Principal Solution Deployment Strategist (Healthcare)
Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
About the Role
We're building a Healthcare Vertical Solutions team that turns AI-powered automation into measurable revenue cycle outcomes for health systems and payers.
We're looking for a Principal Healthcare Deployment Strategist to lead the most strategic customer engagements while helping define how UiPath deploys healthcare solutions across the industry. This is a highly visible individual contributor role for someone who combines deep healthcare operations expertise, exceptional customer leadership, and the ability to shape product direction through real-world implementation experience.
You'll embed with executive customer teams, lead enterprise deployments of AI-powered Revenue Cycle solutions, identify repeatable implementation patterns, and influence the evolution of our Healthcare platform. Every deployment should leave both the customer and the product better than before.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of product strategy, customer success, solution architecture, and healthcare transformation. You'll partner closely with Healthcare Solutions Product Managers, Engineering, and executive leadership while serving as one of the faces of UiPath within the provider and payer ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Strategic Customer Leadership
Serve as the executive deployment lead for UiPath's largest healthcare customers.
Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, Chief Digital Officers, CMIOs, Revenue Cycle executives, and operational leadership.
Help customers define long-term automation strategies—not simply implement individual workflows.
Translate complex organizational challenges into scalable AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Lead Complex Enterprise Deployments
Own end-to-end deployment strategy for enterprise healthcare implementations.
Lead discovery across clinical, operational, financial, and technology stakeholders.
Design implementation roadmaps spanning multiple hospitals, service lines, or payer organizations.
Resolve ambiguous business problems by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and product capabilities.
Create Repeatable Solutions
Identify patterns across deployments and transform them into reusable implementation methodologies.
Build deployment playbooks, best practices, templates, and reference architectures.
Standardize successful customer implementations to accelerate future deployments.
Drive consistency across the Healthcare Vertical Solutions organization.
Shape the Product
Act as the primary voice of the customer within Product and Engineering.
Influence product roadmap decisions using evidence gathered from enterprise deployments.
Validate new product concepts with customers before broad release.
Help prioritize investments based on market demand and deployment experience.
Drive Industry Thought Leadership
Develop perspectives on the future of AI-powered Revenue Cycle automation.
Represent UiPath at customer executive briefings, conferences, advisory boards, and industry events.
Mentor other Deployment Strategists through coaching and technical leadership.
Help establish UiPath as the market leader in Healthcare AI automation.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare technology, consulting, or enterprise software.
-
Deep expertise across Revenue Cycle processes including:
Denials Management
Prior Authorization
Claims Submission
Revenue Integrity
Referral Management
Charge Capture
Appeals
Payer Operations
Extensive experience leading enterprise software implementations inside health systems or payer organizations.
Demonstrated success owning highly complex customer engagements from discovery through scaled deployment.
Executive presence with the ability to advise senior healthcare leaders on operational transformation.
Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS regulations.
Experience balancing customer outcomes with product strategy and long-term platform scalability.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Experience with enterprise automation platforms (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering organizations.
Consulting experience leading healthcare transformation initiatives.
Experience developing repeatable deployment methodologies across multiple enterprise customers.
What Makes Someone Successful
The ideal candidate is more than an implementation leader—they are a strategic builder who continuously improves both the customer experience and the product itself.
Successful Principal Deployment Strategists:
See patterns where others see one-off customer requests.
Build scalable solutions instead of custom fixes.
Influence executives through credibility rather than authority.
Thrive in ambiguity and move quickly from idea to implementation.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Raise the bar for the entire deployment organization through mentorship, frameworks, and thought leadership.

Senior Solution Deployment Strategist (Healthcare)
Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
About the Role
We're building a Healthcare Vertical Solutions team that turns AI-powered automation into measurable revenue cycle outcomes for health systems and payers. We're looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist to embed with our customers, take our RCM solutions — denials management, prior authorization, claims submissions, referral management, and more — from concept to scaled, hardened deployment, and feed everything we learn back into the product.
This is a hybrid role at the seam between product, customer, and delivery. You'll be the person who understands a customer's revenue cycle process, identifies where our software has the biggest impact, builds and iterates with users to make sure the solution actually works for them, and represents UiPath with senior client leadership. You'll sit on the same team as our Healthcare Solutions PMs and work in lockstep with them.
What You'll Do
Customer Discovery & Solution Design
Deeply understand each client's RCM operations — workflows, systems, people, pain points — and identify where UiPath's solutions can drive the highest-impact outcomes
Design user-centric applications around the problems and gaps in their existing workflow
Translate messy real-world processes into clear, repeatable solution patterns
Build, Iterate, and Scale
Implement UiPath's HLS solutions and other UiPath product capabilities in customer environments — configure, integrate, and adapt to local workflows
Iterate rapidly with end users to validate that what we're building is what they actually want and need
Scale validated solutions across customer locations and downstream customers; establish repeatable deployment playbooks
Customer Relationship & Executive Engagement
Manage the day-to-day client relationship and drive adoption across user teams
Represent UiPath with senior client leadership — VPs of Revenue Cycle, CFOs, CIOs, CMIOs — and translate executive priorities into deployment decisions
Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables end-to-end
Product Feedback Loop
Partner closely with Healthcare Solutions PMs and engineering to surface gaps, validate hypotheses, and shape the product roadmap with field signal
Capture and codify learnings so each deployment makes the next one faster
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
5+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management — at a health system, payer, EHR vendor, consulting firm, or implementation partner
Hands-on RCM process expertise: claims submission, denials categorization and resolution, prior authorization, charge capture, payer policy logic
Direct experience implementing software solutions inside health systems or payers — you've owned a deployment, not just observed one
Comfort working at the intersection of technology, operations, and clinical/administrative workflows
Strong project management instincts and customer-facing communication skills — you can run a workshop with VPs and a working session with end users in the same day
Strategic thinking paired with willingness to roll up your sleeves and build
Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS rules
Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and shipping over polishing
