About the role:
The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating complex customer-facing programs and internal IRAD initiatives from concept through deployment, partnering with government customers and cross functional teams to deliver innovative communications solutions that drive mission success and support goTenna's long-term product strategy. This is both a strategic and a tactical role which requires a close partnership with technology developers, product, business stakeholders, executive management, and others. The Program Manager will have strong collaboration, communication, leadership, planning and execution skills. Preparing and delivering executive presentations, generating and delivering reports, identifying and measuring KPIs, and running effective and useful meetings will be key components of the job. This role reports to the Vice President of Program Management.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work directly with peers and goTenna’s government customers to lead and execute strategic development and integration of goTenna off-grid networking technology to drive mission impact.
Develop, track, and analyze detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through planning, execution, risk management, and customer engagement.
Ensure adherence to quality standards for program deliverables and to government contract requirements.
Coordinate meetings, test events, and demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities to customer audiences.
Lead contractual agreement drafting with partners and vendors related to program delivery.
Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Develop and communicate multiple program roadmaps internally and diligently update internal data systems.
Effectively communicate in-flight and planned programs with metrics, KPIs, risks, dependencies, obstacles, and mitigation plans.
Required Experience:
Five (5) + years of technical program management experience background; working with contracts and contract language a plus.
Experience supporting DoD, DHS, CBP, Air Force, SOCOM, and/or other local, state, or Federal Government agencies.
Experience managing government programs and developing and strengthening key customer relationships.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment across large organizations and negotiating tradeoffs.
Experience in core program management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management.
Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation.
Preferred Experience:
PMP Certification
Technical experience related to hardware and software development, networking, or wireless communications
Experience working for a product development company
Experience working in agile/SCRUM environments
Experience with modern project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Planner, Salesforce, or equivalent).

About the role:
The Forward Deployed Engineer is an integral part of the goTenna Customer Experience Team that manages the technical aspects of our company’s relationship with customers that use our Pro line of products. Pro customers include, but are not limited to, local and national Public Safety organizations, U.S. and international military, and other federal government agencies. You will provide accurate technical service and support before and after the point of sale to include both onsite and virtual training, and equipment installation, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
As our Forward Deployed Engineer, in addition to being a critical member of our Customer Experience Team, you will also work closely with all of our Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solutions Architect teams. On the product and engineering side, you will be instrumental in advocating for our customers by proactively identifying issues and enabling an effective voice of the customer (VOC) program to propose product enhancements, new functionality and new products. On the business development side, you will help win new business by assisting in RFP’s, demos, trade shows and Q&A sessions. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you should expect your time to be spent between these activities: Technical Support, conducting Onsite/Virtual Training, equipment installations, working with Product and Engineering and supporting Business Development with demo’s, trade shows, and Q&A.
Up to 50% travel may be required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Engage with Public Safety, Military, and other Pro customers
Monitor and answer support requests relating to all of our Pro line of products
Document current use cases, issues, and opportunities
Provide regular reports to leadership on product and customer performance in order to help develop future strategies and roadmap
Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Product Management and Engineering in order to successfully troubleshoot technical issues
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Conduct both Virtual and Onsite training and equipment installations with Customers
Support technical presales activities, such as on-site or virtual customer demos
Support business development activities such as RFPs, demo, trade shows, etc.
Stay up to speed on the latest technological advancements in our industry as well as the latest employment criteria of our customers
Required Experience:
6+ years of professional experience, preferably deploying or utilizing technology products in a Public Safety or Military organization. Some of your experience should have been related to tactical communications
Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and verbal + written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to carry 30 pounds of equipment and work in austere conditions
Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems such as Salesforce or Jira
A highly motivated self-starter with outstanding planning and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively
A tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to both a non-technical audience and an extremely technical audience via onsite and virtual engagements.
A problem-solver with a strong work ethic that can execute and provide quick and effective resolutions to our customers questions
Someone who is customer/service oriented and enjoys building strong customer relationships
A strategic thinker and planner that is adept at thinking outside the box and has a bias for action
Able to lift 30 lbs.

A passion for dealing in tactical communications and technology
Operational experience such as prior active-duty military, law enforcement, or Public Safety experience (either as a full time or volunteer), including but not limited to: emergency management, search & rescue, wildland firefighting, disaster response, etc.

