Responsibilities include:
Lead the design of digital and print assets — from landing pages and editorial layouts to email campaigns, social assets, invitations, signage, and decks — that elevate the goop brand across all channels.
Set and uphold the creative standard for the team, providing direction and constructive feedback to junior designers to ensure quality and consistency.
Drive projects from concept through final production, iterating rapidly while maintaining a cohesive design approach across a wide range of content.
Partner closely with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual executions under tight deadlines.
Champion and evolve the goop visual identity, proactively identifying opportunities to push the brand forward across both digital and physical experiences.

6+ years of graphic design experience with a strong background in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, and/or online media.
A standout portfolio demonstrating a clean, consistent aesthetic and breadth across digital and print formats.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Figma a strong plus.
Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
Proven ability to mentor junior designers and lead projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Impeccable taste, sharp eye for typography and layout, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the experience for the developers and teams who build on LangChain. You'll work across our core product surfaces, and depending on where the need is greatest, that could include how developers get from first signup to real production usage, as well as deeper platform workflows like debugging, evaluation, and observability.
The common thread is developers doing technical, often high-stakes work, and needing an interface that gets out of their way. You'll partner with engineering, product, and other designers to figure out where the friction is and design your way out of it.
*This position will be onsite in either New York, NY or San Francisco, CA
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build a deep understanding of how developers actually use LangChain's products through interviews and feedback sessions so your design decisions are grounded in real behavior and address user needs
- Own the full design arc on your features — from early concepts to polished, shipped work
- Work across a range of product areas and design initiatives as priorities shift
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and other key stakeholders to ship new features quickly
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 3+ years of fullstack product design experience ideally working on developer tools, AI, or complex SaaS products
- Sharp eye for detail, with a strong foundation across user-centered design, interaction design, and visual craft
- A track record of solving hard interaction design problems, particularly around dense technical data
- Data-driven decision making - you are comfortable driving user research, both with internal stakeholders and external customers, and using what you learn to inform your designs
- You take initiative and ownership of tasks end-to-end
- Strong technical acumen - you collaborate effectively with engineers to design things that are both well-crafted and feasible
- Start-up DNA - you thrive in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments
Annual salary range: $145,000-$185,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Actual compensation and offerings will vary based on role, level, and location. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
Listed by LangChain for a position based in the United States. Employers on this board attest they are hiring domestically.

Experience migrating NLU systems to LLM and understanding key use cases for RAG functionality improvements
Experience building evaluation frameworks, rubrics, or QA processes
Strong communicator across technical and business contexts
Comfortable working close to the product in a fast-moving environment
Even better if you have

Overview
Application
At Gardens Interactive, we believe that games have the power to connect people and foster meaningful relationships. Our studio is dedicated to creating critically acclaimed and commercially successful live-service games through a sustainable and collaborative development process.
As a Technical Gameplay Designer focused on Player Abilities and Combat, you will own player-facing gameplay features such as weapon, tool, item, and armor abilities, buffs, and modifiers that shape how players move through, interact with, and experience our world. Your work will contribute to combat, traversal, social, and other moment-to-moment gameplay systems, helping ensure our mechanics feel expressive, readable, and rewarding in a multiplayer environment.
While this is not a dedicated combat designer role, experience with and an understanding of combat design is important, as many of these abilities meaningfully influence combat feel, balance, and player expression.
A Day In The Life:
Work in Unreal Engine, using Blueprints and other tools to design, prototype, and iterate on player abilities, such as weapons, tools, items, armors, buffs, and gameplay modifiers for an online multiplayer game.
Implement and maintain gameplay features from early concept through polish in close collaboration with engineering and other technical design partners.
Playtest, tune, and refine abilities that influence combat, traversal, exploration, social interactions, and player expression to support engaging and readable multiplayer experiences.
You Will:
Align with leadership and management on creative goals and desired outcomes.
Own the design and iteration of player-facing abilities and modifiers tied to weapons, tools, items, armors, and related systems.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary partners such as engineering, animation, audio, art, and VFX to align abilities with combat, traversal, progression, social goals, and technical constraints.
Balance and tune gameplay features with an understanding of multiplayer dynamics and emergent player and multiplayer behavior.
Advocate for the player experience, ensuring abilities feel intuitive, expressive, and fun over time.
You Bring:
Passion for systemic gameplay and creating meaningful player expression through combinatoric and emergent gameplay mechanics.
Senior-level experience designing gameplay mechanics, abilities, or progression features in shipped games.
Technical experience working in Unreal Engine, including Blueprint scripting or gameplay systems frameworks.
A solid understanding of combat design fundamentals, even if combat has not been your primary specialization.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design intent and tradeoffs.
Thoughtful playtesting and iteration habits, balancing creative goals with system health and player experience.
Bonus Points:
Experience working on multiplayer or live-service games, with an appreciation for iteration and long-term balance.
Familiarity with layered gameplay mechanics such as buffs, passives, modifiers, or status effects.

