About the Role
Horizon3 is looking for a Technical Alliances Manager to help scale and operationalize our technology partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for owning two strategic technology alliance partners and one ecosystem partner category, such as EDR, IAM, Data Security, or Cloud.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and strategic partners. The Technical Alliances Manager will drive revenue and market expansion by building better-together solutions, advancing joint integrations, and developing repeatable go-to-market motions with key partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with two strategic technology alliance partners and one ecosystem partner category
Develop and execute annual partner plans, including joint value propositions, business cases, technical priorities, and GTM strategies
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and market expansion opportunities
Identify, prioritize, and advance technical integrations that strengthen the joint solution and create customer value
Serve as the primary cross-functional point of coordination between partner teams and Horizon3 product, engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership
Build and maintain executive, business, and technical relationships within partner organizations
Work with product and engineering to align integration priorities, define requirements, and help drive execution
Partner with sales and field teams to support account mapping, opportunity development, joint customer engagements, and strategic deal acceleration
Develop joint solution briefs, enablement content, demo strategies, and messaging that position the combined value of Horizon3 and partner technologies
Drive partner enablement activities, including internal training, field alignment, and partner-facing technical education
Help establish scalable operational processes for NFRs, partner onboarding, integration requests, certifications, and ongoing alliance management
Track and report on alliance performance, including pipeline impact, integration progress, partner engagement, and GTM outcomes
What Success Looks Like
Strategic partners are engaged through clear annual plans and measurable joint execution
Better-together integrations are launched and adopted in the market
Joint GTM motions generate meaningful pipeline, partner engagement, and revenue impact
Internal teams have strong alignment across engineering, product, sales, and marketing
Ecosystem partner categories are scaled in a more repeatable and operationally efficient way
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in technology alliances, technical partnerships, product partnerships, partner engineering, or a related role in cybersecurity or enterprise software
Proven ability to build and manage strategic technology partnerships that drive business outcomes
Strong understanding of how to translate technical integrations into GTM value and revenue opportunity
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive multiple partner initiatives in parallel
Strong executive communication, partner management, and project leadership skills
Comfortable navigating technical discussions around APIs, integrations, security workflows, and platform ecosystems
Preferred Experience
Experience in cybersecurity, especially across areas such as EDR, IAM, data security, cloud security, SIEM, or vulnerability management
Experience building or supporting marketplace, platform, or ecosystem partner programs
Familiarity with joint solution development, partner enablement, and alliance-driven GTM execution
Experience working with strategic partners, VARs, and broader security ecosystem players

Base salary range: $150,000 - $166,667 60/40 split annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

We are looking for an experienced, savvy HR Business Partner who operates with conviction and urgency to help Horizon3 scale through its next phase of growth. As an HRBP, you will partner closely with leaders and employees across our Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data organizations to help scale high-performing teams during a period of rapid company growth. What You’ll Bring
7–10 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.

What You’ll Do
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and growth-minded FP&A Manager to serve as a critical finance partner to our Product and Engineering organizations. In this role, you won’t just be managing numbers—you will be a foundational builder of our financial infrastructure during a period of rapid hyper-growth.
As a key member of the FP&A team, you will bridge the gap between financial strategy and execution. You will own the budgeting and forecasting lifecycles for our technical teams, lead headcount planning, and help spearhead the rollout of our next-generation planning tools and AI-driven workflows. This is a high-impact position perfect for a proactive finance professional who loves transforming complex data into strategic decisions, building scalable processes from scratch, and collaborating with cross-functional leadership to drive efficiency and scale.
This role will be responsible for:
Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Product and Engineering on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support growth and efficiency
Support headcount planning as the company scales rapidly, helping ensure alignment across hiring plans, budgets, and actuals
Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure, including support for rollout of our new planning tool
Perform strategic analysis on business performance, resource allocation, headcount, and investment opportunities to support data-informed decision-making

What You’ll Bring
5+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise software
