why it matters
Bring the field back to the team: what people are asking, what's resonating
Be a force multiplier across the company
Partner with sales and marketing to align events to pipeline goals
Build the repeatable event playbook as we scale our presence
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
You've owned at least one conference or hosted event end-to-end
You have a working pre- and post-event motion that produces qualified leads
Sales trusts the handoff quality from your events
You can confidently represent Triomics in a hallway or booth conversation
You've established which events and formats are worth our time and budget
Must-haves
Experience running events and managing booths end-to-end
High energy and strong people skills, comfortable starting conversations with strangers
Strong project management: you can juggle logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines without dropping anything
Ability to hold a credible, roughly 10-minute conversation with hospital or clinical stakeholders
Bias to action and ownership, you make events happen without being managed
Willingness to travel roughly twice a quarter, up to monthly, for events and activations
Excellent communication and follow-through
Nice-to-haves
SDR or lead-generation experience at conferences
Experience in health tech, healthcare, or a startup
Familiarity with CRM and marketing or event tools
A track record of tying events to pipeline
Design or content skills for event collateral

The Role
We're making our first commercial hire focused on biopharma. This is a build role. You will map a brand-new market, define how Triomics sells into life sciences, and stand up a commercial motion that doesn't exist yet, distinct from our cancer center site deals.
Triomics builds oncology AI for the country's leading cancer centers. Our fully EMR-integrated platform turns dense patient charts into structured clinical data and matches patients to trials. We recently closed a Series B and are scaling from a handful to 25+ enterprise logos. Biopharma is a major part of where we grow next, and right now it's a blank sheet.
The best person for this role comes from a top consulting background, has spent time in or around pharma or health tech, and can hold a credible, strategic conversation with life sciences buyers about how oncology AI changes their work. You'll own the strategy first. You'll also carry it through to the sale, with a compensation structure built to reward what you close.
What You'll Do:
Build the biopharma motion from zero
Map the biopharma and life sciences market: where we fit, what to sell, who to sell it to
Define the strategy for landing our first accounts, then the repeatable motion behind it
Run the full cycle once you've built it: prospecting, discovery, demos with our team, proposal, and close
Land a first use case, then grow it across the account
Be strategic and credible with life sciences buyers
Translate what our oncology AI does into the language of clinical development, real-world data, and trial operations
Build relationships across the buying group: clinical, data, operations, and procurement
Bring a consultative, structured approach to complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Own the sale, not just the strategy
Carry the deals you build through to closed and expanded
Keep a clean, current pipeline and forecast
This is where the variable side of your comp lives: you're incented on actually closing
Be a force multiplier across the company
Feed the market back into Product: what biopharma needs, what's landing, what's missing
Partner with the team on deal strategy and account planning
Coordinate with the cancer center side of the business on shared accounts
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
You've mapped the biopharma market and have a clear view of your top targets
You have a qualified pipeline built and a point of view on what we sell and to whom
You've translated the product into a biopharma value story that resonates in discovery calls
You're running deals independently with clean forecasting
You've closed or meaningfully advanced at least one land opportunity
Leadership trusts you to own the function and represent Triomics to sophisticated buyers
Must-haves
2+ years at a top management consulting firm (MBB or similar), then roughly 1 year selling into pharma or a comparable health-tech setting
Strong consultative selling instincts: you can run a structured, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal
Credibility with sophisticated buyers: you can hold a strategic conversation about clinical development or data
High initiative and comfort building a function from zero, with no existing playbook to lean on
Excellent communication and executive presence
Comfortable being an early, quota-carrying seller reporting directly into executive leadership
Nice-to-haves
Direct experience selling into biopharma or life sciences
Familiarity with oncology, clinical trials, or real-world data
Experience at an early-stage startup building a new GTM motion
Exposure to land-and-expand or enterprise expansion selling
A network across pharma clinical, data, or operations teams

