I may have found the most offensive and unnecessary use-case for the H-1B visa, so I went to review their Public Access Files.

Texas has many tools in the toolbox to effectively end the H-1B program in this state:

1⃣ No contracts to companies who employ H-1Bs (or sub out to those that do).
2⃣ No tax breaks/abatements for companies who employ H-1Bs.
3⃣ No H1Bs employed by any taxpayer funded entity.

Since visa fraud is confirmed, they should stop the privilege of premium visa processing option like how it was stopped during COVID time.
