Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a Paid Marketing Analyst to join our growth marketing team on a contract basis and support the top of our funnel. In this role you will manage our paid programs across Google and LinkedIn, refining targeting, and testing creative and landing pages to drive clicks and capture leads and support lifecycle email execution and marketing infrastructure.
This role requires someone who is analytical and comfortable navigating ad platforms day to day — building and optimizing campaigns, digging into performance, and iterating quickly to find what works. It also requires strong creative instincts to write ad copy that converts, and the ability to stay organized across multiple campaigns at once. Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
What Will You Be Doing?
Build and manage our paid ad campaigns day to day across Google Search and LinkedIn
Create engaging ad copy, creative, and landing pages that drive clicks and capture leads
Sharpen our search terms and audiences so our ads reach the right people
Test and iterate on copy, creative, budget, and audiences to build our best-performing campaigns
Build and deploy email campaigns against the marketing calendar
Monitor the shared inbox and handle responses and opt-outs
Own email health and deliverability — sender reputation, list hygiene, and inbox placement
Report on email metrics — opens, clicks, conversions, and engagement trends
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in paid/growth marketing or a similar analytical marketing role
Hands-on experience running campaigns in ad platforms, specifically Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Experience with HubSpot or another email service provider (ESP)
Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling, interpreting, and reporting on campaign metrics
Solid copywriting instincts for ads and landing pages
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Excellent written communication skills
A start-up mentality — adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable with shifting priorities
This is a full-time contract role (approximately 6 months), with potential to turn into full-time role. The expected target rate for this position is $35-$45/hour.
