Wrapbook is the AI platform for production finance. We’re building a system of action that puts finance teams in control of their whole production, from payroll, to spend, to accounting.
Built for feature films, TV, and commercials, Wrapbook is trusted by teams at Netflix, Paramount, Anonymous Content, and more. With backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Jeffrey Katzenberg's WndrCo, our team of 350+ is using AI to transform how finance teams work and empower them to do more with less.
The Opportunity: Systems & Business Analyst, Client Operations - Remote (USA / Canada)
If you set a strong foundation before anyone reaches for a tool, then move fast to build toward it, this role is for you. You'll sit inside Client Operations, close to the teams doing the work, owning the space between the business and its systems. You define how the work should run, then build toward it.
Day to day, you become the expert in how Support, Customer Success, and Operations actually work, then turn that into clear requirements and well-scoped projects mapped to our business goals. From there you either make the light changes yourself or build the fix with your AI Ops partner. You own requirements end to end, and you push back when a request isn't grounded in a real problem or when today's systems can't support it. Most of that build lives in Salesforce now; over time you'll own more systems beyond it and build more with AI.
You'll report to the Director, AI & Operational Transformation. Your closest working relationship is your AI Ops partner in a two-person pod: you bring the workflow context and own the requirements and light build, they bring the AI build. You'll also work closely with the Systems Architect on core-system governance and with Support, Customer Success, and Operations leadership.
How you'll spend your time:
40% discovery, requirements, and business immersion. The core of the job. In team meetings, learning workflows, writing specs, pushing back on requests that aren't ready.
40% light system work and ownership. Light Salesforce configuration within the published data model (reports, dashboards, simple flows, field updates), triage, and roadmap ownership for your pod's non-Salesforce tools (Zoom Contact Center, Calendly, Zapier, etc). Increasingly, AI-built solutions with your AI Ops partner.
20% coordination, communication, and roadmap management.
What you own:
Business immersion. In team meetings and learning workflows before anything touches a system.
Problem intake. You surface problems instead of waiting for them, and push back on requests that aren't grounded in a real problem, including from people senior to you.
Requirements authorship. You write and own the requirements.
Light Salesforce configuration. Reports, dashboards, simple flows, field updates, and basic config within the published data model.
Solutioning with your pod. You and your AI Ops partner decide together whether a fix is a Salesforce change, an automation, or an AI agent. You own the workflow context and requirements, build the light pieces, and partner on the AI-led pieces.
Non-Salesforce systems. You own the roadmap and prioritization for your pod's tools, like Zoom Contact Center, Calendly, and Zapier.
Roadmap visibility. A transparent roadmap of your builds, shared broadly.
Systems enablement. You own onboarding, refreshers, and adoption for your function, and getting people using the systems well.
What you don't do:
Build without scoping or take build orders directly from the business.
Heavy Salesforce development, the object model, and integration contracts.
What great looks like:
You define scope, requirements, and a clear definition of done for every build.
You find the problems worth solving before anyone files them, and teams trust you to shape the fix.
You and your AI Ops partner ship what neither of you could alone. You set the foundation and process; they optimize and scale it, so the output is a multiple of either input.
You know your function's workflows and available tools well enough to push back and provide clear guidance on paths forward.
What you'll have:
High agency. You decide what needs doing and drive it to shipped without waiting to be told.
6+ years in a business analyst, ops, or systems role, ideally high-volume, with the seniority to hold your ground with senior leaders.
High Salesforce fluency, specifically experience building in the platform. Admin certification preferred.
Evidence you build beyond a CRM: an automation, an AI agent, a scripting habit, an integration. You treat Salesforce as one system among several.
Strong discovery instincts. You interview stakeholders, observe workflows, and don't take a doc at face value.
You get productive in an unfamiliar system or domain quickly, and you don't wait for a map.
Real project management. You own timelines, surface risk early, and keep everyone aligned when they all think their thing is top priority.
Clear, direct communication. You can tell a senior leader their requirement isn't ready and explain why.
An AI-first, automation-first mindset with disciplined judgment.

Wrapbook brings clarity and dependability to production payroll, while increasing the productivity of your whole team.
Trusted by companies of all sizes, Wrapbook powers payroll for some of the industry’s top production companies, including SMUGGLER, Tuff, and GhostRobot. Our growing team of 250+ people across the USA and Canada, including entertainment and technology experts from SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, and more. Wrapbook is backed by top-tier investors, including Jeffrey Katzenberg’s WndrCo, Andreessen Horowitz, and A* Capital. We have raised $130M and are in a strong financial position.
