We’re a fast-scaling global fintech, backed by Mastercard and Tier-1 global investors, with $72M total fundraised. After scaling rapidly across international markets, we’re now launching and growing our presence in North America.
This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, help shape qlub’s global growth story, and play a key role in building high-performing teams and customer partnerships in one of our most important new markets.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to help launch and scale qlub’s go-to-market strategy across North America.
As one of our first sales hires in the region, you’ll play a critical role in building qlub’s presence from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for developing pipeline, closing early customers, building strong relationships across the restaurant and hospitality industry, and helping shape the sales motion that will support our growth in the U.S. market.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys ownership, and is excited by the opportunity to build. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and operations to understand the market, shape our messaging, and help restaurant partners unlock better guest experiences, faster payments, and stronger revenue impact.
What You’ll Be Driving
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and close
Build and manage a strong pipeline of restaurant groups, hospitality partners, and operators across North America
Develop outbound and inbound sales strategies tailored to the U.S. market
Educate prospects on qlub’s platform, including Pay-at-Table, Order-and-Pay, Payment Links, and value-added products
Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners, operators, finance leaders, and hospitality groups
Act as the voice of the U.S. customer by sharing market feedback with product, leadership, and operations
Support the creation of early sales playbooks, messaging, pricing feedback, and pipeline processes
Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth handover from signed customer to onboarding and launch
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while operating with speed, discipline, and ownership
What We’re Looking For
Experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, payments, hospitality tech, or restaurant technology
Strong understanding of the restaurant, hospitality, or payments landscape in North America
Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, manage deals, and close customers independently
Experience selling into restaurant groups, hospitality operators, or multi-location businesses would be a strong advantage
Comfortable selling a multi-product platform using a consultative, value-led approach
Previous experience in a high-growth startup or early-stage market launch environment is highly preferred
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn market feedback into clear sales insights
Confident operating in ambiguity, building structure where it does not yet exist, and moving quickly without needing heavy direction
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are
Entrepreneurial and excited by the challenge of building something from zero to one
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly accountable
A natural relationship builder who knows how to create trust with customers
Commercially sharp, resilient, and comfortable with a high level of ownership
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to test, learn, and adapt quickly
Excited by fast growth, market expansion, and the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one
