Description
Recruiter – Community Success Managers (CSMs)
Company Context
Viva is growing quickly. Our Sales function is performing exceptionally well, driving demand for our Community Success (CS) services across U.S. markets. These services—delivered by Community Success Managers (CSMs)—sit at the intersection of social work, public health, and resident engagement, and are core to the outcomes we deliver for residents and property partners.
This success has created a new operational challenge: fulfilling 10+ CSM openings across U.S. markets on short timelines (30–45 days).
To meet this moment, we are creating a new, specialized role focused entirely on high-volume, high-quality CSM talent sourcing.
Candidates who advance in the interview process will propose items to include in a paid 2-week sprint which will constitute the final hiring “experience” – where you can both deliver immediate value and outcomes (eg: by the end of your first day) as well as assess the ongoing needs of the CSM Recruitment process and our hiring CRM (incl. HubSpot), and propose a broader plan of action and improvement – a 30/60/90 day plan you will present after you conclude the 2-week sprint.

About Viva Benefits
Description
Advisor — Investor Relations (Fundraising)
We are entering a focused fundraising phase and are looking for an Advisor — Investor Relations to help us re-engage our existing investor network, build a new pipeline of aligned pre-seed and seed investors, and drive a consistent cadence of high-quality investor meetings. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who has done this before—who understands the mechanics, psychology, and operational discipline required to support an early-stage raise.
During the interview process you will propose items to include in a paid 2-week sprint which will constitute the final hiring “experience” – where you can both deliver immediate value and outcomes (eg: by the end of your first day) as well as assess the ongoing needs of the Investor Relations process and our CRM (HubSpot), and propose a broader plan of action and improvement – a 30/60/90 day plan you will present after you conclude the 2-week sprint.
