You will speak with our customers directly and share your learnings with Product and Engineering, helping shape Checkly.
As part of your role you will assist in continuously improving technical documentation, processes and policies.
During your onboarding you will be involved in our Customer Support to learn our platform inside out and understand our customers. After that, you will chip in Support when needed from time to time.

About the Role:
Netomi is seeking a Principal Customer Architect — the senior-most technical individual contributor in our Customer Engineering organization. You will own the technical arc of the accounts where the stakes are highest — first-of-kind deployments, peak-event scale, regulated industries — and set the architecture, governance, and quality standards the entire Customer Architect function operates by.
Getting an AI agent live is no longer the hard part. The hard part is what comes after the pilot: expanding from one use case to twenty, holding quality as policies and systems change underneath you, proving containment and CSAT to a CIO, and earning the right to the next set of journeys. Solving that repeatably, across every account, is the job. The Principal Customer Architect is where the hardest versions of that problem land — and where the patterns that solve them for everyone else get written.
You are deeply credible in a design review — able to read an execution trace, reason about why an agent chose the wrong tool, and design guardrails and evaluation strategy. You set the architecture and own quality sign-off; our Agentic Deployment team executes. Your leverage comes from architecture, judgment, and the standards you set for others: the reference architectures, evaluation frameworks, and playbooks the function deploys from. The operating principle: make deployments prescriptive and repeatable, not bespoke.

About the Role:
Netomi is seeking a Senior Customer Architect to own the technical arc of our most complex strategic enterprise accounts — multi-brand, multi-region programs with demanding security, compliance, and scale requirements. Reporting into our Customer Engineering organization, you will own the relationship from signed deal to expanded, in-production, governed value: the agent architecture, the integration blueprint, the adoption roadmap, and the evidence that it's working.

The hard part is what comes after the pilot: expanding from one use case to twenty, holding quality as policies and systems change underneath you, proving containment and CSAT to a CIO, and earning the right to the next set of journeys. On our largest accounts, that work needs a senior named technical owner. That owner is the Senior Customer Architect.
You are deeply credible in a design review — able to read an execution trace, reason about why an agent chose the wrong tool, and design guardrails and evaluation strategy. You set the architecture and own quality sign-off; our Agentic Deployment team executes. Beyond your own portfolio, you raise the bar for the whole function: you mentor Customer Architects, lead playbook development for a vertical, and represent the function in the accounts where the stakes are highest. COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Procurement Sciences is at the forefront of transforming the multi-billion-dollar government contracting industry with Awarded AI, our cutting-edge platform designed to help businesses excel in government sales. We simplify complex processes, drive revenue growth, and deliver real cost savings through unmatched efficiency. As a leading venture-backed SaaS company founded by seasoned GovCon experts, we are not just participants in the AI revolution; we are shaping it by solving the industry’s toughest challenges. Our “One Team, One Fight” culture values creativity, accountability, and forward-thinking, and we invite driven builders and innovators to help us develop high-performing teams. Ranked among the top 10 percent of fastest-growing SaaS companies and on a clear path to becoming a unicorn, we are seeking top talent to join our early team and play a key role in building the next great AI software company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will own the customer relationship for approximately 40 to 50 primarily mid-market GovCon accounts. You are the person your customers call when they need to get more out of the platform, and you are the reason they keep getting value from it.
You will work alongside an Account Manager who owns renewals, upsell, and all contractual conversations. Your job is to make those conversations easy for them by making the customer successful, and to give them an accurate, early read on where each account stands.
You’ll spend your days inside capture and proposal workflows with people who do this for a living. Credibility in GovCon matters here as much as customer success skill.
You will report to our Director of Customer Success and work alongside CSMs covering enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adoption and value realization
- Building and executing a value realization plan for each account, tied to the customer's own pursuit and win goals
- Delivering quarterly business reviews that connect platform usage to bid and organizational outcomes, not feature tours
- Driving adoption breadth across the platform, not just the one workflow the customer bought for
- Training new users, new teams, and new champions as your accounts change shape
Account health and risk
- Maintaining strong health scores across your book and keeping your read on each account current and defensible
- Surfacing risk early, using client data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities, so there is time to do something about it
- Owning the adoption and engagement side of any save plan, and escalating to your team lead when an account needs more altitude
- Recognizing expansion signals (new teams, new pursuit volume, unmet needs) and handing them to your Account Manager with the context they need
Partnership and relationship building
- Building strong relationships with your customers and ensuring their success with our AI-driven platform.
- Working in close partnership with your Account Manager: shared account plan, shared view of health, no surprises in either direction ahead of a renewal
- Translating customer pain into prioritized product input for our Product team
- Collaborating with other cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Sales, to address client needs and drive continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Contributing to CS playbooks, templates, and documentation as we build them
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years in GovCon business development, in roles such as Proposal Manager, Proposal Writer, Capture Manager, BD Analyst, Solutions Architect, or similar. You have lived through a compliance matrix, a color review, and a recompete.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role where you were responsible for someone else's outcome: customer success, implementation, training, client-facing consulting, or account support.
- Comfort holding a substantive conversation with a director or VP, including a candid one about why adoption has stalled.
- Strong analytical instinct. You can look at usage data and tell the difference between an account that is fine and an account that is quietly dying.
- Excellent written communication. Much of this job is email that has to land the first time.
- Bachelor's degree Business, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience with mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS accounts
- Working knowledge of generative AI and LLMs, and a real point of view on where they help and where they don't in a proposal shop
- Experience partnering with a sales or account management counterpart on a shared book
- Familiarity with GovWin, HigherGov, SAM.gov http://SAM.gov, or comparable market intelligence tooling
- Experience in a company scaling its CS function rather than one with mature process
Tools you'll use: Salesforce, Metabase, Gong, Intercom, Planhat, Claude, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation DOE.
- Competitive salary with performance based incentive plan and stock options in a rapidly growing, venture-backed company.
- Comprehensive health plan, ensuring you and your loved ones are well taken care of.
- Flexible work arrangements, including full remote work capabilities, to balance your professional and personal life.
- Extensive professional development opportunities, providing a fast track for career advancement.
Notice: Background Check Required
As part of our employment process, a background check is required. The background check may include a review of your credit history, criminal records, and employment verification, among other items. This check is conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). By applying for this position, you acknowledge and consent to this process.

