ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Designer at Supabase, you'll be a key member of our design team, crafting innovative and user-focused solutions for our open-source database platform. You'll collaborate closely with Product Engineers, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers and other peer designers to take ideas from idea to completion, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all Supabase products.
Your work will directly impact the developer community, making databases more accessible, powerful, and easy to use. You'll shape how developers experience Supabase at every touchpoint, driving clarity, usability, and craft across the entire product.
You'll have opportunities to lead, propose, and execute projects across various products and tools. Whether simplifying complex workflows, designing new features, improving onboarding, or elevating the overall product experience, your contributions will shape our platform's future.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Aligning teams with working prototypes, user flows, or high-fidelity mockups, choosing the most effective communication method.
- Anticipating potential pitfalls ahead of time and improving usability to resolve them.
- Leading complex design challenges, with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Finding alignment with cross-functional teams, along with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Success Engineers, Sales, Product Engineers, Product Marketing Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting or applying user research, gathering feedback, and using data to inform and validate design decisions.
- Contributing to the overall product ecosystem, ensuring consistency and scalability across a growing product surface. You’ll be solving multiple problems at once by creating product primitives that can be reused, extended, and combined in different contexts.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Prototype and show ideas rather than talk about them.
- Prefer to collaboratively work with others that have different skill sets and possess different points of view.
- Are actively building things outside of work; side projects, personal experiments; you're curious and you ship.
- Can move fast without sacrificing craft. You balance quality with speed and know when good enough is good enough
- Have high standards for design quality and user experience.
- Can write code (with AI), and should be comfortable designing for a technical audience.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

🚀 ABOUT JUMP
Jump’s mission is to empower financial advisors and their clients to thrive in the age of AI. Our AI assistant helps financial advisors automate the client meeting cycle and other workflows, turning meetings, emails, and documents into structured data, automated workflows, and compliance-ready outputs.
Jump leads its category in market share and customer satisfaction, serving leading financial services firms. We’re building the intelligence layer that powers the modern advisory firm—helping advisors save time, grow faster, and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
Jump’s team values are:
🏎️💨 High Velocity: You are self-driven, use good judgment, and deliver high-quality work at speed.
🌎 World Class: You demonstrate excellence, study what great looks like, continuously learn, and raise the bar for the team.
🤝 Direct + Kind + No Drama: You communicate directly and openly, act with and assume best intent, and handle conflict productively.
🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
Jump is looking for a Senior UX Designer (US) to help design beautiful, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile for financial advisors and their teams.
In this role, you’ll contribute directly to product strategy and design for a primary feature area, partnering closely with a Product Manager and Engineering partners to take ideas from customer need to shipped product. You’ll create clear, thoughtful flows that guide users through complex tasks, account for important micro-interactions, and use Jump’s design system and UX patterns to create a consistent experience across the app.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants meaningful ownership, loves building quickly without sacrificing quality, and is excited to use modern design practices—including the rapid changes made possible by AI tools—to help shape the future of advisor workflows.
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own UX and product design for a primary feature area in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Design beautiful, intuitive experiences for web and mobile software applications.
- Translate customer needs, product requirements, and business priorities into clear user flows, interaction models, and polished designs.
- Account for micro-interactions and moments of guidance that help users move confidently through their work.
- Use Jump’s existing design system and UX patterns to maintain consistency across the app experience.
- Propose thoughtful adjustments to design systems and patterns when they improve usability, clarity, or quality.
- Move quickly while using strong judgment about what is worth designing, what customers truly need, and what the minimum is to ship a quality experience.
- Collaborate across the design team and product organization to raise the bar for craft, consistency, and customer impact.
- Stay current with AI-enabled design tools and evolving design workflows.
- Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work.
🙌 ABOUT YOU
You may be a strong fit if you have:
- 4–8 years of experience designing software applications for web and mobile.
- The ability to contribute directly to product and design in collaboration with your PM for a primary feature area.
- Strong visual and interaction design abilities, with a portfolio that shows beautiful, intuitive product experiences.
- Experience creating flows that guide users through tasks clearly while accounting for micro-interactions along the way.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly and thoughtfully.
- Strong product intuition: you can tell when customers truly need something and what is required to ship a quality experience.
- Familiarity with and respect for design systems, UX patterns, and consistency across an app experience.
- Comfort proposing design system or pattern adjustments when needed.
- Curiosity about the rapid changes in design processes made possible by AI tools.
