SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
ROLE:
SentiLink builds the fraud detection and identity verification models much of the US financial system runs on. As an Applied ML Manager, you own a core area end to end.
You'll lead a team of 4 applied ML scientists, 6 by the end of 2026, all experienced and technically deep enough to challenge you daily. This is a people management role that stays close to the work: you'll coach, review code, and contribute directly where it matters most.
Data science drives product decisions here, and the growth path from this role is strategic leadership in both the product and ML domains you own. We use AI across all of our work, are exploring where it belongs in the products themselves, and hold a hard line on AI safety and data governance.
Technologies: Python 3, PostgreSQL, AWS, XGBoost, scikit-learn, pandas, Elasticsearch and OpenSearch, Neo4j, MLflow, Flyte, and use of modern LLM tooling.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly manage a team of applied ML scientists, 4 today and growing to 6 by the end of 2026, and help set the engineering and modeling practices they work by.
- Own execution for your area: priorities, delivery, and the results your team produces.
- Coach and mentor team members through model development, experimentation, and technical decision making, and remain hands-on where it matters most, including code review and production systems.
- Partner with senior leadership, Product, Engineering, and Risk to prioritize work and deliver impactful ML solutions.
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and results clearly, and grow into representing your domain in product strategy discussions.
- Develop and improve SentiLink's fraud detection and identity models across the full lifecycle: data acquisition, feature engineering, labeling strategy, model training, experimentation, production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Research emerging fraud patterns, build new ML capabilities for identity verification and financial risk, and design analyses that inform product and business decisions.
- Use AI throughout your team's work, help push the boundary on what that unlocks, and contribute to our exploration of where AI belongs inside the products themselves.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of industry experience applying machine learning or statistics to real-world problems, including 3+ years directly managing machine learning or data science teams. Experience at high-growth startups preferred.
- Experience leading ML or data science teams in fraud, identity, fintech, banking, financial services, payments, or adjacent risk-focused domains, and interest in growing into ownership of product direction for that domain.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Demonstrated success developing and deploying production machine learning models, plus experience writing production-quality Python code and tests.
- Strong practical ML and applied statistics knowledge: able to scope solutions quickly with standard tooling and go deep where it pays off.
- Comfortable working end to end, with a track record of measurable business impact: planning, defining success criteria, getting buy-in, building the solution, and delivering it, whether in production, in a deck, or as strategy.
- Comfortable with modern LLMs and AI-assisted development workflows and interested in pushing them further. Sound judgment when working with sensitive data under real information security and data governance constraints.
- Strong communicator who enjoys mentoring others while remaining technically hands-on. Detail oriented and thoughtful, someone we can rely on to make high-stakes calls while thriving on varied, open-ended, high-impact problems.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States.
COMPENSATION:
$200,000-$250,000/year + equity + benefits
PERKS:
- Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
- 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
- Flexible paid time off
- Regular company-wide in-person events
- Home office stipend, and more!

Product Manager - Strategic Partner Integrations (Bay Area based)

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
More than 10 million developers build on it, from solo founders shipping over a weekend to teams and builders via Vercel, Lovable and Stripe, and every one of them reaches Supabase through a surface: an API, an auth flow, an SDK, or a Partner's product with Supabase integrated.
The current and next wave of software leans on those surfaces harder than any before it.
Agents now act on behalf of developers and end users, authentication has to work machine-to-machine as seamlessly as it once worked human-to-human, and independent platforms increasingly need to authenticate, delegate, and coordinate with each other without a person in the loop. For a platform built on Postgres with Auth, Compute, Storage and generated Data APIs at its core, the surfaces where Supabase meets Partners and their systems are some of the most important avenues that we own - this role owns these surfaces.
This role owns a focused portfolio of those Partners. Not the platform as a whole, but a small number of strategic Partners whose integrations you are accountable for making excellent. Success here is a product measure, not a commercial one: the integration is high quality, the developers who use it are well served, and it keeps improving. That means living close to those developers, obsessing over where the integration fails them, and turning what you learn into the roadmap. It is a product and engineering job first, because the best integrations are won in architecture reviews and pull requests, not in meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Owning the success of a focused portfolio of strategic Partners, a small number of them rather than the platform as a whole. You are accountable for the outcome of each partnership: a high-quality integration that the developers who use it reach for, and that keeps getting better.
- Living close to the developers who use these integrations. Talking to them constantly, finding where each integration breaks down in real use, and building the roadmap from that signal rather than from a Partner's wishlist.
- Deciding the right integration model for each Partner: what Supabase owns, what the Partner owns, what you build jointly, and what stays open and Partner-agnostic, reading whether the two roadmaps run together or diverge and choosing accordingly.
- Working hands-on with each Partner's product and engineering counterparts to ship. Holding your own in an architecture review and a code-level design discussion, and turning strategy into shipped, high-quality integrations rather than long conversations.
- Setting the quality bar for what a great integration looks like, and building the mechanisms (documentation, tooling, guardrails, versioning) that hold every Partner to it as adoption scales.
- Defining what success looks like for each integration and measure it honestly: adoption by the developers who use it, integration quality, and reliability in real use. Using those signals to decide how deep to go with each Partner and where to push the integration next.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with strong product instincts, and are technical enough to read an architecture doc, follow a design discussion, and ask the right questions.
- Are based in the San Francisco Bay Area. While we hire globally for almost all roles, this role requires being located near SF.
- Have shipped integration or platform surfaces that other companies' systems build against, owning APIs, auth or identity flows, or developer-facing platform surfaces end to end, and can reason at the product level about how two independent systems should authenticate and exchange data: where to be open, where to be strict, and where trust lies in these integrations. Familiarity with more recent primitives like workers/agent sandboxes and developer-tooling products, or with machine-to-machine authentication, is a bonus.
- Are biased toward speed, and would rather ship something imperfect (but secure) while learning than spend another month polishing a spec.
- Build with what you own, using the surfaces on your roadmap the way a Partner would: standing up an auth flow, calling the Data API, deploying a database, wiring Supabase into another product. You form opinions through first-hand use.
- Comfortable using AI tools to compress the slower parts of the role, like research, drafting, and synthesising feedback, so you spend more time on judgment calls.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote, so you make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites

- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring the first Technical Program Manager to join a newly formed Technical Program Management function, reporting to the Head of TPM. This is a founding role, you’ll help design and build how strategic, cross-functional work gets delivered across a global organization. TPMs at Supabase own the connective tissue between teams and between functions, managing the dependencies of our largest programs, and author and maintain/improve the standard of using Linear. This role is a strong fit for someone who has a genuine curiosity about ambiguous, complex problems, is self-directed and has conviction in their craft.

- Design systems by building the tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms that surface risk and progress.
- Build process to ensure launch readiness is predictable, consistent and coordinated across all cross-functional participants.
- Ask the questions that clarify priority and scope, giving async teams the context to keep building and unblocking.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintain transparency into program goals, commitments, risk and delivery quality, primarily through clear written communication.

- Map dependencies and relationships across projects and teams, coordinating delivery across groups that don’t share reporting lines.

- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward execution, grounded in data rather than opinion
- Have strong technical fluency to self-identify risk in a plan and hold your own with senior engineers on architecture and dependencies.
- Experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalent tooling at scale.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
