Who We Are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About The Team
Specialist Solutions Architects (SSA) are domain experts aligned to specific Stripe solutions and customer buying centers. We have in-depth knowledge of specific solution offerings and a deep understanding of customer challenges. We align with specialist product sellers on deals, advise the broader pre-sales team on complex opportunities, support pipeline development and revenue attainment, serve as an advisor on go-to-market sales plays, and provide critical insights to our product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
You will collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue targets, while also educating the product and engineering teams on market trends and strongly influencing the product roadmap. You will develop deep relationships with senior customer business leaders and grow Stripe's solution offerings with new and existing customers. As a subject matter expert, you will scale the broader organization by creating reusable assets and coaching others on complex, high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe's Data products (data pipelines/export, revenue and reconciliation reporting, and analytics tooling) to accelerate opportunities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of how businesses warehouse and model payments and revenue data — data pipelines into Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and Databricks; ETL/ELT patterns; and how that data feeds financial reporting, reconciliation, and BI
- Conduct deep discovery of customers' existing data architecture, warehouse, and reporting stack to architect solutions that align Stripe's Data capabilities with their analytics and finance requirements
- Advise customers on how to design for complexity: multi-entity and multi-currency reporting, custom data models, integration with existing BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase) and ERP/GL systems, and data freshness/latency requirements
- Create and share best practices and reusable assets such as reference architectures to enhance the quality and efficiency of the broader sales and pre-sales organizations
- Partner closely with the Data product sales team and actively drive opportunities for Stripe's largest customers, leading solution strategy and owning key customer relationships
- Serve as a "Voice of the Customer" to drive product and feature request prioritization
- Identify product, industry, implementation, and competitive trends, and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders and sales to influence Stripe's Data product roadmap
- Act as an escalation point to drive complex technical issues to resolution with Stripe's engineering team
- Represent the technical health of the business on quarterly sales forecast calls and highlight deal blockers with proposed solutions
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
Who You Are
You're capable of engaging in both business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of a customer organization, including finance, data, and engineering leadership. You enjoy working on products that require deep technical understanding combined with business context, and you're as comfortable in a warehouse schema as you are in a revenue conversation with a CFO. You're excited to become an expert and to share that knowledge broadly.
If you meet the minimum requirements below, we encourage you to apply — the preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions architecture role, with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or financial reporting
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data warehousing and pipeline architecture (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks) and ETL/ELT tooling
- Strong understanding of how payments and revenue data maps to financial reporting and reconciliation workflows
- Experience working with or implementing BI/analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of software engineering and API integration patterns, including how data pipelines are built and maintained
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Stripe or other RESTful APIs into data pipelines or web applications
- Familiarity with complex reporting scenarios: multi-entity consolidation, revenue recognition data models, or usage-based billing data
- Experience with SQL at an advanced level and comfort working directly in a customer's data warehouse during discovery
- Experience as a subject matter expert in financial services, fintech, or a data/analytics vertical
- Pre-sales experience with Enterprise customers
Strategic Business Performance, Central Strategy & Operations
Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
Stripe is looking for a senior product strategist-operator to join the Strategic Business Performance (SBP) team. SBP is the "connective tissue" of Stripe. You will have a front-row seat to how the company operates and a direct hand in ensuring we hit our most important goals. If you are a technical strategist who loves to move fast and fix high-stakes problems, we’d love to hear from you.
SBP is a small, high-leverage group within Central Strategy & Operations at Stripe. Our mission is to create strategic clarity around Stripe’s performance. We work with partner teams to report on the business; dive into it to support and pressure-test our strategy, driving change wherever we find soft spots and enabling the success of other teams.
We are looking for someone who connects across data, financials and product & business strategy and can unearth a signal in the noise and either fix the problem directly or convene the right people to fix it fast.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will work cross-functionally within our group and across Stripe’s technical and user-facing teams to solve problems and design workflows that benefit our users. Specifically:
- Own the "Signal": You will define and maintain the metrics that actually matter for in-year performance. You’ll develop a "morning read" discipline—a curated, high-signal view of the business that drives immediate action,
moving far beyond standard dashboarding. - Deep-Dive Interventions: You will lead "surge" projects to diagnose and unblock critical goals at risk. You aren't just identifying problems; you are staying in the arena until the trajectory has measurably changed.
- Bridge Product & Strategy: You will translate long-horizon corporate theses into in-year operational reality. You’ll take ambiguous opportunities that cut across product, risk, and marketing and decompose them into structured
workstreams. - Synthesize for Leadership: You’ll think ahead of our executive team, preparing CEO/COO-level materials that translate unstructured signals into structured diagnoses they can act on.