- A direct, kind, low-drama working style and a desire to help Jump raise the bar.
✨ NICE TO HAVES
- Experience designing for fintech, financial services, wealth management, or advisor-facing products.
- Experience designing AI-powered, workflow-heavy, or data-intensive SaaS products.
- Experience working on a small, high-ownership design team.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with complex professional workflows where trust, compliance, and usability matter deeply.
🎁 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $120,000–$180,000 salary, depending on experience.
- Equity.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Disability, life, indemnity, and other ancillary benefits.
- 401(k).
- HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and commuter benefits.
- Flexible PTO.
- Remote or hybrid; must reside in the U.S.
- Based in Draper, Utah, with occasional travel encouraged so we can get to know you.
- Home office setup stipend.
🧭 INTERVIEW PROCESS
Finding the ideal fit for a role is an art, so we like to keep the process flexible as we get to know you and you get to know us. That said, here are some steps you can more or less count on:
1. 🖼️ Portfolio and résumé review — We screen aggressively on portfolio sites, case studies, and résumés. This is the first, and possibly most important, moment to show your visual design abilities.
2. 🎨 Design review — A 30–45 minute conversation where we’ll spend time understanding how you make decisions, respond to feedback, and collaborate with Product and Engineering partners.
3. 🧪 Paid trial week — A paid trial week at your standard contracting rate, where you’ll be paired with a Product Manager and Engineer on a needed feature, check in daily, and collaborate with the rest of the design team.
- This is as much about you getting a sense of fit as it is about us.
- Availability during normal work hours is important—the closer to 40 hours, the better we’ll be able to get a feel for working together—but we know schedules vary widely and will work with you to make a plan.
4. 🎉 Offer discussion

Overview
Application
Phantom is the modern money app used by tens of millions around the world. Our product combines everything people need to manage, spend, and grow their money in one simple, intuitive experience. Phantom brings all the control and flexibility of crypto-powered finance, without unnecessary complexity, into mainstream consumer finance.
By combining industry-leading security with thoughtfully designed tools, Phantom makes powerful financial tools feel approachable and easy to use. This focus on speed, control, and user experience has fueled rapid growth, with a community of 20M+ people, reaching #1 in the Google Play Store finance category, and consistently ranking as a Top 50 app across all categories, alongside some of the most recognizable consumer technology platforms in the world.
We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand Creative team and help shape how Phantom shows up in the world. This is a high-craft, high-autonomy role for someone who thinks and operates at the intersection of brand strategy and visual execution; someone who can help us define what great looks like, build the systems that make it repeatable, and raise the bar across every touchpoint. If you're energized by ambitious brand problems, love building in a fast-moving environment, and want your work to be seen by tens of millions of people, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments from concept through final production.
Help evolve and extend Phantom's visual identity: contributing to design system decisions, setting creative direction, and maintaining a high bar for brand quality across all surfaces.
Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling creative; whether that's a campaign concept, a brand system expansion, or a one-off hero asset.
Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product to ensure brand-quality creative is embedded in everything Phantom ships and promotes.
Lead creative development on high-visibility projects, presenting work and aligning stakeholders across functions including executive leadership.
Actively shape how the team works; introducing scalable processes, building reusable components, and exploring how AI tools can unlock faster, better creative.
Design and produce presentation materials for high-stakes audiences like board updates, investor decks, and partner materials that are polished, on-brand, and clearly communicate Phantom's story.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in brand design, preferably with experience across both agency and in-house environments.
A portfolio that shows both strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional design craft. Your work should demonstrate the ability to define a creative direction and execute it at a high level across multiple touch points.
Proficiency in core design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; After Effects is a strong plus).
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present creative work to senior stakeholders, clearly explain your rationale, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and confidently advocate for strong creative decisions.
Experience contributing to and extending a brand design system, not just working within one.
Curious about AI-powered design tools and motivated to integrate them into your workflow.
Why Work with Us
Opportunity

There has never been a better time to work in crypto — and at Phantom, you’ll help shape how tens of millions of people experience it every day. The Brand Creative team sits at the center of that mission, building the visual language that makes Phantom feel like the most trusted, most polished product in the space.
First impressions matter: Wallets are responsible for a users first impression with crypto and onboarding new users into crypto. By ensuring that a user has a great first-time experience with crypto, we can help supercharge the growth of the entire ecosystem.

