Enterprise Sales Director
Chief Product Officer
About Viz.ai
Viz.ai is the leader in building and deploying AI-powered Care Pathways and helping doctors do their work. The Viz Platform is deployed in 2,000 hospitals across the United States and trusted by many of the leading life sciences companies. The platform uniquely combines real-time, multimodal clinical data with deep clinician engagement to detect disease earlier, coordinate care teams, and help ensure patients receive the right treatment faster. Viz.ai was the first company to be awarded CMS reimbursement for AI and is ranked the #1 Healthcare AI Platform by hospitals and health systems in the Black Book Research survey. For more information, visit Viz.ai.
The Role
We are looking for a Chief Product Officer, reporting to the CEO, to lead the strategy and execution of the Viz.ai platform. This AI-native, multi-pathway platform brings together data from EHRs, imaging, and other hospital systems to create a unified system of action that ensures more patients get guideline directed care, faster; serving two end markets - health systems and life science.
This is a platform leadership role, not ownership of a single product or specialty. The ideal candidate thinks in systems, moves quickly, and can turn complex clinical and technical challenges into a clear, differentiated product strategy.
Success means transforming Viz.ai from a platform that hospitals deploy into one clinicians rely on every week. You'll be equally comfortable defining a multi-year product vision and spending time in hospitals observing how clinical workflows are adopted, ignored, or abandoned. This role extends beyond product leadership. You'll act as connective tissue across the business, operating at the board level, getting into the details other executives miss, and unafraid to challenge plans that don't hold up. You're not an order-taker: you'll partner with Commercial, Clinical, R&D, and Marketing to help shape how the business runs, not just to receive requirements from it.
You will lead and grow Product Management, Product Marketing, and Design/UX, located in both the US and Israel, while partnering closely with leaders across R&D, Clinical, Commercial, Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Life Sciences to drive platform adoption, customer value, and expansion into new markets.
What You'll Own
Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Viz.ai platform, including care pathway expansion, AI capabilities, EHR integrations, and life sciences data infrastructure.
Make explicit, revenue-connected prioritization calls across the platform, deciding where to invest, hold, or pull back based on where the growth actually is, not where the roadmap has historically pointed.
Own life sciences as the platform's near-term growth priority, building the product capabilities and evidence (patient identification, care-gap closure, workflow improvement, ROI) that turn LS partners into a core, expanding revenue line, and reprioritizing the roadmap to match.
Ensure product strategy is grounded in clinical evidence, market insights, and customer feedback, and communicate that strategy clearly across customers and internal teams.
Own key product adoption targets, including weekly active users, engagement, activation, retention, and workflow optimization. You will be directly accountable for turning deployed products into recurring guideline based clinical habits, working closely with Customer Success and Implementation.
Treat each care pathway as its own product-market fit opportunity, knowing where to strengthen mature products, accelerate adoption, validate new opportunities, or reduce investment.
Develop business cases for new platform investments, lead pricing strategy for new pathway launches, and own product-driven ARR contribution.
Understand the operational and financial factors that influence hospital adoption, including care leakage, referral capture, service-line ROI, clinician capacity, and reimbursement. Recognize how the priorities of enterprise buyers differ from those of frontline clinicians.
Build scalable implementation capabilities through standardized configurations, self-service activation tools, documentation, and integration playbooks that reduce deployment effort.
Own the strategy for EHR integrations, including Epic, Cerner, and other systems, ensuring Viz.ai fits naturally into existing clinical workflows.
Lead product launch strategy and commercial readiness, using customer and go-to-market feedback to continuously improve the roadmap.
Serve as a cross-functional force across the business, not just within product through surfacing risks, aligning leaders, and driving execution in areas without a clear single owner.
Operate comfortably at the board level, translating product strategy and business performance into a narrative executives and the board can act on.
You'll Love This Job If...
You think in platforms rather than individual features and understand how product decisions create long-term competitive advantage.
You enjoy solving complex healthcare infrastructure challenges, including clinical workflows, EHR integration, regulatory requirements, and hospital IT environments.
