About Typeface
We help the world’s biggest brands move from brief to fully personalized campaigns — in days, not months.
Founded by Abhay Parasnis and backed by Microsoft, GV, Salesforce, Lightspeed, Madrona and Menlo, we’re building category-defining technology at the intersection of creativity and AI with real impact. Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing.
What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer who designs with AI the same way we build with it. You'll own complex product areas end-to-end, ship world-class experiences, and build things independently when the moment calls for it. This is not a role for someone curious about AI. It's for someone who's already living and working in it.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas — from zero to shipped
Use AI tools daily to move faster, prototype smarter, and go further than traditional workflows allow
Build independently when needed — prototypes, working flows, even production-ready work
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data to make decisions quickly and ship with conviction
Raise the bar on craft — not just what looks good, but what actually works for customers
Mentor other designers and help the team level up in an AI-native way of working
What You Bring:
10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
You use AI tools in your actual workflow — not as a demo, but as a daily driver
Bonus if you vibe-code, prototype in code, or have shipped something you built yourself
Strong instincts for what makes a product feel right, not just look right
Experience in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap changes and you adapt
Figma fluency is a given; what matters more is what you do beyond it
Bonus: B2B/SaaS product experience
Bonus: HTML/CSS or front-end chops
Bonus: Experience designing AI products or workflows
Location

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:
A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
How do you know if you have a disability?
A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your “major life activities.” If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to:
Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally)
Autoimmune disorder, for example, lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV/AIDS
Blind or low vision
Cancer (past or present)
Cardiovascular or heart disease

About Typeface
We help the world’s biggest brands move from brief to fully personalized campaigns — in days, not months.
Founded by Abhay Parasnis and backed by Microsoft, GV, Salesforce, Lightspeed, Madrona and Menlo, we’re building category-defining technology at the intersection of creativity and AI with real impact. Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing.
What You'll Do
As a Solutions Architect, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures, rapidly prototype AI-driven applications, and integrate Typeface’s platform across customer ecosystems. You’ll combine full-stack engineering expertise with hands-on GenAI experience—building custom agents, workflows, and reusable components—while driving customer transformations through fast experimentation and iterative delivery.
How You’ll Make Impact
Partner with Engagement Managers, and Product teams to define customer requirements, facilitate technical workshops, and co-create GenAI solutions
Serve as a Solution Architect during the sales cycle—proposing the right workflows and architecture upfront, getting customer sign-off, then implementing what you sold
Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset—build proof points in days, iterate on feedback, and demonstrate quick wins that build momentum for transformations
Build custom agents and workflows tailored to specific customer use cases
Develop integrations with customer systems (CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics) and platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360
Capture field-proven use cases and funnel them back to Product and Engineering teams to inform the Typeface platform roadmap
Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment, tackling challenges on-site or remotely while balancing multiple customer engagements
Document playbooks, prompts, patterns, and best practices in internal knowledge bases and create technical guides for common use cases
Share learnings across the organization, mentor other engineers, and present technical demos and case studies at customer events
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience designing Solution Architectures for Enterprises and delivering on them via technical delivery
Outstanding customer-centricity with ability to build trust quickly with enterprise technical teams and stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for both engineers and executives, present solutions clearly, and write comprehensive technical documentation
Experience with content management systems, digital asset management platforms, marketing automation tools, and creative workflows
Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, DALL·E), and multimodal AI for text, images, video, and audio
Proficiency with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model optimization, and understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and hallucination mitigation strategies
Startup DNA: thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership mentality, comfortable wearing multiple hats and tackling problems outside core expertise
Base Salary
The OTE compensation range for this role is $160,000-$210,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
