At Front, we’re building the modern customer operations platform that powers high-stakes, high-volume communication for thousands of businesses.
As we scale, our Developer Platform is how we make building on Front faster, safer, and more consistent for customers, partners, and our own developers. We build the tools for developers to build confidently on Front (APIs, MCP server, webhooks, SDKs, developer portal, and tooling).
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key bets across Developer Platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and internal customers, translating real developer pain into a clear roadmap, crisp requirements, and measurable outcomes. This role is for a builder who loves enabling other builders — someone who can balance platform strategy with pragmatic execution and a high bar for quality.
What will you be doing?
Own Front's API, MCP, and AI connectivity strategy — including how external AI agents and systems interact with Front
Partner deeply with engineering to define platform primitives (APIs, webhooks, SDKs, developer portal, tooling) that are scalable, secure, easy to adopt, and tied to real world use cases
Identify, prioritize, and solve the highest-leverage customer pain points through a mix of discovery, data, and hands-on feedback loops with the developers who build on Front
Drive alignment across stakeholders (product, engineering, partnerships, security, data, infrastructure) and make clear tradeoffs to keep teams moving with velocity
Define success metrics and build mechanisms to measure and iterate
What skills and experience do you need?
5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical products or platform-style initiatives
Strong technical fluency and comfort working with APIs, developer tooling, and system design concepts (you can partner credibly with senior engineers)
Proven ability to drive ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition through execution and adoption
Strong prioritization instincts and a bias toward impact: you know when to invest in foundations vs. ship a pragmatic iteration
Experience using data to guide decisions (instrumentation, funnels, usage metrics), paired with qualitative discovery
AI fluency: you actively leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, synthesis, and execution, and you can evaluate where AI meaningfully improves developer workflows
Front operates on a hybrid model — we come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Copilot team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI assistant product embedded in Front’s inbox - the central place where teams triage, collaborate, and resolve high-stakes customer communication. This role is central to Front’s strategy: embedding Copilot into the moments that matter most in the Inbox (summarize, prioritize, draft, classify, route, and learn) while maintaining the speed, quality, and trust required for customer-facing work. In this role, you’ll set direction, work through ambiguity, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, marketing, data, sales) to deliver innovative yet intuitive solutions that meet customers’ needs and drive business impact. This is a high visibility role that interfaces regularly with our executive team.
What will you be doing?
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot product, and how it can help our inbox users with their workflows. Make high-judgment decisions on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing to maximize impact
Use quantitative (e.g. metrics, analytics) and qualitative (e.g. user feedback) data, market and user research, and strong product intuition to identify and prioritize opportunities to continuously improve the product
Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration
Partner deeply with engineering and design to drive outcomes, and collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners (including marketing, data, sales and GTM).
Drive clarity and alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives and adjacent teams.
What skills and experience do you need?
7+ years of experience in product management, or related roles, in a technology-driven environment.
Strong design thinking and systems thinking skills: You can break down complex problems, understand interdependencies, and envision cohesive, scalable solutions that prioritize user experience.
Excellent product intuition and taste: You know what great looks like and push your team to achieve it.
Ownership mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just output. You understand how your work drives business impact and can lead your team to focus on high-impact work.
Customer empathy: You are a champion of the customer and can ship product improvements that address key customer pain points and bring delight.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: you can manage senior and executive stakeholders; you take control of the narrative and motivate your team; you inspire action with cross-functional partners.
Execution-oriented: You’re comfortable managing many work streams and prioritizing; you know how to make smart trade-offs; you help teams ship on time and with excellent quality.
Demonstrated fluency with AI: You’ve used or built AI tooling and understand the nuances of AI products.
