ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Sales Engineer occupies a pivotal role, bridging the gap between our technological solutions and the demands of our clientele by delivering comprehensive technical proficiency, exemplary pre-sales advisory services, and solution architecture design. This position requires close interaction with enterprise-level clients to showcase the platform's functionalities, align technology with customer specifications, and facilitate seamless implementation and adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored AI governance solutions..
- Conduct compelling product showcases, proof-of-concepts, and presentations illustrating the platform's functionalities.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused benefits and outcomes.
- Engage directly with clientele to articulate technical value propositions, addressing technical inquiries and objections effectively.
- Architect integration strategies between our AI governance software and existing customer technologies, including SASE, firewall solutions, Windows and Mac operating systems, APIs, and SIEM tools.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to represent customer feedback, influence product roadmap, and ensure alignment with market requirements.
- Remain informed regarding sector developments, specifically in relation to cybersecurity, AI compliance, data governance, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Participate in industry gatherings, webinars, and seminars to enhance brand prominence and thought leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or sales engineering role, ideally within enterprise software, cybersecurity, or AI governance spaces.
- Strong familiarity and experience with:
- Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) (e.g., Zscaler, Netskope, Cato Networks, etc.)
- Firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point)
- Windows and Mac operating systems environments
- API integration and management
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
- Ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of effectively collaborating across departments, including sales, product, and engineering teams.

Job Description: As a Hands-On Technical Support Engineer for WitnessAI customers, you will be responsible for overseeing the pool of customer technical/product issues ranging from easy to complex difficulty while directly engaging with them to troubleshoot and provide resolution by following customer SLAs. You’ll provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to the TSE team, while ensuring efficient resolution of customer problems related to AI security products. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of network, endpoint and proxy security technologies, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the technical support team, providing guidance on troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues.
- Serve as an escalation or direct point for high-priority and advanced technical issues involving AI security products (e.g., proxies, end points, HTTP1.1/HTTP2,DNS, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, etc.).
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for customer-reported issues, ensuring high-quality support.
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and sales teams to communicate customer feedback and ensure continuous product improvement.
- Develop and maintain best practices, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.
- Implement and manage support processes, ensuring SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the support team up-to-date on the latest product features and network security trends.
- Engage directly with customers via email, phone, or remote sessions to resolve technical issues and ensure their security solutions are fully optimized.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of security products, providing post-deployment technical assistance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on support metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements and training needs.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to provide expert-level support and guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with network security products, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions (e.g.,Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, etc).
- Strong knowledge of various protocols (HTTP1.1,HTTP2, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), working with HARs, packet captures, tcpdump, etc and security best practices.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnosing complex network security issues in real-world customer environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or CEH are highly desirable.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Technical Account Manager with a strong background in network security, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers are successful in deploying, integrating, and maximizing the value of our security platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, technical resource, and problem solver throughout the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Onboarding & Integration: Guide new customers through deployment, configuration, and best practices tailored to their network security environments.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a technical point of contact for advanced support issues, helping customers resolve complex network or security-related challenges.
- Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships and understand customer goals, proactively identifying opportunities to improve their experience and adoption.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Customer Success, Support, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Engineering).
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust, etc.
- Strong understanding of common enterprise technologies and architectures
- Hands-on experience with firewalls and/or proxies (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Zscaler, Netskope, Fortinet).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