ABOUT BLITZY
Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.
Location: Remote (U.S.), with occasional travel for key customer workshops
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary (bonus + equity commensurate with experience)
Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required (customer badging requirement); no security clearance required
THE ROLE
As a Site Reliability Engineer on Blitzy's Public Sector team, you will be the backbone of our platform's reliability and operational excellence for a dedicated enterprise customer opportunity in a highly regulated industry. You'll deploy and operate Blitzy's self-hosted platform within the customer's secure cloud environment, serving as Blitzy's embedded engineer on the account. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and customer success, ensuring our AI-powered development platform remains highly available and performant in one of the most demanding security environments in enterprise software. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes deep ownership of the systems they operate.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In 30 days: You have a deep understanding of Blitzy's self-hosted deployment architecture, have begun customer onboarding, and are actively supporting deployment planning alongside customer infrastructure teams.
- In 90 days: You are operating inside the customer environment, have stood up and hardened the deployment, and have established monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows that meet the customer's security requirements.
- In 6 months: The platform is running reliably at scale with defined SLOs and validated capacity headroom, and you are the trusted technical voice for the customer's infrastructure, security, and platform teams.
AREAS OF OWNERSHIP
- Deploy, operate, and maintain Blitzy's self-hosted platform within a customer-controlled, secure cloud environment.
- Own the Kubernetes-based deployment: releases, upgrades, capacity planning, and performance benchmarking for compute-intensive AI workloads.
- Design and maintain observability — logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting — that operates fully within the customer's security boundary.
- Serve as Blitzy's on-account technical presence: partner with customer infrastructure, security, and governance teams on provisioning, reviews, documentation, and operational escalations.
- Handle sensitive customer data in accordance with customer security requirements; champion security best practices across the deployment.
- Feed lessons learned back into Blitzy's product and infrastructure roadmap to strengthen our self-hosted offering for future public sector customers.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- U.S. citizenship (customer badging requirement) and ability to complete a customer background/badging process.
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration; hands-on experience deploying software into customer-controlled or restricted environments.
- Experience operating in isolated, restricted, or otherwise highly regulated network environments (defense, government, financial services, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent) and at least one major cloud platform.
- Deep expertise in observability tooling, incident management, and on-call practices.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills — you will work directly with customer engineering, security, and governance stakeholders and represent Blitzy on the account.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Experience deploying or operating software in government-accredited or similarly certified cloud environments.
- Familiarity with handling sensitive data and security frameworks common to regulated industries.
- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads or their supporting infrastructure.
- Prior forward-deployed, residency, or embedded-engineer experience at an enterprise customer site.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment where you wore multiple hats.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
You won't be maintaining legacy systems or fighting fires in a sprawling monolith. You'll be a founding reliability engineer for Blitzy's public sector business — operating a greenfield deployment of an AI platform that is redefining how the world creates software, inside one of the most security-conscious enterprises in the country. Your work directly shapes the playbook for the government and defense customers that follow. You'll have direct influence over architectural decisions, work side-by-side with world-class engineers, and see the tangible impact of your work from day one.
