Who we are
At Picnic, we’re reinventing the way employees experience lunch at work. By partnering with top local restaurants and batching hundreds of orders, we make it easy for companies to offer high-quality, individually packed meals, without fees or tips. Our mission is to create a seamless, affordable, and joyful lunch experience that benefits both employees and employers.
About the role
As a Sales Operations Associate, Analytics, you will be the analytical engine behind Picnic's commercial growth. You will turn raw data into the insights, models, and forecasts that drive how we sell, where we sell, and what we sell next.
You will own pipeline intelligence, forecasting accuracy, territory analytics, and the data products that our go-to-market leaders rely on every day. Your work will directly influence how Picnic deploys reps, prioritizes accounts, and commits to revenue numbers globally.
What you'll do
Build and maintain forecasting models across Picnic's office customer and restaurant partner motions; identify pipeline risk, conversion drivers, and revenue inflection points.
Own the source-of-truth dashboards and reporting that Sales leadership uses daily: coverage, velocity, win rates, segment health, rep productivity, and ramp.
Run account enrichment, scraping, and ICP-fit scoring workflows to surface high-quality target accounts for inbound and outbound motions.
Partner with leadership on territory design, quota modeling, capacity planning, and pricing and packaging analysis.
Champion data quality and hygiene within Salesforce; collaborate with the Systems Associate to build clean data pipelines into the data warehouse (BigQuery or Snowflake).
Translate analysis into recommendations and follow through to drive adoption with stakeholders.
What we are looking for
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Operations, or a similar data-heavy commercial role.
SQL proficiency is required. You are comfortable writing complex joins, aggregations, window functions, and debugging messy data independently.
Prior hands-on Salesforce experience in reporting, analytics, and debugging is required. You can build and optimize reports and dashboards, troubleshoot data discrepancies, navigate custom objects and complex relationships, and trace issues across the data model with confidence.
Working experience with BigQuery and/or Snowflake (or comparable cloud data warehouses).
Strong business acumen and clear understanding of sales funnels, GTM motions, and the levers that drive commercial performance.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior global stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
Python for data manipulation, automation, or modeling.
Statistical modeling experience: regression, propensity scoring, cohort analysis, advanced forecasting techniques.
Familiarity with LeanData, Yesware, or other Salesforce-adjacent GTM tools.
Experience in two-sided marketplaces, food and logistics, or high-velocity B2B SaaS environments.
Why join us
Drive real impact: Be part of building the operational engine behind a fast-growing startup that’s redefining how work gets done.
Own your city: Take full ownership of your city’s performance and see the direct results of your ideas and execution every single day.
Work with purpose: Join a mission-driven team focused on making the workplace experience better for thousands of people.
Grow with us: At Picnic, there’s room to grow—personally and professionally—as we scale and take on new challenges together.
