Como People Lead, você é o dono da função de People de uma operação nova em São Paulo: operações de recrutamento, onboarding (integração), administração de pessoal (CLT) e experiência do colaborador, trabalhando em parceria com a liderança local e com um fornecedor externo de folha de pagamento. Você será uma das primeiras contratações no Brasil, construindo as fundações de People. Esta é uma posição em tempo integral e presencial, na nossa unidade de São Paulo. Responsabilidades Conduzir operações de recrutamento em volume: pipelines, agendamento, experiência do candidato, coordenação com agências e logística de ofertas. Conduzir o onboarding e o offboarding de ponta a ponta: documentação, exames admissionais, coordenação de equipamentos e experiência do primeiro dia. Gerenciar a administração de pessoal (CLT) junto ao fornecedor externo de folha/RH: admissões, desligamentos, ponto, férias e benefícios. Ser o responsável pelos registros dos colaboradores e pela conformidade com a legislação trabalhista brasileira. As a Humanoid Robot Operator & Data Creator, you'll work hands-on with our humanoid robots in a live commercial environment — running operations, collecting the motion data that trains our models, and keeping the site running day to day. This role sits on the front line of field deployment, and you'll be counted on to pitch in wherever the site needs it, not just what's listed below. Shift: Morning and overnight shift positions available. Key Responsibilities Materials & Demand Planning Own module-level demand planning, translating build plans into executable material requirements. Maintain and govern the master demand file, ensuring accuracy between planned and actual builds. Analyze manufacturing yield rates and consumption trends to refine demand signals. Develop and manage part allocation plans for constrained supply scenarios. Own part change cutovers to ensure clean transitions without production impact. Inventory Management & Optimization Monitor inventory levels, turns, and consumption rates to prevent stockouts and excess inventory. Drive inventory optimization strategies aligned with production ramps and engineering changes. Own the Part Request Approval process, ensuring alignment with demand and inventory strategy.