How We Work
We believe great games are built by people who care deeply about both the work and one another. Our values guide how we collaborate, solve problems, make decisions, and grow together. Commit fully to the shared adventure we're building together.
You'll Thrive Here If...
You enjoy asking questions before jumping to conclusions.
You adapt comfortably when priorities evolve.
You balance ambition with pragmatism.
You communicate thoughtfully and seek feedback.
You care about helping your teammates succeed.
You embrace uncertainty as part of creating something new.

Each of us arrives by a different path, bringing unique experiences, perspectives, and ways of seeing the world. That range is part of what makes our games and our studio better than any one of us could build alone.
Gardens Offers:
Competitive salaries and pay transparency

Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% for individuals, 90% for dependents)
Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and additional benefits
401(k) contributions (U.S.) / RRSP + DPSP contributions (Canada)

A fully distributed remote studio across North American time zones

Physical Requirements: This is a primarily sedentary, remote role requiring the ability to remain stationary and perform computer-based work for extended periods, including sustained use of monitors, keyboards, mice, and game controllers for a minimum of six hours per day. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role. Gardens is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Encouragement: We believe that diverse perspectives make our team stronger and our games better. If you're excited about this role but don't meet every single qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
Research consistently shows that talented people, particularly women, people of color, and those from historically underrepresented communities are less likely to apply unless they meet every listed requirement. We care far more about curiosity, growth, and a willingness to learn than checking every box.

About Us:
Homebound is on a mission to make it possible for anyone, anywhere, to build a home using technology. Created by an experienced team of construction, real estate, design, and technology experts, Homebound is transforming the residential construction industry by improving the costly and inefficient process of building a home.
We’ve created an entirely new way to build homes with technology powering every stage from start to finish to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Homeowners across the country can choose where they want to live, select a home plan that’s perfect for them, then personalize and buy it, all online. Homebound has raised $150M in capital from leading venture capitalists like Google, Khosla, Thrive Ventures, and we’re scaling quickly in places like Texas, Colorado and Florida. Come build your future with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Senior Product Designer - Field AI, you will define how AI feels for the teams building our homes. You'll shape the experiences that our Superintendents and Direct Construction Operators (DCOs) rely on every day - across our mobile application, advanced AI based video analysis, and new experiences around automated data capture on site.
This is a role for a designer who blends sharp interaction design with strong visual craft. You'll take novel, sometimes ambiguous AI capabilities - computer vision, multimodal models, agents - and turn them into interfaces that feel clear, trustworthy, and genuinely delightful on a jobsite. You know the emerging patterns for designing with AI (surfacing confidence, handling uncertainty, guiding and correcting the model) and you have a point of view on how to make them feel effortless for users who are not sitting at a desk.
Motion design won't be your day-to-day focus, but you can reach for it to bring AI experiences to life and make them compelling. Just as importantly, you're an exceptional communicator: helping craft executive level presentations that carry Homebound's AI narrative across the entire company, our board, and our investors.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the end-to-end experience: Design interaction flows and polished, high-craft visuals across all of our field initiatives.
- Design compelling AI patterns: Turn frontier AI capabilities into interfaces that are clear and trustworthy - handling confidence, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop correction in delightful ways.
- Design for the field, not the desk: Craft mobile-first experiences that work for Superintendents and DCOs in real jobsite conditions.
- Bring experiences to life with motion: Use motion design where it counts to make AI interactions feel intuitive, responsive, and compelling.
- Partner tightly with your PM and engineers: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Field AI PM and Engineering to move from concept to shipped product.
- Communicate the AI story: Present to executives and teams across the company, using your work to make Homebound's AI vision tangible and shared.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design and high visual craft.
- Direct experience designing mobile applications (iOS strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML patterns into products in delightful, usable ways.
- Motion design skills you can bring to bear on compelling AI experiences
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including direct experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Comfort designing in ambiguity - translating novel, evolving AI capabilities into clear, intuitive experiences.
- A collaborative, self-starting approach; you partner naturally across product, engineering, and operations.
- Willingness to travel to Texas to work directly with our field teams.
- Interest in construction and the built environment is a plus; no prior industry experience required, but an expectation to learn the domain rapidly.

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply. To apply, please submit an application with your resume on the Career’s page.
