ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC or SF office 3 days/week. We will sponsor you for relocation if you need to move for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams
- Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process
- Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews
- Develop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Spot and flag what isn't working such as interviewer load imbalances, bottlenecked stages, slow feedback and bring fixes
- Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 0-1+ years of coordination / admin experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
- Comfort working at high volume and re-prioritizing mid-day when plans change, interviews get moved, interviewers cancel, and you'll need to solve it without dropping anything else
- A bias toward urgency: you respond quickly and follow through without being chased
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Ashby and Modernloop (or other ATS / scheduling tools)
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will help build and scale the operating systems that make it easier for customers to get set up on Ramp and reach a simple, self-serve spend experience. You will own the loop that turns customer signals into root causes, prioritized fixes, proactive CX communication, and measurable reductions in customer friction.
This role spans a critical setup-to-spend journey. Identity owns much of how a business gets started on Ramp, including login, invites, HRIS / SCIM provisioning, and multi-entity setup. A business should ideally then self-serve into an intuitive, agentic spend experience across policies, cards, and first successful spend. You will help identify and Onboarding product and engineering teams solve issues across that full journey, preventing customer problems from falling between teams.
Beyond your product areas, you will also contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows Product and Engineering teams to scale. You will use AI tools to improve release management, analyze customer feedback, enable internal teams, and directly ship improvements where possible.
Our main goal is to reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user, onboarding and setup success, time to first successful spend, customer NPS, and the speed from customer signal to shipped improvement.
What You'll Do
Provide holistic Product Operations support for the product onboarding experience across program management, customer testing, launch readiness, change management, and iteration
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, CX, Sales, CSM, and Operations to translate customer feedback into crisp requirements, operating plans, and shipped improvements
Identify setup and onboarding issues that cut across login, invites, provisioning, multi-entity setup, policies, cards, and first spend
Build scalable operating cadences that improve cross-team alignment, release readiness, customer communication, and accountability
Use AI to automate processes, improve analysis, and directly ship product or workflow improvements that reduce customer friction
What You Need
3+ years in product operations, product management, program management, consulting, customer success, account management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS
Experience using data to size opportunities, diagnose root causes, analyze support trends, and measure whether product or operational fixes reduce customer friction
Strong customer judgment and ability to understand onboarding, setup, access, identity, or spend-management friction from both customer and internal-team perspectives
Ability to translate qualitative feedback and messy cross-functional input into crisp requirements, prioritized action plans, and durable operating processes
Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex areas and driving clarity across Product, Engineering, CX, Sales, CSM, Data, and Operations
Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, workflow automation, enablement, or direct product / process improvements

About the Role
We're looking for a world class filmmaker who can both shoot and edit Ramp's Customer Stories. Your role will be to create new and innovative storytelling techniques that celebrate the people and businesses using Ramp to do extraordinary things.
Ramp's customer films are cinematic, character-led, and entertainment-first. They are not testimonials shot at a desk. You'll be expected to have a deep knowledge of every part of the filmmaking process, from influencing treatments, to having technical fluency with equipment and editing.
You partner with the Customer Marketing Lead and Creative Director on every project to actively break the mold of traditional B2B “customer stories.” The CD owns the idea, the narrative, and the treatment. You own the camera, the cut, and the cinematic standard.
What You'll Do
Shoot and edit customer stories films in an entertaining and cinematic manner
Influencing pre-production phase and owning production phase including: pre-production (scouting, shot lists, pre-interviews), production (camera, lighting, direction on set), and post (rough cut through final delivery)
Build out Ramp's NYC equipment kit — Ramp funds it; you spec, source, and own it
Pull social derivative cuts from every shoot so one production generates content across paid, organic, and sales
Communicate and liaise with cross functional partners to explain creative decisions and edits
What You Need
5+ years of film production across a mix of commercial and documentary-style work
A self-shooter who owns the edit — camera and post are both yours, not handed off
Character-driven work on your reel — you can find the human story inside a business context
A background in indie filmmaking, post-production houses, or film-leaning production houses
Strong editorial eye — you edit your own work and you know when a cut is done
Shipped social-cut formats — you can pull a 30-second cut from a 5-minute doc without losing what makes it work
Understands how to draw out the value customers get with Ramp, whilst wrapping it in a compelling narrative.
Comfortable as the only person on a shoot; capable of directing a small crew (lighting, sound) when necessary
AI editing and post tools (Descript, Runway, Adobe AI)
Able to travel frequently for on-location shoots
Based in NYC (or SF and able to frequently travel)
Nice-to-Haves
Strong stills photography on your reel
Drone certification
Strong connections to the film-making industry e.g editors, sound, and lighting collaborators