About the role:
We're seeking a proactive Agile Coach / Scrum Master to serve as an impartial facilitator and Agile coach for our software development teams, product organization, and other key stakeholders. In this role, you'll hold teams accountable and foster collaboration, alignment, and transparency, while helping teams deliver high-quality products through predictable delivery and release milestones. You'll assess our current software development practices, team workflows, and organizational needs to recommend and implement Agile frameworks, processes, and ways of working that best support our business objectives. You'll drive continuous improvement, facilitate Agile ceremonies, support backlog readiness and planning activities, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility into progress toward business and delivery objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Agile Coaching & Organizational Improvement
Assess current team practices and partner with Product and Engineering to implement scalable Agile practices, processes, ceremonies, and tooling that improve consistency, transparency, and predictable software delivery across the organization.
Coach teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize workflow efficiency, and drive predictable delivery.
Continuously evaluate and improve software delivery processes to increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
Scrum Facilitation & Delivery Planning
Facilitate Scrum events (Quarterly Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, etc.) and ensure outcomes are clear and actionable.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to improve backlog readiness, requirement quality, prioritization, and acceptance criteria clarity at an organization level.
Work with Product and Engineering Leads to support backlog refinement and readiness, ensuring work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and ready for development.
Coordinate cross-team planning and alignment on objectives, dependencies, deliverables, and release timelines.
Coordinate release planning activities across Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.
Delivery Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
Identify, escalate, and remove delivery impediments while coordinating cross-functional dependencies and resolving execution risks.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to proactively identify, manage, and resolve inter-team dependencies, enabling effective planning and successful execution of complex initiatives.
Drive transparency, ownership, and accountability through delivery metrics, planning rigor, and effective cross-functional communication.
Metrics, Risk & Reporting
Establish and maintain delivery metrics including cycle time, throughput, predictability, sprint health, and release performance.
Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans.
Provide transparent, data-driven reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery forecasts to support informed decision-making and predictable outcomes.
Required Experience:
3-5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting Agile software engineering teams.
Proven experience partnering with Product Owners to refine requirements, establish sprint goals, and ensure backlog readiness.
Strong cross-organizational facilitation skills and conflict resolution capabilities; able to hold teams accountable with expertise in addressing challenges and conflicts to promote a positive, collaborative environment.
Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) for backlog and metrics.
Exposure to DevOps practices and release management coordination.
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
Scrum or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF).
Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing other Scrum Masters or Agile practitioners.
Experience in multi-team or scaled environments with complex dependencies.
Background in metrics-driven improvement (e.g., cycle time, throughput, predictability).
Familiarity with product discovery practices and acceptance test–driven approaches.

About the role:
We’re seeking a Flutter Software Lead to help lead and manage the development of goTenna’s mobile apps. The ideal candidate for this role will not only make significant individual contributions to mobile application development but will also play a key role in shaping the technical direction of software engineering practices at goTenna. This includes providing expert guidance on development methodologies, project estimation, and implementation strategies. Additionally, you will manage a small team of engineers in a hands-on capacity, balancing software engineering duties with leadership responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Mobile Software to prioritize and delegate tasks for both yourself and your team.
In addition to collaboration with mobile developers, you’ll also be part of a team of engineers working on web development, firmware, wireless networking protocols, hardware, QA, and more. You’ll also work closely with UI/UX and product management to ensure high-quality production and deployment of fully integrated applications that serve as the interface for goTenna’s next-generation communication systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the Flutter Software Team and deliver results by coaching, developing, and managing employees.
Be a highly effective technical leader-by-example, mentoring the Flutter development team and bringing your expertise to guide the design, development, and maintenance of goTenna mobile applications.
Review new product requirements for goTenna mobile apps, then design and implement the data model, control, and customer-facing aspects for those features.
Ensure the highest quality and performance of goTenna’s mobile software by leading the Flutter Software Team in writing world-class code.
Collaborate with firmware, hardware, QA, and product management teams to define, implement, and ship new features.
Ensure highest quality and performance of goTenna’s mobile apps.
Design and develop SDKs for internal and third-party developers.
Providing engineering support for customer issues and general problem-solving.
Giving support to product managers to answer technical customer questions.
Release mobile apps and monitor performance in the Play Store & App Store using Cocoapods, Firebase, Gradle/Maven, Git, and Android studio developer tools.
Required Experience:
8+ years mobile software engineering experience.
2+ years' experience managing mobile software engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Experience with MVVM and similar Mobile Architecture.
Experience with Flutter development.
Experience developing multithreading apps, performance tuning, and debugging
Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces
Experience with developer tools like Firebase, Maven, Gradle, Git and Android Studio.
Experience mentoring and supporting peers and fostering best engineering practices.
Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Lean development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proven track record of taking initiative to proactively resolve technical issues.
Knowledge of Design patterns.
Experience with Riverpod.
Experience with UML diagrams.
Experience with Dart Futures.
Preferred Experience:
Additional development experience with other platforms and languages such as iOS development in Swift
Experience writing Bluetooth apps & familiarity with Bluetooth SDKs.