You have experience building products that serve both healthcare providers and life sciences organizations.
You make thoughtful decisions even when information is incomplete and take ownership of outcomes.
You enjoy building and developing high-performing product teams.
You believe the best product insights come from observing clinicians in real clinical settings, not just reviewing dashboards.
You understand that successful healthcare products require changing behavior as much as delivering features.
You can build credibility with clinicians, hospital executives, and life sciences partners while balancing the needs of each audience.
You don't wait to be handed a lane. You get into the weeds across the business, challenge plans that don't hold up, and pick up connective, cross-functional work that doesn't have an obvious owner.
You'd rather stand up an agent than a process, and you push your team to build the product, and run the org agentic-first.
You can work cross functionally with engineering, data and AI teams in Israel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
15+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior product leadership role.
5+ years leading Product Design
Proven track record taking an AI-native or data-intensive SaaS platform from early traction to broad market scale, with direct ownership of adoption and engagement (WAU, activation, retention) as the measure of success, not just shipped features or bookings.
Healthcare SaaS experience (clinical workflows, EHR integrations, or healthcare data platforms) is strongly preferred but not required. We evaluate candidates with and without it.
Working knowledge of EHR integration standards and healthcare interoperability.
Demonstrated success developing platform-level product strategy across multiple products, customer segments, or care areas.
Proven track record increasing product adoption, engagement, activation, or retention in complex enterprise or healthcare environments.
Strong, demonstrated customer centricity in product development with a track record of building based on direct, on-site time with customers, not secondhand input. Deep understanding of clinician behavior and the real-world workflows that drive or prevent adoption.
Agentic-first operating instinct. You reach for AI agents and automation before headcount or manual process, and you expect your product and your team to be built that way. This is how you operate, not a view you hold about where the market is heading.
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling AI-native healthcare products, including AI model deployment, algorithm governance, or AI workflow design.
Proven success recruiting, leading, and developing distributed Product and Design/UX teams.
Experience leading UX/UI organizations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both executive leadership and cross-functional product teams.

The Role:
We're looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial New Products GTM Lead to build and prove go-to-market motions for new life sciences products. You'll be embedded with a broader sales and commercial team, but this role is specifically focused on what's new - taking early-stage offerings to market, running deals from first conversation through close, and generating the learnings that set the course for scale.
If you love both the strategic thinking, have a strong commercial mindset and enjoying working and winning deals, this is the role.
You will:
Own the full commercial cycle for new life sciences product offerings: identifying new opportunities, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals, in close collaboration with the broader sales and commercial team.
Build and pressure-test go-to-market strategies for new products by taking them to market yourself,
Translate early learnings into scalable frameworks (messaging, pricing, objection handling, segmentation) that the broader team can run with as products mature.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to sharpen positioning and value props based on real buyer conversations.
Contribute to business model and pricing decisions grounded in what the market actually responds to.
What success looks like:
You've closed commercial deals on new products
You've identified what a repeatable sales motion looks like for new offerings: what messaging lands, what the buyer journey is, where deals stall and why, and how to unlock them.
The broader team has clear, actionable signal from your work to build on.
Sales, marketing, and product feel better equipped because of the field insights you're generating.
We are looking for:
Entrepreneurial to the core: you don't wait for a playbook, you build one, and you're energized by figuring out how to sell something and writing that script.
Someone who has sold before and genuinely enjoyed it: comfortable owning commercial outcomes.
Comfortable leading discovery calls, negotiations, and closing opportunities
At least 5 years in the Life Science space
Strong existing network within Life Science.
Understands how our target buyers evaluate and buy new solutions: budget cycles, approval chains, and what actually moves a decision from interest to signed deal.
Collaborative instinct: you thrive in ambiguity but you bring people with you rather than going it alone.
Highly analytical and goal-oriented, comfortable with deal economics and commercial tradeoffs.
Experience in a fast-growth or startup environment.
Strong communicator who can run a room with senior Pharma stakeholders.
