Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting
Analytics & Optimization
Establish KPIs and success metrics for ABM programs
Leverage generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.AI) to develop personalized, high-performing content for account-based marketing programs; analyze content performance metrics and engagement data to continuously optimize messaging, creative assets, and campaign effectiveness across target account segments
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Leverage intent data, engagement metrics, and sales feedback to refine targeting and messaging
Report on pipeline generation, velocity, and revenue attribution
What you'll bring to the team
5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on Account Based Marketing
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology companies
Deep understanding of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense)
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Your mission
We are seeking a Business Operations Project Manager to support the operational backbone of the Marketing organization, with a primary focus on budget operations. This role manages the Marketing budget end to end, partners closely with Finance, Procurement, and Marketing business partners, and flexes to support broader operational rhythms across Marketing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially literate, an effective communicator, and treats AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as a default work methodology. Program and Project Management
Own the project plan and recurring cadence for the Marketing budget cycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting milestones against time, scope, and budget constraints.
Coordinate inputs from stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Procurement; drive deadlines and dependencies.
Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes to scope, schedule, or budget.

Budget Operations
Manage the Marketing budget end to end across planning, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting cycles.
Partner with Finance and FP&A counterparts on quarter close, accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain the recurring strategic budget reporting cadence used by Marketing leadership.
Maintain and steward Marketing's activity-level budget tracking application, including configuration, bug triage, anomaly flagging, and ensuring proper usage across Marketing teams.
Manage budget holdback tracking, investment triage, and budget transfer workflows.
Assist Marketing team members in the coordination of vendor and procurement workflows.
Operational Rhythms
Support recurring operating rhythms across Marketing, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and leadership cadences.
Coordinate select cross-functional initiatives in support of Business Operations priorities.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Marketing leaders, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and other functional teams on shared workflows.
Translate operational detail into clear, executive-level updates for Marketing leadership.
What you'll bring to the team
4 or more years of professional experience in business operations, marketing operations, finance operations, program management, or a similar operational role.
Demonstrated experience supporting budget management, financial planning, or finance partnership in a corporate setting.
Comfort applying structure and systems in an ambiguous environment; balances clear direction with independent execution.
Demonstrated experience producing professional updates, reports, and readouts for senior stakeholders.
AI and Tool Fluency
Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) as a regular part of work, not as an occasional aid.
Comfort using AI tools for drafting, summarizing, automating, and synthesizing information.

Your mission
UiPath builds AI agents that take on the heavy lifting of financial crime operations so banks and financial institutions can move faster, stay compliant, and scale without adding headcount. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you turn product capability into buying decisions. You partner directly with Account Executives as a co-owner of deal outcomes.
You'll run discovery workshops, design solutions, build and deliver product demonstrations, lead proof-of-value engagements, and own content creation. You'll work across multiple strategic accounts and multiple AEs. What you'll bring to the team
5+ years in a pre-sales, consulting, or technical account management role ideally in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated fluency with LLMs as working tools
Practical understanding of intelligent automation, RPA, machine learning, or adjacent technologies, including the ability to clearly articulate technical architecture
Excellent communicator across formats (i.e., discovery conversations, executive presentations, written proposals, and live demos) with the ability to adjust depth and register by audience
Proactive by default. You identify what needs to happen and move without waiting for direction.
Track record of working effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering without needing a formal process to hold it together
Strong plus: experience selling to or supporting banking and financial services institutions, with familiarity in compliance, screening, KYC or AML workflows
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

Your mission
As a Technical Account Manager in our Healthcare Client Success team, you’ll guide our most strategic customers in building and scaling enterprise automation and Agentic AI programs. Your role will be critical in ensuring customers achieve maximum business value from the UiPath Platform by serving as both a trusted technical advisor and hands-on technical expert.
You will work across all levels of customer organizations—from developers and architects to operational leaders and executive stakeholders—helping customers solve complex technical challenges, accelerate adoption, and realize measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for a highly technical, customer-facing professional who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving difficult problems, and is comfortable both advising and directly contributing to technical solutions when needed.
What you'll do at UiPath
Build and deliver working POCs, agent prototypes, and automation accelerators directly within customer environments to fast-track agentic adoption.
Develop reusable POC templates, deployment accelerators, and agentic solution patterns that the CS organization can replicate across the healthcare portfolio .
Own the technical success of strategic healthcare customers, serving as the primary technical advisor throughout their UiPath journey.
Provide proactive technical guidance to mature automation and Agentic AI programs, helping customers expand their vision of what is possible with the UiPath Platform while driving measurable adoption, business outcomes, and value realization.
Assess customer environments, identify technical risks and opportunities, and independently drive actions that result in accelerated adoption, reduced risk, and measurable business value.
Guide platform architecture, infrastructure planning, deployment strategies, upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
Conduct technical health checks and maturity assessments, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, governance, reliability, and adoption.
Deliver technical advisory services while also providing hands-on support, solution development, proof-of-concept creation, troubleshooting, and code reviews when appropriate.
Partner with customer technical teams to design solutions leveraging automation, AI, orchestration, integrations, and emerging agentic capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Product Support, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Solution Engineering to resolve complex customer challenges.
Collaborate with relevant UiPath Infra and security teams to ensure AI governance, security, and compliance considerations, especially for healthcare customers
Enable customer stakeholders on UiPath best practices and emerging capabilities through workshops, presentations, technical reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Stay current on advances in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, automation technologies, and healthcare industry trends, helping customers translate innovation into business outcomes.
What you'll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
Maintain an understanding of contract utilization to drive shelfware consumption and positively impact commercial events
10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Software Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
Direct, hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting solutions on the UiPath Platform.
Strong knowledge of enterprise automation technologies, software development practices, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts.
Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered solutions — including prompt engineering, tool/function design, agent orchestration, and output validation.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex technical challenges, navigate ambiguity, and develop creative, practical solutions to difficult customer problems.
Experience balancing technical advisory work with hands-on technical execution, including troubleshooting, development, configuration, or solution design.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive work to completion with minimal oversight.
Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving technology environments.
Strong customer-facing consulting skills with a focus on building trust and delivering measurable outcomes.
Automation first mindset and should provide contributions to reusable assets, best practices, and broader Client Success team enablement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP, Intelligent Document Processing, or related technologies.
Experience with UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, AI Center, Communications Mining, Document Understanding, Integration Service, and other advanced platform capabilities.
Experience programming in .NET, C#, Java, Python, or similar languages.
Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Healthcare industry experience, including experience working within, supporting, or consulting to health systems, provider organizations, or healthcare technology environments.
Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Access, Clinical Operations, or healthcare IT ecosystems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Demonstrate agility in learning and adopting emerging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) to support customer development teams and drive adoption of UiPath capabilities.
