The World ID team is on a mission to empower every person on the planet with a unique digital identity that distinguishes humans from AI online.
The Opportunity World is entering a new phase: moving from network bootstrapping to utility-driven growth. Tools for Humanity is building the products, systems, and partnerships that help make private proof of human foundational infrastructure for the internet in the age of AI. We’re looking for an exceptional commercial leader to help bring World ID and proof-of-human products to the organizations where trust, authenticity, and human verification matter most. This person will define and accelerate enterprise adoption across categories including AI, security, fintech, payments, consumer platforms, marketplaces, gaming, dating, ticketing, social, commerce, and agentic workflows.
This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone who can operate as a strategic seller, business development executive, ecosystem builder, and company builder. Someone who can identify opportunities that do not yet exist, build executive relationships with the world’s most important organizations, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and close transformational partnerships and revenue-generating deals. You will be responsible for creating and winning some of the company’s most important commercial relationships as World scales from proof of human to real-world utility. The ideal candidate is highly strategic and relentlessly execution-oriented. They can think like a founder, negotiate with precision, earn trust with senior executives, and close like a top-performing enterprise seller.
What You’ll Do
Own the full lifecycle of strategic enterprise opportunities from market mapping and sourcing through negotiation, launch, and expansion.
Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, founders, boards, and senior decision makers across global enterprises.
Drive adoption of World ID and proof-of-human products in high-utility environments where organizations need to verify that a real human is behind a digital interaction.
Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, platform integrations, strategic partnerships, and multi-year enterprise contracts.
Develop new revenue opportunities across enterprise security, AI agents, fintech, payments, marketplaces, gaming, social platforms, dating, ticketing, commerce, and other categories affected by bots, fraud, impersonation, and synthetic identity.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to bring new commercial opportunities to market.
Identify ecosystem partnerships that accelerate adoption, distribution, density, and long-term strategic value for the World network.
Lead executive-level negotiations involving multiple stakeholders, business units, geographies, and regulatory considerations.
Create and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities.
Represent Tools for Humanity externally with customers, partners, investors, and industry leaders.
Help shape the company’s go-to-market strategy as World moves deeper into utility-driven growth.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, investment banking, consulting, or related commercial leadership roles.
Proven track record of personally closing large, complex, and high-stakes enterprise deals.
Demonstrated ability to create markets and source opportunities rather than simply manage inbound demand.
Experience selling to or partnering with Fortune 500 companies, major technology platforms, financial institutions, consumer platforms, or other senior executive stakeholders.
Exceptional commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
Ability to translate complex technical products into clear business value for senior decision makers.
Strong understanding of how AI, fraud, identity, trust, security, and digital interaction are changing enterprise needs.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build new commercial motions from scratch.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
High ownership mentality, urgency, and bias toward action.
Nice to Have
Experience closing $1M+ ARR enterprise agreements or equivalent strategic partnerships.
Experience in identity, cybersecurity, AI, fintech, payments, marketplaces, consumer platforms, developer platforms, crypto, infrastructure, or high-growth technology companies.
Existing network across major technology companies, financial institutions, global consumer platforms, and strategic ecosystem partners.
Experience navigating international, cross-functional, or policy-sensitive deal environments.
Experience bringing new technical products to market before the category is fully established.
History of consistently outperforming ambitious revenue targets.
Who You Are
You are a builder. You are comfortable creating the sales motion while also closing the most important deals yourself. You are intellectually curious, commercially sharp, and energized by category-defining work.
You believe the internet needs new trust infrastructure for an AI-shaped world, and you want to help bring proof of human to the organizations and products where it can create real utility.
Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles): The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $306,000 - $360,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, TFH offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) plan and match, life insurance, flexible time off, commuter benefits, professional development stipend and much more!

About the Role:
We are building a generational brand with World - one of the leading projects in the age of AI. We’re not just aiming to join the ranks of iconic tech companies; we’re building something the world hasn’t seen before. That’s why we’re looking for someone who not only brings deep experience but is excited to help invent a new kind of design practice, without a blueprint. Someone ready to shape what a brand like this can become.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, high-quality digital experiences across our ecosystem, with a primary focus on web (90%) and product design (10%). You’ll operate at the intersection of brand, marketing, and digital, combining systems thinking, interaction design, and exceptional visual craft to create everything from high-traffic websites to bespoke digital and product experiences. As AI becomes a core part of our design practice, we're looking for someone who sees it not as a feature, but as a creative and production partner—using it to dramatically accelerate ideation, exploration, iteration, prototyping, and execution while maintaining an uncompromising standard of quality. You’re excited to help define what an AI-native design practice looks like, where human judgment and craft are amplified by emerging tools to produce better work, faster.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator who can translate complex ideas into elegant, user-centered experiences. You care deeply about craft and hold a high bar for quality, while also bringing an “afterburner on” mindset - moving fast, iterating quickly and doing whatever it takes to get great experiences live.
This role reports to the Head of Brand Design and collaborates frequently with the Global Web Content Lead. Based in San Francisco, in-office minimum 4 days per week.
What You'll Do:
Design and evolve multiple high-traffic websites across the World, World Foundation and Tools for Humanity brands - designing website UI/UX and interaction design end-to-end.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that deliver clear, intuitive and engaging web experiences.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content and brand teams to translate messaging into effective user journeys and digital experiences.
Partner closely with developers to bring designs to life - from concept through handoff to QA - ensuring pixel-perfect execution and high performance.
Apply strong UX thinking to simplify complex concepts (e.g., identity, crypto, AI) into approachable, human-centered interfaces.
Contribute to design systems and patterns that ensure consistency and scalability across web and, occasionally, product surfaces.
Use data and insights (analytics, user behavior, A/B testing) to iterate on designs and continuously improve performance and usability.
Ensure all work meets a high craft standard - balancing visual design, interaction quality and usability across every touchpoint.
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, moving quickly from concept to launch while maintaining attention to detail.
Help define and evolve how UI/UX design operates within the marketing department - bringing structure, taste and speed to an emerging design practice.
About You:
5–7+ years of experience in website UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and high-quality execution.
Proven experience designing high-traffic websites, with a deep understanding of responsive design, interaction patterns and usability best practices.
Strong visual design skills with a high craft standard - attention to typography, layout, spacing, and interaction details.
Experience working across both marketing and product surfaces, with the ability to flex between brand expression and functional UX.
Expert in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows, including rapid prototyping, design system generation, content generation, and Figma-to-code pipelines.
Be a passionate self-starter with an “afterburner on” approach - ready to jump in, solve problems and push projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
Extremely comfortable collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints to ensure smooth implementation.
Data-first mindset, with experience using analytics and user insights to guide design decisions.
Highly organized, resourceful and adaptable - able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Radical end-to-end ownership: you take initiative, drive progress and get things done.
You possess US work authorization and are excited about a collaborative, in-office role in San Francisco’s design district.
Occasional travel to the field and quarterly offsites.
Bonus skills (any of the following are valued but not required): mobile UI/UX design, product design, motion design, front-end development (HTML/CSS), SEO.
We are a fast-paced startup with extremely high ambitions. We are also fun and making a genuine impact on the world.
What We Offer:
An open, collaborative office space in San Francisco
Flexible, unlimited PTO
Monthly phone reimbursement or company-provided device
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage
401(k) plan with employer match
Commuter benefits and professional development stipend