Apollo.io is the leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams, trusted by over 500,000 companies and millions of users globally, from rapidly growing startups to some of the world's largest enterprises. Founded in 2015, the company is one of the fastest growing companies in SaaS, raising approximately $250 million to date and valued at $1.6 billion. Apollo.io provides sales and marketing teams with easy access to verified contact data for over 210 million B2B contacts and 35 million companies worldwide, along with tools to engage and convert these contacts in one unified platform. By helping revenue professionals find the most accurate contact information and automating the outreach process, Apollo.io turns prospects into customers. Apollo raised a series D in 2023 and is backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, and more, and counts the former President and COO of Hubspot, JD Sherman, among its board members.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer who is deeply AI-native in how they work and how they design. Product Designers at Apollo are trusted partners in shaping strategy, driving experimentation, and creating intuitive, user-centric experiences that deliver measurable impact. We appreciate designers who think deeply, speak clearly, love collaboration and feedback, and are always learning about best practices to master their craft.
Our Product Managers, Design, and Engineering teams are structured as Squads focused on several core features of the product. You will be assigned to a Squad alongside one Product Manager and multiple Engineers, and regularly collaborate with designers from other pods to share learnings and ensure a cohesive user experience.
This role will initially be focused on Apollo's Extension and Settings surfaces, helping bring a higher bar of quality and intentionality to how users interact with Apollo outside the core web app. But more than a domain fit, we're hiring for someone who brings an AI-first approach to both their craft and the experiences they create, someone who uses AI aggressively to move faster, thinks fluently about agentic workflows, and designs AI-powered features with the trust, transparency, and control users need to actually rely on them.
Responsibilities
Design intuitive, explainable, and user-centered experiences that integrate seamlessly into Apollo's product ecosystem, surfacing contextual intelligence, automation, and LLM-driven experience in ways users can understand and trust.
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand model capabilities, limitations, and optimal UX patterns and translate that understanding into clear interaction models that balance automation with user control.
Lead design for the Extension and Admin surfaces, ensuring they meet a high bar of quality, coherence, and utility across the diverse contexts where users encounter Apollo.
Use AI tools aggressively in your own workflow for ideation, rapid prototyping, research synthesis, and iteration and help raise the bar for how the team uses them.
Partner with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities through research, data, and experimentation.
Design for scale and consistency by contributing to and building upon Apollo's cross-surface design system in Figma.
Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, using user feedback and behavioral data to validate solutions and drive toward the best experience — not just a defensible one.
Collaborate with your squad during Weekly Sprint Planning and Daily Standups to ensure the highest-quality experience is being built, and conduct design QA to close the gap between spec and ship.
Collaborate with other Designers to provide feedback, share best practices, and maintain a cohesive experience across the product.
Advocate for the user through interviews, usability tests, and behavioral analytics and triangulate across signals to form well-grounded points of view.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web-based products founded in data and customer insights.
You work in an AI-first way. You use LLMs, AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar), and generative workflows as a normal part of how you work — not occasionally, but daily.
Experience designing AI-powered features — conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, agentic workflows, or generative AI applications with a nuanced understanding of how to design for trust, transparency, and appropriate user control.
Strong discernment: you can evaluate AI-generated output critically, identify what's wrong or missing, and know when to accept, redirect, or discard a direction. You are the editorial layer that makes AI useful.
You have expert design instincts and best-practice knowledge to translate user problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into excellent product experiences and you can do it quickly without sacrificing quality.
You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work across multiple projects simultaneously, and brings genuine ownership to your work.
You have experience creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma, and generative AI design tools.
You are a voracious learner — continuously learning how to improve customer experience, drive core metrics, and get the most out of modern design tools and AI capabilities.
You're experimentation-oriented: able to conduct user interviews, form hypotheses, test with prototypes or live experiments, and iterate on what you learn.
You have a passion for typography and copywriting, and know how to write simple, compelling microcopy that supports your UI design.
You think in systems — across surfaces, states, and user journeys — not just screens.
No big ego. We uphold strong rhythms within our PM, Engineering, and Design squads because everyone has respect for each other and a shared understanding of Apollo's goals, vision, and operating principles.
Experience designing for browser extensions, mobile apps, or similarly constrained, high-frequency surfaces is a plus, though not required for this role.
The listed Pay Range reflects the total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonus target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits for this role may include: equity; company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; at least 10 paid holidays per year, flex PTO, and parental leave; employee assistance program and wellbeing benefits; global travel coverage; life/AD&D/STD/LTD insurance; FSA/HSA and medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