The Opportunity – Senior Manager, Release & Program Management (Remote - USA / CANADA)
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Release & Program Management to evolve and mature Wrapbook’s release management function and ongoing program. This role spans release management (including UAT), program management, and product operations to ensure the way we align, build, and launch is predictable, coordinated, and continuously improving.
This role sits within Wrapbook’s Product and Design organization and reports directly to the Chief Product Officer. As a player-coach, you’ll manage a small team of Technical Program Managers, QA testers, and be Wrapbook’s release manager. You’ll be responsible for execution, process improvement, and implementing the tools and frameworks that help us scale.
You’ll not only lead releases and the TPM team, but also raise the bar for how Wrapbook works together. Your impact will be felt in more predictable and trusted ways of working, better cross-functional alignment, and no surprises for our partners—because they’ll know exactly what we’re doing and why.
You’ll also oversee the program management of key customer accounts, serving as a single point of coordination across Engineering, Product, and Design. By working closely with Client Ops and Sales, you’ll ensure that customers’ early experiences with Wrapbook meet their needs and delight them along the way. Always advocate for the customer (internal and external), ensuring our programs and releases deliver not only predictability but also delightful experiences that solve real-world problems.
If you’re passionate about maturing processes while leaning into to bias for action, aligning cross-functional teams, and leading through both strategy and action, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
Be Wrapbook’s Release Manager: Directly manage Wrapbook’s release process, ensuring predictability, quality, and alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD), along with Client Ops and GTM. Partner with project leads on QA to ensure testing processes, release readiness, and quality standards are consistently met.
Lead as a Player-Coach: Manage and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers while remaining hands-on in release management and key programs. Set a high bar for execution, communication, and collaboration, and hold the team accountable to meeting that standard. Foster a culture of accountability and inclusion where TPMs can do their best work.
Drive Clear Communication & Foster Alignment: Establish and model impeccable cross-department communication, ensuring updates, risks, and decisions are conveyed with clarity and consistency. Act as a connector across business, product and technical teams, creating alignment on roles, responsibilities, and readiness for every stage of build and launch. Prepare release notes so that our cross-functional partners experience no surprises—because we’ve over-communicated, and they fully understand what we’re doing and why.
Measure and Improve Impact: Define how we measure release success, evaluate outcomes, and use insights to refine future launches.
Drive Program Execution: Partner with EPD leaders to identify where Technical Program Managers can add the most value—whether by driving key strategic initiatives, coordinating complex cross-group work, or ensuring execution against business-critical priorities.
Support Key Accounts: Oversee program management for critical customer accounts, coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Design, and partnering with Client Ops and Sales to deliver delightful early customer experiences.
Continuously Improve: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and strengthen how Wrapbook aligns, builds, and launches. You'll be measured not by the number of processes you introduce, but by the tangible impact your improvements have on predictability, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence.
Champion AI-Powered Ways of Working: Model and promote AI fluency across the TPM team, QA process, and EPD org. Leverage agentic workflows, AI-assisted tooling, and automation to increase throughput, reduce manual coordination overhead, and accelerate release cycles. Help the team identify where AI can replace repetitive process work so they can focus on higher-leverage problems.
What you'll have:
5+ years of leadership experience in Release Management, Program Management, QA and/or Product Operations within SaaS organizations, with a proven ability to set clear expectations, hold teams accountable, and maintain a consistently high bar for impact.
Demonstrated success as a player-coach—balancing team leadership with hands-on ownership of key initiatives.
Strong track record of executing complex, cross-functional programs from alignment through launch.
Experience evolving and improving processes that deliver measurable outcomes, not just adding steps.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to bridge departments, ensure transparency, and keep stakeholders aligned.
A high bar for performance, with the ability to raise team standards and coach individuals to achieve their best work.
Experience with program management and incident management tools (e.g., Linear, PagerDuty).
A bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Customer obsession.
AI fluency and a growth mindset toward agentic workflows — comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or Cursor) to accelerate research, synthesis, communication, and execution, and a demonstrated ability to identify where automation can meaningfully improve team output.

Senior Director, Engineering - Agentic Business Systems
Wrapbook is the AI platform for production finance. We’re building a system of action that puts finance teams in control of their whole production, from payroll, to spend, to accounting.
Built for feature films, TV, and commercials, Wrapbook is trusted by teams at Netflix, Paramount, Anonymous Content, and more. With backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Jeffrey Katzenberg's WndrCo, our team of 350+ is using AI to transform how finance teams work and empower them to do more with less.