- Pressure-test our Assumptions: You’ll work closely with Corporate Strategy and Product teams to identify gaps between our external market forces and our internal execution.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product/data analytics within product organizations or strategic business performance teams at high-growth tech companies
- Experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, or GM-style roles where you owned a P&L or a specific
business outcome - Deeply curious about business models and data, probing into signals, understanding trends and customer usage patterns to uncover novel insights
- A proven track record of directly driving business growth through analytical insights and execution
- Apply AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, know when and how to use the right AI tools to move faster without sacrificing rigor or quality
- Strong product sense and the ability to understand the technical mechanics of how software products are built and scaled
- Experience navigating ambiguous, cross-functional problems and leading high-stakes interventions with senior stakeholders
- Prior experience with fintech products or complex financial systems is a plus, but not required
- Experience facilitating senior leadership/ stakeholder meetings to drive meaningful conversations regarding Stripe’s business performance
Preferred qualifications
- Payments ecosystem, or experience in finance or fintech is a plus
- Ability to build trust and partner with senior leaders and CXOs
- Technical proficiency in SQL / Python / R and data analysis; ability to self-serve and perform independent deep-dives into complex datasets
- Experience driving creative solutions with and effectively informing the roadmap of cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand the implications of Stripe ships such as product features, policy changes, and marketing outreach on the user experience and resulting support experience

Principal Product Designer, Supply (Remote)
Job Description
ezCater is the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US. The company makes it easy for any organization to manage its food needs and order from over 125,000 restaurants nationwide. For workplaces, ezCater provides flexible and scalable solutions for everything from employee meal programs to one-off meetings, all backed by 24/7 service and business-grade reliability. For restaurant partners, ezCater helps grow their business by bringing them new high-value customers and large orders.
At ezCater, we care deeply about building experiences that our customers, caterers, and delivery partners love to use. We're looking for a Principal Product Designer to serve as the strategic design lead across our entire Supply ecosystem: the complex, interconnected set of products and experiences that power how our catering partners operate, fulfill orders, and grow their businesses on ezCater. As Principal Product Designer, Supply, you'll operate at the intersection of design craft, product strategy, and business outcomes. You'll set the design direction for the Restaurant Partner Experience domain, influence roadmaps alongside Product, Engineering, and Data leadership, and shape how the whole ecosystem fits together. You'll elevate the work of the designers around you, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and help define what great looks like for one of ezCater's most important areas.
What You'll Do:
- Define and drive the design strategy for the Supply ecosystem: setting a coherent, user-centered vision that spans multiple product areas and connects to ezCater's broader product and business goals.
- Co-create roadmaps with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership, grounding priorities in a deep understanding of catering partner needs, operational realities, and business health metrics.
- Lead cross-domain design initiatives with company-level impact, bringing clarity to ambiguous, multi-team efforts and earning alignment from senior stakeholders.
- Set the quality bar across UX, visual design, content, and interaction by establishing direction for other designers and advocating for the evolution of our design principles and systems as the Supply space grows.
- Set design direction for your cross-functional team, running critiques and design reviews, making a clear and defensible case for decisions, and creating clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Identify and frame high-leverage problem spaces before they're on the roadmap, shaping what teams work on, not just how it looks.
- Build a culture of data-informed design decisions: track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to drive impact, and holding the work accountable to measurable outcomes.
- Mentor and coach designers across the Supply org, elevating craft and strategic thinking across the team.
- Raise the bar for how design is communicated and documented: crafting narratives that land with senior leadership and setting the standard for how the team presents its work.
- Champion the responsible and high-quality use of AI in design workflows and helping shape how the Supply design team adopts AI capabilities.
What You Have:
- 8+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, or similar role, with a strong visual and interaction design foundation.
- A track record of operating at a strategic level: co-defining product direction with PM/Eng/Data partners, shaping roadmaps, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading design across multiple product areas simultaneously, with accountability for quality and coherence across a complex ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to frame high-leverage problems, not just solve them and shifting teams from shipping tickets to solving clearly defined, outcome-driven challenges.
- A strong command of the full design process, with the flexibility to move across levels of fidelity and abstraction as the work requires.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills: able to craft a compelling narrative for both senior leaders and day-to-day cross-functional partners.
- Experience mentoring senior and staff-level ICs and elevating the craft of those around you.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools including AI-first tools. Experience designing with and contributing to robust design systems.
- A detailed portfolio that showcases strategic impact, cross-functional leadership, measurable outcomes, and a high bar for craft.
- A sharp mind, a soft heart, and a large funny bone.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with service design, systems thinking, or other frameworks for navigating large, interconnected problem spaces.
- Experience in the restaurant, catering, delivery, or gig economy space.
- A track record of driving design-led culture initiatives and shaping how a design org works: rituals, standards, and ways of working.
The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $202,000–$281,000 annually.*
*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
ezCater does not sponsor applicants for work visas or legal permanent residence.
What You’ll Get from Us:
You’ll get a terrifically compelling experience in an innovative, high performing environment. You’ll get to work with engaged and passionate colleagues on challenging and impactful projects. You will have opportunities to grow in your career, and work in a place that values work/life harmony.
