About the Role
Responsible for validating that proposed sites are buildable, compliant, and cost-effective. You will lead diligence across civil, geotechnical, environmental, and entitlement dimensions, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all technical diligence: geotech, soils, title/ALTA surveys, mineral rights, and access.
Oversee permitting/entitlement path and schedule governance with agencies.
Evaluate generator air permits, wetlands, floodplain, and stormwater constraints.
Manage consultants performing feasibility studies and environmental assessments.
Deliver go/no-go recommendations with risk and mitigation options.
Build diligence templates and playbooks to scale future site reviews.
Qualifications
8+ years in land development, civil/environmental engineering, or data center diligence.
Knowledge of permitting, entitlements, and AHJ engagement.
Strong project management and technical review skills.
Experience managing consultants and interpreting complex studies.
Regularly communicate site readiness updates, risks, and milestones to executive stakeholders
Establish and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the site selection program and the contributions of external vendors and partners.

What You’ll Do
We are seeking a skilled Senior Compliance Analyst with strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our growing Security team. As a cybersecurity company, we take compliance, privacy, and third-party risk seriously. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for compliance and data privacy, and will play a critical role in maintaining trust with customers, regulators, and partners. Compliance & Audit Management
Serve as the internal lead for SOC 2 Type II compliance efforts, including control mapping, evidence collection, and audit coordination.
Maintain and improve the control environment to ensure continuous compliance with SOC 2 and other applicable frameworks such as but not limited to ISO:27001, NIST AI RMF, DORA, and NIST 800-53.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Legal, HR) to implement and validate control requirements.
Data Privacy Compliance
Oversee the organization’s privacy program to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, EU AI Act, and emerging U.S. state data privacy laws.
Maintain records of processing activities (RoPAs), manage data subject access requests (DSARs), and conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs).
Work closely with Legal and Product teams to advise on privacy-by-design and ensure data minimization and transparency practices.
Vendor Risk Management
Own and manage the third-party risk management lifecycle, including onboarding reviews, periodic reassessments, and contract/privacy reviews.
Conduct security and privacy due diligence on new vendors and partners supporting the SaaS product.
Maintain a current inventory of vendors, subprocessors, and associated risk assessments.
Customer Assurance
Serve as the primary point of contact for responding to customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence requests.
Leverage existing documentation (e.g., SOC 2 report, pen test, whitepapers, DPA) and collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate and timely responses.
Assist Sales, Customer Success, and Legal with deal acceleration by enabling trust in our security and compliance posture.
What You’ll Bring
4–6+ years of experience in security compliance, risk, or privacy—preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO:27001, NIST AI RMF, NIST 800-53, etc.) and experience leading annual audits.
Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, EU AI Act, and emerging U.S. data privacy laws.
Strong working knowledge of third-party risk management practices and vendor due diligence processes.
Experience responding to security questionnaires, RFPs, and customer audits.
Familiarity with common SaaS infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Okta, MDM, SIEM, DLP, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
Support customer and partner billing operations, including invoice generation, distribution, payment application, collections support, and accounts receivable aging analysis.

Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, deferred revenue support, and reporting
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and improve the customer billing experience

Summary/Overview
The Software Engineer - Attack, will be a software engineer joining our engineering team and reporting to the Director of Federal Engineering. The Software Engineer - Attack will be responsible for attack content development and data model architecture enhancement. The candidate being sought should be a creative, self-motivated, highly energetic, results and detail oriented individual passionate about software development, product development, architectural design. Strong candidates will also have a background or strong interest in offensive cyber security.
Essential Functions
Collaborate with the Attack, Data, Commercial and Federal engineering team in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Work to improve the scalability of the NodeZero platform by empowering the Attack team to build new features and add new offensive attack content into the product.
Work with other attack engineers and N-Day researchers to understand the technical aspects of reverse engineered exploits and how they act and interact within the product in production.
Maintain and extend the platform architecture, design, and data model to support new product features.
Identify, take ownership of and resolve bugs in the product.
Maintain a high-degree of software quality though code review, testing, and production monitoring.

What You’ll Do
The Federal - Senior Backend Engineer will be joining one of our world-class software engineering teams, and will be a key contributor to both user-facing product launches as well as platform enhancements and stability. *This job description covers roles available across multiple teams. Responsibilities:
Develop core product features in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and GraphQL to support data processing and retrieval.
Design and implement backend APIs in GraphQL to facilitate data interactions between different components of the product.

About the Role
The Sr. Cloud Security Engineer, Federal performs the tasks necessary to analyze, design, configure, implement, and validate security solutions for H3’s AWS GovCloud infrastructure. This role serves as a technical leader and "self-starter," working closely with the Director of Federal Operations, Security Operations Manager, and engineering teams to ensure a secure and compliant cloud architecture. Tasks will consist of developing security guardrails, automating threat detection, and managing the end-to-end security lifecycle within the CI/CD pipeline. This position prioritizes Federal AWS environments and compliance (FedRAMP, IL-4/5) while providing subject matter expertise and support for commercial cloud security as the Federal Team grows.
Essential Functions
Cloud Security Engineering: Design and implement robust security controls across AWS environments, including AWS IAM, SCPs, VPC security, S3 bucket policies, and key management.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform to deploy and manage security configurations, ensuring "Security as Code" is integrated into all cloud deployments.
DevSecOps Integration: Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated security testing and scanning of AWS resources.
Posture Management & Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve cloud security posture by managing and tuning services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, AWS WAF, and CloudTrail.
Identity & Access Management: Define and enforce IAM best practices, including least privilege, federated identity, RBAC, and automated remediation of deficiencies.
Threat Modeling & Assessment: Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments for new cloud features to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities before deployment.
Incident Response & Analysis: Investigate suspected attacks and lead security incident management, providing post-mortem analysis and developing long-term preventive measures.
Compliance & Standards: Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FedRAMP and DoD IL-4/5.
Reporting & Metrics: Develop creative reporting mechanisms and metrics to communicate cloud risk and security themes to business owners and leadership.
Competencies
AWS Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS services and security architecture.
Automation Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Terraform and GitLab CI/CD strategies.
Framework Fluency: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and MITRE ATT&CK.
Analytical Problem Solving: Excellent skills in log processing, event analysis, and incident management.

Required Education/Experience

Certifications: AWS Certified Security - Specialty preferred; CISSP or relevant security certifications preferred.
Clearance/Auth: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a criminal background check.