The Opportunity - Senior Director, Engineering - Agentic Business Systems (Remote - USA / Canada)
Wrapbook is the system of action for the entertainment industry — where every decision, dollar, and day is planned, executed, and understood in one place. Wrapbook processes payroll, accounts payable, and accounting for film, TV, and commercial productions. We provide a system that connects production companies with cast, crew, and talent agents to keep productions on time and on budget.
We're not building toward incremental improvement. We're building toward a company that operates at the output of one 5x our size — by putting AI at the center of how we work, not as a feature, but as infrastructure.
This is a deeply technical leadership role. You are someone who is already building managed agents and you're excited by the hard, unsolved problems: how to give agents persistent context across an entire company, how to wire identity and memory so an agent knows what it should and shouldn't, how to make all of this safe and scalable.
You'll own how Wrapbook deploys AI internally within business units. You'll lead a mixed team of engineers, product managers, and embedded business users responsible for two things at once: building the platform capabilities that make AI usable across the company, and directly shipping the workflows that run on top of it.
Those workflows span Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations. Your team won't just hand business users tools — you'll sit with them, understand their work, and build agentic workflows that take real tasks off their plates.
You'll report to the CEO and work cross-functionally. You'll have the mandate, the visibility, and the air cover to move fast — and the expectation to build software with meaningful business impact.
What You'll Do
Build the platform. Own the internal AI deployment infrastructure — make it possible for non-engineers to safely build and run AI workflows at scale.
Ship the workflows. Directly build high-leverage agentic workflows across Marketing, Sales, Success, Support, Finance, and Operations. Find the highest-friction, highest-volume work in each function and automate it.
Enable business users. Turn business stakeholders into builders. Create the patterns, guardrails, skills, and training that let people across the company build their own AI workflows on your platform.
Lead a mixed team. Manage a cross-functional group of engineers, PMs, and embedded business users. Set direction, hold a high bar, and build a culture where shipping and learning happen fast.
Partner across the org. Work directly with functional leaders to understand their goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and measure the business impact of every deployment.
Own the outcomes. Define what success looks like — adoption, time saved, throughput gained, cost avoided — and report on it credibly to the SVP of Engineering and CEO.
Champion responsible adoption. Ensure everything you ship is secure, compliant, and aligned with how Wrapbook handles sensitive financial and personal data.
What You'll Have
You're genuinely excited by understanding and solving problems. You dig into challenges that span functions, embrace their nuance, and iteratively build workflows that address them one by one.
Experience leading cross-functional teams — ideally a mix of engineering, product, and non-technical contributors.
Strong product instincts. You can sit with a salesperson or an accountant, understand their work, and find the leverage point.
You're technical and hands-on. A track record of building and shipping software, plus the leadership chops to run a team. You've been hands-on enough to earn an engineering team's respect and strategic enough to lead one.
You're already building agents. This isn't aspirational for you. You've built and deployed agentic systems, and you have strong, earned opinions about what works.
A bias toward action. You'd rather ship a rough workflow this week and improve it than spec the perfect one for a quarter.
Excellent communication. You can translate between business stakeholders and engineers.

The Opportunity: Mid-Market Sales Manager, Film & TV (Remote - USA)
Wrapbook is looking for a hands-on sales manager to lead a team of Account Executives selling into film and TV production companies. You'll be close to your reps every day — on their calls, in their deals, and in their 1-1s — helping them get better at their jobs.
Your reps own their deals. Your job is to make them better at owning them. That means jumping on calls to coach, not to take over — debriefing after, pointing out what worked and what didn't, and helping each rep figure out how to move things forward on their own. Beyond developing your team, you'll also play a key role in building and rolling out the sales processes and playbooks that help the whole team perform more consistently.
