Fervo's mission is to use innovation in geoscience to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. The company has developed the world's most successful commercial enhanced geothermal system, completed in 2023, and has raised substantial capital from leading investors and public markets to build a multi-billion-dollar project pipeline delivering 24/7 carbon-free energy. The GIS Data Administrator owns the integrity, architecture, and governance of Fervo's enterprise geodatabase and spatial data ecosystem. This role sits on the data infrastructure side of Fervo's GIS program — administering the geodatabase, building data pipelines, and maintaining the authoritative land status, project boundary, and operational spatial datasets that GIS analysis, applications, and field operations all depend on.The GIS Data Administrator works closely with the GIS Developer and GIS team to ensure that data is accurate, well-organized, and reliably accessible across the organization.

Cape Station is the first plant in what will become a fleet of GeoBlocks — standardized, repeatable geothermal power plants deployed at scale. Commissioning is the discipline that turns a constructed asset into an operating one, and today that discipline runs largely through contracted, third-party support. As the fleet grows, that model does not scale: commissioning has to become a centralized, Fervo-owned function with a strategy, a standard playbook, and a team that gets faster and safer with every unit brought online. The Director, Commissioning owns that build-out.This is a first-of-its-kind role at Fervo: you are accountable for all commissioning activity across the GeoBlocks portfolio and for the formal transfer of custody of every system and unit from construction to operations. You will run commissioning and turnover for all assets while simultaneously designing the strategy, org structure, and systems that bring commissioning in-house for every GeoBlock that follows. You report to the VP of Operations and sit at the head of the commissioning organization — execution, technical authority, and process/systems — partnering closely with Production Engineering, Operations Engineering, O&M, and HSSE leadership.

Fervo is working to build the most cost-effective, repeatable geothermal power plants in the world. Delivering on this mission requires deep subsurface understanding, disciplined execution in the field, and continuous learning across the full project lifecycle. Joining Fervo’s Subsurface organization means operating at the intersection of geology, engineering, and real-world execution where data-driven decisions directly shape development outcomes. We are seeking a Geologist who is excited by Fervo’s mission and motivated to support the design, planning, and execution of large-scale geothermal developments. This role is ideal for a geologist with operational experience, strong technical fundamentals, and a desire to grow into increasing technical and execution responsibility within a highly collaborative environment. The Geologist supports wellfield design, planning, and execution activities across Fervo’s geothermal development portfolio. This role contributes to subsurface characterization, geologic modeling, and operational decision-making during drilling, completion, and testing activities.Working closely with senior geologists, reservoir engineers, geophysicists, and drilling and completions teams, the Geologist integrates geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to build and maintain conceptual and three-dimensional geologic models. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong communication skills, comfort working in data-rich and execution-heavy environments, and a willingness to engage directly with field operations.

Fervo is building the world's most cost-effective, repeatable geothermal power plants. Joining Fervo means solving frontier engineering problems with immediate real-world impact, accelerating the clean energy transition and reinventing the way infrastructure is built. We're doing for geothermal what SpaceX did for rockets and the shale revolution did for oil and gas.We are seeking people who want to reinvent the way infrastructure is built and who want to have extreme ownership over their domain, knowing that each decision they make impacts the speed and scale of Fervo's mission. As we scale from Cape Station to a gigawatt-scale portfolio, water supply is on the critical path. Every GeoBlock we drill needs a reliable, cost-optimized water supply. Every new field brings a different set of water rights, infrastructure, and logistics. We are building the team and the systems to handle that now, and this role leads it.The Water Lead is the single accountable owner of Fervo's water program across all assets. Reporting to the Director of Drilling and Completions, this role is responsible for water sourcing strategy, supply forecasting, mass balance, infrastructure planning, vendor management, and budget ownership for all water-related activities. The Water Lead directly supervises field water operations across Fervo's full asset portfolio, and coordinates across Drilling, Completions, Resource, Production, Construction, and Facilities to make sure water supply never limits operations. This is a builder role. The systems and infrastructure Fervo needs to run water at gigawatt scale are still being built. The right person has done this before in a high-volume E&P environment, knows how to move fast without cutting corners, and can influence cross-functional teams that don't formally report to them.

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will own the supply chain strategy and organization end-to-end. They will manage a complex multi-category strategy, build and maintain supplier relationships, and enable schedule discipline, team development, and the systems and processes required to make the function a highly effective operational asset. This person will build the supply chain organization that matches our rapidly scaling deployment strategy. This role coordinates incredibly closely with Engineering, Construction, and Operations, and the right leader will have a deep understanding of those disciplines, a track record of leading high-performance teams in complex operating environments, and a dedication to cross functional collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience building supply chains for complex hardware-driven organizations who view supply chain as a core competitive operational advantage rather than an administrative function.