Job Description:
We're hiring our first dedicated People Operations role to own how it feels to join and work at Triomics. This is a build role, not a maintenance seat. You will own onboarding, equipment, benefits, the office, and support the recruiting machine that keeps the team growing.
You are the person who makes the company run day to day. New hires get a laptop, accounts, and a real first week because you built the system
The best person for this role is someone who have been an EA or office manager at a Series A or B startup, is comfortable with technology and light IT, and likes building systems from nothing. You move fast, you are AI-native in how you work, and you have a high bar for how every interaction lands with a new hire or a candidate.
What You’ll Do:
Own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles
Onboarding. Build and run the first-week experience. Accounts, equipment, paperwork, intros, so every new hire is set up and productive on day one.
Equipment and light IT. Procure and provision laptops, manage accounts and access, and handle the day-to-day tech that keeps people working. Solve low-level IT before it reaches an engineer.
Benefits and people admin. Own benefits docs, enrollment, and routine people questions. Keep records clean and accurate.
Recruiting operations. Support interview scheduling and candidate flow in Ashby. Keep the pipeline moving, candidates informed, and interviewers on time. You own the process long term.
Office and events. Run the NYC office. Plan team events and offsites. Help coordinate our presence at conferences and attend when it helps.
Executive support. EA support for the leadership team when needed.
Be a strategic partner to leadership
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
First 30. You know the team, the tools, and the gaps. Laptops and accounts are provisioned without anyone chasing you. Onboarding runs to a checklist you wrote. Benefits questions come to you and get answered same day.
First 60. New hires get a real first week, every time, because you built it. Interview scheduling in Ashby is yours. Candidates hear back fast and never go dark. The office runs without leadership thinking about it.
First 90. You own people ops end to end. The system runs whether you are in the room or not. You are already fixing things no one asked you to fix, and the next hire is faster and smoother than the last.
Ideal Background:
Must-haves
Experience as an EA, office manager, or people / recruiting ops at a Series A or B startup
Comfortable with technology and low-level IT: laptop provisioning, accounts, access, basic troubleshooting
Organized and self-directed. You build the system, then run it, without being managed
Strong written communication and a high bar for how things feel to a new hire or a candidate
Based in NYC and able to be in the office regularly
Excited to build from scratch and AI-native in how you work
Nice-to-haves
Hands-on Ashby experience, plus recruiting coordination
Experience planning marketing conferences and events
Benefits administration experience (Gusto)
Worked at a fast-scaling startup juggling multiple workstreams at once
Healthcare or AI startup background

The Role
Triomics’ AI-powered solutions couldn’t have existed five years ago. The way we’ve sold them, though, could have: personal referrals, in-person meetings, and labor-intensive, manually curated outreach stitched together from point solutions. That approach got us to where we are—but it won’t get us to where we’re going.
We’re hiring a first-principles thinker to point a strategic mindset at our go-to-market function and improve the motion end to end. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants genuine breadth: you’ll set strategy, build the operating infrastructure, execute alongside the team, and measure what works—with direct line of sight from your work to more institutions helping more patients. Our near-term ambition is concrete: roughly 10x our entire GTM effort, which requires not just more hands, but a rethink of the entire operation.
You’ll work directly with company leadership, and the scope is deliberately broad to ensure there is the space to identify and then double down on areas that will create the most leverage and align with your strengths.
What You’ll Do
Set the GTM roadmap and own the numbers
Build and maintain a living go-to-market roadmap across the full funnel—lead generation, verification, outreach cadence, response rates, pipeline velocity—tied directly to company growth targets
Define the KPIs that matter, increase them, and hold the operation accountable to them
Drive strategic decisions
Translate results into decisions: which verticals to prioritize, which motions to scale, and which to kill
Shape how we allocate time and resources—initially within our growth function, and over time across the business more broadly
Design and execute campaigns
Conceive, run, analyze, and iterate on both one-off and evergreen outreach campaigns
Own the data and workflows that make campaigns possible and repeatable—building with modern GTM and AI tooling (e.g., our Clay orchestration layer)
Build the operating infrastructure
Audit and consolidate our point solutions (lead generation and enrichment, email verification and sending, gifting, calling and more) into a tighter, better-integrated stack: tighter loops, better data
Create playbooks and systems that scale the GTM motion beyond any one person
Partner across the business—and step into deals
Work with sales, product, external vendors, and leadership to ensure the pipeline you build lands
Improve the GTM motion end to end—including supporting live sales and renewal cycles for strategic accounts
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
You’ve mapped the current GTM funnel end to end, identified the highest-leverage gaps, and aligned leadership on a prioritized roadmap
You’ve shipped measurable improvements to campaign volume and quality—and can show the data
You’ve begun consolidating the tooling stack and tightened at least one core workflow
You’ve built trusted working relationships across sales, product, and leadership
You’re operating with genuine ownership—surfacing decisions, making calls, and communicating clearly when something doesn’t work
Ideal Background
Must-haves
2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, venture/growth investor, or in a strategy, operations, or growth role at a high-growth startup
First-principles thinker: you reason from fundamentals—quantitatively, qualitatively, and interpersonally—and figure things out without needing a playbook handed to you
Comfort in the fog: rapid experimentation is your natural mode; you build from scratch, run fast cycles, and extract signal from messy early data
Execution at all levels: alongside the team, you zoom out to design strategy and zoom in to write the email or debug the workflow—neither mode feels beneath you
Strong analytical toolkit: structured problem solving, comfort with data, and crisp communication of findings and recommendations
Trusted teammate: you own your mistakes, communicate them clearly, and build relationships where trust compounds over time