What you'll do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs focused on Film & TV production companies across complex, multi-month deal cycles
Actively join rep calls — provide live coaching, model the sales motion, and debrief in real time; the AE drives the deal, you develop the rep through it
Own weekly 1-1s with each rep: deal strategy, skill development, pipeline review, and accountability to process
Build individual development plans for each AE grounded in observed skill gaps, not just quota performance
Drive forecast accuracy by owning the pipeline roll-up and enforcing stage hygiene standards
Partner with Marketing on ABM motion and account-based outreach strategies
Drive adoption of sales plays and process standards — translate frameworks into rep-level habits through repetition and accountability
Facilitate a structured deal review cadence: pre-call prep, deal strategy, and post-close debriefs
Collaborate with Product on customer feedback loops and PMF signals coming through the sales cycle
Partner with the Sr. Director of MMFTV Sales on org-level process improvements and strategic decisions
What you'll have:
Proven experience leading Mid-Market B2B SaaS sales teams through people development — not just quota management
You are a player-coach by nature: you want to be on calls and close to customers — not to run the deal, but to develop the rep through it and model what great looks like
Strong instincts for long, complex sales cycles — you understand how to coach reps through ambiguity, build multi-thread strategies, and identify what's stalling a deal before it slips
The ability to drive process change forward: you can take a framework, get rep buy-in, and turn it into consistent execution
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing on ABM or account-based outreach motions
Comfort working with Product teams and surfacing customer and PMF signals from the field
A structured approach to coaching: you can diagnose what's actually wrong with a rep's performance, build a plan with support from enablement, and track whether it's working
Strong forecasting discipline — you know the difference between commit and best case and hold the team to that standard
Excellent communication and feedback skills — direct, constructive, and consistent
Willingness to travel for events and in-person client meetings, primarily in LA

The Opportunity - Senior Manager, Risk Operations (Remote - USA / Canada)
Wrapbook is the entertainment industry’s leading payroll and employer-of-record (EOR) platform. Our Risk & Benefits Operations division manages four critical service lines—Workers’ Compensation, Benefit Operations, Unemployment Insurance, and Company Insurance—protecting tens of thousands of project workers across hundreds of productions annually.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Risk Operations to lead the full scope of our Workers’ Compensation program—spanning claims oversight, risk mitigation, underwriting operations, and day-to-day program administration—while bringing a risk management mindset to how we run and improve it. This is a player-coach role: you will manage a team of specialists while personally owning operational outcomes across the entire WC program lifecycle.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Risk & Benefits Operations.
What You’ll Do:
Claims oversight and loss performance
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our TPA (Sedgwick), managing claim handling expectations, reserving practices, and escalation protocols
Monitor and analyze loss runs, claim frequency/severity trends, and open claim inventory; surface insights to the Sr. Director and drive corrective action with the team
Review large loss and litigated claims on a regular cadence, ensuring the TPA’s handling strategy aligns with program objectives
Track SLA compliance and claims quality metrics, holding the TPA accountable to performance standards
Identify patterns in claims data (by state, classification, production type, time of year) and translate findings into actionable recommendations for risk reduction
Risk management and WC program administration
Develop and implement risk mitigation initiatives such as safety programs, return-to-work protocols, and claims management best practices tailored to entertainment industry workflows
Use claims and underwriting data together to identify where operational improvements (better classification, faster reporting, targeted safety guidance) can reduce loss frequency and severity
Drive the end-to-end underwriting operations workflow—production company onboarding, classification, state jurisdiction setup, and policy endorsement execution
Tracking and reporting on Worker Compensation KPIs and SLAs across the WC program
Team leadership
Manage, mentor, and develop Workers Compensation Operations and Claims Specialists
Set clear goals, run regular 1:1s, and drive accountability across all program areas—claims, risk mitigation, underwriting operations, and COI workflows
Balance team workload across the claims and underwriting functions, adjusting capacity allocation as production seasons and claim volumes shift
Partner with the Sr. Director on capacity planning, hiring, and team development as the program scales
AI, knowledge & competitive intelligence
Leverage AI tools (including Claude, Dust, and emerging platforms) as a core part of daily operations—driving research, drafting, workflow automation, and overall team AI capability development
Build and maintain a centralized Workers' Compensation knowledge base; partner with AI Champions to design and deploy self-serve agents that reduce friction for internal teams and accelerate decision-making
Serve as Wrapbook's internal subject matter expert on WC program structures—continuously monitoring the landscape, identifying differentiation gaps, and delivering strategic insights to senior leadership
What You'll Have:
Required
5–8+ years of experience in workers’ compensation operations, insurance program management, or a related risk management function—with exposure across claims and underwriting/policy administration
4+ years of people management experience, ideally in a fast-growing or high-volume environment
Solid knowledge of WC claim lifecycles, reserving practices, and TPA performance management
Strong understanding of WC policy structures, classification systems, payroll-based premium calculations, and audit processes
A risk management orientation—you naturally connect underwriting decisions to claims outcomes and look for ways to reduce loss frequency and severity across the program
Experience using claims and policy data to identify trends, build reports, and recommend operational improvements
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and broker relationships with a bias toward accountability and measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate WC concepts for non-insurance stakeholders
Preferred (strong pluses)
Experience with large-deductible or self-insured WC program structures (vs. guaranteed-cost only)
Familiarity with actuarial reports, loss development data, and how they inform program decisions
Experience in entertainment, media, or staffing industry WC programs
Familiarity with employer-of-record (EOR) or professional employer organization (PEO) risk structures
ARM, CPCU, or equivalent risk management designation (or in progress)
Experience with Sedgwick or comparable national TPA platforms

The Opportunity – Customer Support Specialist III (Remote - US)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist III to join our Support organization. In this role, you’ll ensure our crew members and client users have their product questions answered and technical issues resolved quickly, accurately, and with care.
