About the Role
As a Strategy & Transformation Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to drive corporate strategy, evaluate market opportunities, and support M&A execution.

Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders on critical topics including product strategies, market entry, competitive positioning, operational improvement, and customer opportunity capture.

Create complex financial models to evaluate strategic scenarios and conduct valuation analyses using DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and sum-of-the-parts methodologies.

Evaluate potential targets, partners, and investments while helping prepare deal materials (teasers, info memos, management presentations, term sheets).

Support due diligence by coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends, track deal activity, and evaluate the financial performance of peer companies and adjacent sectors.

Synthesize complex findings into executive-ready PowerPoint decks and presentation materials for strategic discussions with executive leadership and the Board.

Support the development and maintenance of Rapid7’s annual and long-range strategic plans, helping align company priorities with market opportunities.
The skills and qualities you’ll bring include

Bring 1.5–3+ years of investment banking, corporate development, or corporate strategy experience with a heavily quantitative background.

Demonstrate proven ability to build financial models from scratch and apply core valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedents) to evaluate corporate strategy bets and M&A opportunities.

Possess exceptional writing and presentation skills, with a track record of translating complex analyses into concise, executive-ready presentations to foster commitment from stakeholders.

We are seeking an exceptional product leader to lead our Auto Product Telematics organization. This leader will be responsible for defining and delivering the telematics strategy, driving business outcomes across a rapidly growing portfolio of products and capabilities, and partnering across the broader enterprise to maximize the value of telematics across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Auto Product Telematics Product organization, including Product Design & Experience, Product Monitoring & Analytics, Program Delivery & Support Capabilities, and Product Owners.
- Define and execute the long-term telematics strategy in support of USRM’s growth, profitability, and customer experience objectives.
- Lead the evaluation of telematics program performance, economics, and value realization, ensuring products and capabilities deliver measurable outcomes for customers and the business.
- Scale telematics capabilities across Personal Auto, Claims, Small Commercial, and other emerging enterprise use cases.
- Own the telematics product portfolio, including roadmap development, prioritization, investment planning, and value realization.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Technology leaders to deliver innovative and scalable telematics capabilities.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of telematics data use cases that unlock value across underwriting, claims, customer experience, and operational workflows.
- Oversee telematics vendor strategy, vendor relationships, and vendor investment/performance management to maximize business value and performance.
- Drive the design and evolution of telematics customer experiences, including ownership of key mobile app experiences and customer touchpoints.
- Ensure successful rollout and adoption of telematics products and capabilities through strong program delivery and cross-functional execution.
- Partner closely with Service organizations to support frontline readiness, training, knowledge management, escalations, and customer support experiences.
- Monitor competitive trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to inform future telematics strategy and investments.

The Director, Data Science Product Management supports the organization, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of data science work that enables machine learning and AI solutions across Liberty Mutual. This role develops and drives product vision, represents the voice of the customer, and partners closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
This role serves as the Product Owner for a portfolio of data science enablement capabilities, partnering with engineering teams to translate customer needs into prioritized roadmaps, backlogs, and delivered solutions.
This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong data science or technical expertise with product thinking and stakeholder leadership. Responsibilities
- Develop and drive product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for a portfolio of data science enablement capabilities.
- Develop business value estimates and success measures to inform prioritization and evaluate outcomes.

This role is a unique opportunity to be the dedicated advanced analytics expert for a high-growth channel that’s still in its early chapters. Launched in 2023, piloted through 2024, and now rapidly scaling with an expanding partner base. You’ll work closely with SPG relationship managers and leadership, partner with product teams, and present findings regularly to SPG leadership and their direct reports. The work centers on funnel optimization, A/B testing, and answering critical questions around questionnaire design and underwriting defaults across diverse partner experiences.