- Onboarding. Build and run the first-week experience. Accounts, equipment, paperwork, intros, so every new hire is set up and productive on day one.
- Equipment and light IT. Procure and provision laptops, manage accounts and access, and handle the day-to-day tech that keeps people working. Solve low-level IT before it reaches an engineer.
- Benefits and people admin. Own benefits docs, enrollment, and routine people questions. Keep records clean and accurate.
- Recruiting operations. Support interview scheduling and candidate flow in Ashby. Keep the pipeline moving, candidates informed, and interviewers on time. You own the process long term.
- Office and events. Run the NYC office. Plan team events and offsites. Help coordinate our presence at conferences and attend when it helps.
- Executive support. EA support for the leadership team when needed.
Be a strategic partner to leadership
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- First 30. You know the team, the tools, and the gaps. Laptops and accounts are provisioned without anyone chasing you. Onboarding runs to a checklist you wrote. Benefits questions come to you and get answered same day.
- First 60. New hires get a real first week, every time, because you built it. Interview scheduling in Ashby is yours. Candidates hear back fast and never go dark. The office runs without leadership thinking about it.
- First 90. You own people ops end to end. The system runs whether you are in the room or not. You are already fixing things no one asked you to fix, and the next hire is faster and smoother than the last.
Ideal Background:
Must-haves
- Experience as an EA, office manager, or people / recruiting ops at a Series A or B startup
- Comfortable with technology and low-level IT: laptop provisioning, accounts, access, basic troubleshooting
- Organized and self-directed. You build the system, then run it, without being managed
- Strong written communication and a high bar for how things feel to a new hire or a candidate
- Based in NYC and able to be in the office regularly
- Excited to build from scratch and AI-native in how you work
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on Ashby experience, plus recruiting coordination
- Experience planning marketing conferences and events
- Benefits administration experience (Gusto)
- Worked at a fast-scaling startup juggling multiple workstreams at once
- Healthcare or AI startup background

- Build and maintain a living go-to-market roadmap across the full funnel—lead generation, verification, outreach cadence, response rates, pipeline velocity—tied directly to company growth targets
- Define the KPIs that matter, increase them, and hold the operation accountable to them
Drive strategic decisions
- Translate results into decisions: which verticals to prioritize, which motions to scale, and which to kill
- Shape how we allocate time and resources—initially within our growth function, and over time across the business more broadly
Design and execute campaigns
- Conceive, run, analyze, and iterate on both one-off and evergreen outreach campaigns
- Own the data and workflows that make campaigns possible and repeatable—building with modern GTM and AI tooling (e.g., our Clay orchestration layer)
Build the operating infrastructure
- Audit and consolidate our point solutions (lead generation and enrichment, email verification and sending, gifting, calling and more) into a tighter, better-integrated stack: tighter loops, better data
- Create playbooks and systems that scale the GTM motion beyond any one person
Partner across the business—and step into deals
- Work with sales, product, external vendors, and leadership to ensure the pipeline you build lands
- Improve the GTM motion end to end—including supporting live sales and renewal cycles for strategic accounts
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- You’ve mapped the current GTM funnel end to end, identified the highest-leverage gaps, and aligned leadership on a prioritized roadmap
- You’ve shipped measurable improvements to campaign volume and quality—and can show the data
- You’ve begun consolidating the tooling stack and tightened at least one core workflow
- You’ve built trusted working relationships across sales, product, and leadership
- You’re operating with genuine ownership—surfacing decisions, making calls, and communicating clearly when something doesn’t work
Ideal Background
Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, venture/growth investor, or in a strategy, operations, or growth role at a high-growth startup
- First-principles thinker: you reason from fundamentals—quantitatively, qualitatively, and interpersonally—and figure things out without needing a playbook handed to you
- Comfort in the fog: rapid experimentation is your natural mode; you build from scratch, run fast cycles, and extract signal from messy early data
- Execution at all levels: alongside the team, you zoom out to design strategy and zoom in to write the email or debug the workflow—neither mode feels beneath you
- Strong analytical toolkit: structured problem solving, comfort with data, and crisp communication of findings and recommendations
- Trusted teammate: you own your mistakes, communicate them clearly, and build relationships where trust compounds over time
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to B2B / enterprise go-to-market, sales operations, or growth functions
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM or automation tooling (e.g., Clay, outbound orchestration, enrichment, CRM workflows)
- Healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated-industry experience
- Experience supporting or running live sales cycles