Customer Support Specialist III's at Wrapbook work across a range of case types—from high-volume, repeatable issues to complex, high-context production scenarios. About Us
Wrapbook is the AI platform for production finance.
The Opportunity — (Remote - USA / CANADA)
We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations & Compensation Manager to serve as the embedded operational partner to our Sales organization. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll own the Salesforce data layer, forecasting cadences, compensation administration, and deal desk processes that power Wrapbook's go-to-market engine across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. This is a high-autonomy role where your work directly impacts revenue predictability — you'll be the person Sales leadership leans on to turn data into accountability, process into pipeline, and comp plans into performance.
What You'll Do
Salesforce Data Ownership & Hygiene
Own the Salesforce data layer for Sales: object model accuracy, field definitions, pipeline data integrity, and the hygiene processes that keep opportunity data trustworthy.
Build and maintain SFDC reports for Sales — pipeline views, stage conversion, rep activity, attainment — serving as the primary Salesforce reporting resource for Sales leadership and frontline managers.
Define and enforce data entry standards across the Sales org; build the accountability loops (process, tooling, or workflow) that sustain hygiene over time without manual correction.
Partner with the GTM Systems Architect on SFDC configuration changes, flow updates, and object model evolution driven by Sales process needs.
Serve as the Sales-side data partner to the GTM Insights & Analytics Manager, ensuring Salesforce objects and fields are correctly structured as upstream inputs to Snowflake and the BI layer.
Forecasting & Pipeline Cadences
Own the Sales forecast process operationally: run the weekly pipeline and forecast review cadence, partner with frontline managers to validate SFDC data (deals, close dates, eGPV, stage accuracy), and ensure action items are followed through.
Prepare pipeline review materials — pulling from SFDC reports — that surface trends, risks, slippage, and coverage gaps by segment for Sales leadership discussion.
Proactively flag forecast risks and data quality issues; escalate coverage shortfalls and drive cross-functional conversations when pipeline generation is off track.
Partner with the GTM Insights & Analytics Manager on forecast accuracy improvement: they bring the BI modeling and historical analysis; you bring the SFDC data discipline and process accountability.
Support GTM MBR and QBR cadences with consistent, SFDC-sourced reporting inputs and segment-level operational narrative.
Sales Compensation Design & Administration
Own end-to-end compensation administration for the Sales organization — plan documents, quota assignments, attainment tracking, payout calculations, approval processes and dispute resolution.
Partner with the Head of Revenue Operations and Finance to support annual comp plan design, ensuring plans are aligned to GTM strategy, bookings goals, and crediting rules for both standard and non-standard deal structures.
Maintain the compensation administration platform as the system of record, ensuring calculation accuracy, auditability, and clean data lineage from deal close to payout.
Manage the full comp calendar — plan communication, quota letter distribution, mid-year adjustments, and commission statement delivery.
Administer SPIFs and accelerators; track performance and report outcomes to Sales leadership and Finance.
Build and maintain comp infrastructure that scales with headcount growth and plan complexity — modular, documented, and auditable.
Sales Process & Deal Desk Operations
Own the documentation and operationalization of Sales processes and methodology — ensuring consistent execution from prospecting through close.
Partner with Sales leadership and Enablement to drive process adoption and accountability, with clear feedback loops on where breakdowns occur in the funnel.
Own the deal desk process for standard and non-standard pricing: define the approval matrix, set and enforce SLAs, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure contract and implementation handoffs execute without friction.
Identify process gaps and prioritize improvements in partnership with the GTM Systems Architect; translate Sales business requirements into system changes.
Optimize the Marketing → Sales → Implementation → Customer Success handoff, reducing friction at each transition point.
Operating Cadences & GTM Rhythm
Own the weekly pipeline and forecast review end-to-end: preparation, facilitation, and follow-through.
Track open headcount and hiring progress across the Sales org; flag capacity and coverage risks to RevOps and Sales leadership.
