About Eve
Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how law is practiced, this is where you belong.
Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
The Role: Sales Development Representative: As a Sales Development Representative, you are the engine of our sales team. You'll be the first point of contact with our future customers, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This is a high-impact role for a driven individual who is eager to learn, implement feedback, and own their path to success. You'll work closely with Account Executives and have a clear path to promotion.
What You'll Do:
Own the Pipeline: Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with our target law firms, actively managing a high-volume pipeline.
High-Volume Engagement: Commit to over 125 activities per day, including 80+ calls, to connect with key decision-makers and generate interest.
Qualify & Discover: Conduct compelling discovery calls that uncover customer pain points and build a strong foundation for the Account Executive team.
Master the Message: Become an expert in our product's value proposition and articulate it effectively to prospects.
Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with our Account Executive team, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.
Hit Your Goals: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created.
Accelerate Your Career: Develop advanced sales skills through mentorship from our elite sales team, with opportunities to specialize in enterprise accounts, industry verticals, or sales training and development. Clear path to promotion to full sales cycle roles for top performer
What We're Looking For:
Hunger & Drive: You are highly motivated and driven to achieve success in a competitive sales environment. You see "no" as a challenge to overcome, not a rejection.
Experience: 6-18 months of SDR/Prospecting experience in a b2b SaaS environment
Coachability: You actively ask for feedback and demonstrate a genuine ability to implement it quickly and effectively. You are always looking for ways to improve.
Resilience: You are not afraid of daily rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Curiosity: You are a natural problem-solver who asks thoughtful, high-quality questions to understand prospect needs and uncover opportunities.
Team Player: You are collaborative, willing to help others, and understand that team success is the highest priority.
A Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn and grow your skills, with a clear vision for a long and successful career in sales.
Location: This role is an onsite role based out of our Austin Texas office. Relocation is not provided.
What Success Looks Like:
First 30 Days: Master our product, value proposition, and sales methodology. You'll be comfortable with our sales tools and start building a strong pipeline
60 Days: Consistently hit your daily activity goals and start regularly booking qualified meetings
90 Days: You're a key contributor to the team, consistently exceeding your monthly meeting targets and building a reputation as a prospecting powerhouse.
12 Months: Based on your performance, you are on track for a promotion to a full sales cycle closing role
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. The Role: Strategic Sales Development Representative
As a Strategic SDR, you own outbound engagement for a defined list of named strategic accounts, the largest and most complex firms in our pipeline. This is not a volume game. You'll run deep account research, build multithreaded relationships across decision-makers, and partner directly with our Strategic Account Executives to open and advance opportunities. This is a role for an experienced SDR who wants to operate closer to enterprise-style selling with a clear path to a full sales cycle role.
What You'll Do
Own a named-account book: Manage outbound strategy and execution for a defined set of strategic accounts, with full ownership of engagement within rules of engagement.
Account-based prospecting: Research firm structure, key stakeholders, case portfolios, and buying signals to build tailored, multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
Multithread: Engage multiple decision-makers and influencers within each account, from managing partners to operations leaders, and map the buying committee.
Partner with Strategic AEs: Work in lockstep with the Strategic AE team on account plans, event outreach, and opportunity handoff, with clean qualification against our PIF standard.
Coordinate with marketing: Align outreach with ABM campaigns and field events targeting strategic accounts.
Qualify & discover: Run discovery conversations that uncover pain, interest, and fit at a depth that sets AEs up to win.
Hit your goals: Consistently achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created within your account book.
What We're Looking For
Proven SDR experience: You've carried and hit an SDR quota, ideally in B2B SaaS. You know how to prospect and now want to go deeper, not wider.
Research depth: You enjoy understanding a business before you reach out, and your outreach shows it.
Executive presence: You're comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, including managing partners and firm leadership.
Patience with persistence: Strategic accounts move slower. You can run long, structured cadences without losing momentum or discipline.
Collaboration: You work within rules of engagement, communicate proactively with AEs, and put team outcomes first.
Curiosity and coachability: You ask sharp questions, seek feedback, and implement it fast
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days: Master our product, value proposition, PIF qualification standard, and your named-account list. Account plans drafted for your top-tier accounts with Strategic AE alignment.
60 Days: Active multithreaded engagement across your book. Consistently booking qualified meetings with strategic accounts.
90 Days: Key contributor to strategic pipeline, exceeding monthly meeting targets with clean qualification and attribution.
12 Months: Based on performance, on track for promotion to a full sales cycle role or senior strategic development position.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for GTM and sales activation, you'll own the commercial success of our products in the field. You'll lead the sales enablement that equips sales teams to win, build the segment- and persona-specific messaging that makes our core narrative land in every buyer conversation, and arm partners and sales with the high-impact tools they need to close. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, sales, and field enablement.
What You'll Do
Own the development and execution of GTM programs, sales plays, and field activation strategies that drive pipeline, seller productivity, and revenue growth for the business.
Create and maintain high-impact sales tools: pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, ROI tools, and one-pagers
Partner with sales leadership to assess the ongoing needs of the sales team, identifying and addressing knowledge or skill gaps
Lead cross-functional enablement planning to ensure sellers are ramped and ready on new products, messaging, and GTM priorities
Develop integrated GTM frameworks - including audience segmentation, messaging architecture, value propositions, and competitive positioning - that translate product capabilities into field-ready programs
Build a specific enablement strategy and playbook to support our sales motion for multiple SKUs, helping sales drive upsell revenue
Partner with the Monetization Lead on pricing, packaging, and message testing to ensure GTM materials reflect current pricing and packaging decisions
Support our Partnerships team with partner-facing pitch decks and talk tracks, demo access, and training on how to sell and position Eve
Establish and track key metrics for enablement programs to measure their effectiveness and business impact
What We're Looking For:
You have 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or legaltech, with a proven track record of building effective sales enablement programs
You are deeply empathetic to the needs of sales teams and have a passion for creating tools and training that help them win
You are an exceptional project manager, capable of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and keeping teams aligned and on schedule
You have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and using insights to optimize programs
You possess a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can have a foundational impact
You are a clear and compelling communicator, able to translate technical product details into business value for customers and internal teams
You have people leadership experience or a clear track record of mentoring others, and you're excited to build and lead a team as this function grows