Partner with Sales leadership on bookings planning — coordinating inputs from segment leads, validating against historical data, and stress-testing plan assumptions.
Support segment performance reviews by preparing SFDC-sourced operational inputs; partner with GTM Insights for the analytical narrative layer.
What You'll Have
We're looking for a Salesforce-native Sales operator who combines system precision with process ownership — someone whose SFDC data is clean enough to trust, whose comp statements arrive on time and without errors, and whose forecast reviews actually improve rep behavior.
Core Experience & Mindset
5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
Deep Salesforce ownership experience — object model design, data hygiene management, and SFDC as the system of record for Sales.
Direct experience owning sales compensation administration — plan design support, attainment tracking, payout calculation, and dispute management.
Proven ability to own a forecasting cadence: running the process, driving data discipline in CRM, and delivering reliable roll-ups to leadership.
Comfortable building and maintaining SFDC reports and dashboards for Sales leadership and frontline managers.
Working knowledge of how Salesforce data flows into downstream systems — sufficient to partner effectively with Analytics Engineering and GTM Insights without owning those layers. Familiarity with modern data stack tooling (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent) is a plus.
High ownership orientation — identifies what needs to be done and does it without being directed.
Strong cross-functional communicator: fluent in a forecast review with a sales manager and a comp dispute conversation with Finance in the same week.
Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-mode environment with limited process inheritance.
Salesforce & Technical Fluency
Advanced Salesforce experience — object model design, reporting, dashboards, pipeline management, data hygiene, Flows.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Plat-Admn-201) — strongly preferred.
Familiarity with how SFDC data is modeled in Snowflake/dbt as downstream inputs — sufficient to collaborate with the GTM Insights Manager and Analytics Engineering.
Comfort working across adjacent tools: comp administration tools, spreadsheet modeling, and BI platforms (Omni/Looker) as a consumer or contributor.
Familiarity with compensation administration platforms — or demonstrated ability to manage comp with high accuracy in a structured non-tool environment.

With backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Jeffrey Katzenberg's WndrCo, our team of 350+ is using AI to transform how finance teams work and empower them to do more with less.
The Opportunity - Senior Software Engineer II, Business Systems (Remote - USA / Canada)
You'll build the internal software that runs Wrapbook's marketing, sales, and client operations — full-stack: interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and data pipelines. Salesforce is one of the systems you'll build in and integrate with, alongside the custom applications and services you'll own. This is an AI-native team: you'll use agentic coding tools to prototype fast and ship to production, work across a cloud data stack, and build LLM-powered features into the products you ship.
Who You Are:
You go to the work. You'd rather sit with an operator and watch the process than wait for a finished requirements doc.
You redesign the workflow, not just automate the task — you ask why a process exists in that shape before you build.
You're a real engineer who respects the platform. You've worked in Salesforce and don't consider it beneath you; when the no-code path runs out of road, you're who builds past it, bringing engineering rigor to a surface that's often had none.
You can hold the business conversation. Half the job is translating what an operator needs into what to build — and pushing back when the ask is wrong.
You know when the answer is an agent, when it's deterministic automation, and when it's not software at all.
You own ambiguity end-to-end — observe, build, validate, ship.
You've probably been an early engineer somewhere: a founding or small team where you wore every hat and shipped before the requirements were clear, or you work like someone
What You'll Do:
Design, build, and ship internal applications and services end-to-end, with clean architecture and long-term maintainability as the baseline.
Build and integrate APIs across the marketing, sales, and client operations stack — telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, support, and BI — with reliable handoffs and schema integrity.
Build and own data pipelines that feed reporting and operational systems.
Extend and maintain our Salesforce platform (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components) to the same engineering bar as everything else you build.
Design AI-native workflows and agents where they create real leverage, with the guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls to run them in production.
What You'll Have:
5+ years hands-on software engineering — full-stack, backend, or systems backgrounds preferred
Fluent in a modern language or two (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and quick to pick up the next
Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
Fluent in SQL, and strong on data architecture — schema design, data modeling, and pipelines
Builds usable interfaces — UX/UI sense for internal tools people actually want to use
Designs API integrations with attention to schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity
Has built or integrated with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, APIs) and is willing to keep going deep on it
Ships production software with version control, testing, and CI/CD as default
Owns the full development lifecycle — from requirements through UAT, release, and iteration
A point of view on where AI and agents create leverage in real workflows, from hands-on building
Bonus: entertainment or project-based industry experience; telephony integration (e.g., Zoom Contact Center); Salesforce certifications