**Strong preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.

The Role
As a Growth AE, you own the full sales cycle and win new plaintiffs law firm clients across our growth segment. This segment moves faster than our larger-account segments. The best Growth AEs run a high-velocity book through real outbound effort, close fast, and put up serious numbers. It’s a closer’s seat, built for AEs who love a full calendar and want to win a lot.
What Success Looks Like
First 30 days: Master our product, market, and the plaintiffs law firm buyer.
60 days: Build a robust pipeline in your territory. Close your first deals.
90 days: Consistently exceeding monthly targets at high deal velocity.
12 months: On track for Mid Market AE, Senior AE, or leadership for top performers.
What You’ll Do
Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with plaintiffs law firms in your territory.
Build and own your pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, and partnerships.
Attend industry conferences and events to meet prospects and create deals. Up to 50% travel.
Run discovery that uncovers real pain.
Deliver demos that showcase measurable ROI and business outcomes.
Carry a high deal load without dropping any.
Consistently exceed revenue targets.
Who We’re Looking For
You love the craft of selling. You compete with yourself first and your team second. You’re curious about the people you sell to and the problems they’re trying to solve. You take feedback well and look for it actively. You’ve closed net new business and have a real track record of performance you’re proud to walk through. Legal industry experience is a plus but not required.
What This Job Actually Is
A few honest things about the day-to-day so you can self-assess fit.
This is a self-sourced outbound role, the same as every AE seat at Eve. Inbound supplements your pipe, you build most of it.
Higher deal velocity than our larger-account seats. The best Growth AEs run a big book without dropping deals.
You’ll talk about your pipeline, your numbers, and your process every week. We use that rhythm to stay on track and learn from each other.
Up to 50% travel for conferences, events, and in-person time with clients.
Why You’ll Love It Here
Exceptional comp, uncapped commission. Real upside for top performers.
Meaningful equity, early enough to matter.
A team that genuinely loves the craft and gets better at it together. Two-week onboarding led by our head of enablement, weekly skill-building, ongoing trainings on the plaintiff law firm buyer.
Direct access to the founders, the CRO, and the leadership team. You’ll work closely with the people building this company
A product customers love with measurable ROI that makes selling a genuine pleasure.
A market that’s just waking up to what AI can do for it. We’re early enough that you’ll help shape how we win it
Talented teammates who will challenge you and help you grow

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
