Anchorage Digital is seeking an experienced Stablecoins Product Manager to define, build, and scale institutional stablecoin products powering cross-border settlement, and USD liquidity for regulated financial institutions. This role owns the end-to-end product strategy for stablecoin institutional use cases. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, banking, compliance, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver bank-grade, regulator-ready stablecoin infrastructure.
\n- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Anchorage Digital’s stablecoin solutions platform, and translate institutional client needs across banks, PSPs, and clearing networks into scalable and repeatable product capabilities.
- Partner with engineering to deliver secure, resilient, and compliant stablecoin products, settlement flow, and fiat to stablecoin conversion, and liquidity management.
- Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, risk, and banking teams to embed regulatory requirements directly into product design.
- Incorporate client feedback, regional market insights, and regulatory developments into actionable product decisions.
- Proven ownership of financial products for banks and regulated institutions.
- Deep understanding of API design (webhooks, idempotency, etc) and payment rails (ACH, RTP, Fedwire) for high-value payment and settlement systems.
- Experience guiding API and data model design in partnership with engineering, with a focus on security, resiliency, and auditability.
- Ability to set technical standards for authentication, permissions, rate limits, versioning, and backward compatibility.
- Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages (Python, Node, etc) to automate workflows or perform data analysis.
- Strong understanding of fiat rails (ACH, wires, RTP/SEPA), FX and on/off-ramps, reconciliation, settlement timing, and how fiat conversions interact with stablecoins and treasury flows.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on banking, financial products, payments, FX, or capital markets.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex, regulated financial products from concept through production.
- Deep understanding of stablecoins, institutional payments, FX, and treasury workflows.
- Strong analytical and systems-level thinking, with the ability to balance regulatory, technical, and commercial constraints.
- Strong familiarity with U.S. clearing systems, payments networks and messaging systems - guidelines, restrictions, membership requirements, permissible use cases, future roadmap.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience working with banks, payment service providers, or clearing and settlement networks.
- Exposure to blockchain-based settlement, digital assets, or tokenized money.
- Exposure or interest in AI-driven product development and tools.

We're looking for a Member of Enterprise Technology, IT Systems who can architect and maintain the enterprise technology backbone that keeps Anchorage running. As the Head of Global Markets, you are a foundational leader within our Prime Services business. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Prime Services, you are responsible for the strategic vision, P&L, and institutional scaling of the Global Markets division. This role is designed for a builder who has successfully managed business units generating $100M+ in annual revenue and oversaw substantial institutional-scale balance sheets.
You will lead a high-performing organization of 20+ professionals, ranging from junior staff to Managing Directors. You must be comfortable building and deeply understanding the product at a technical level, with the unique ability to navigate selling ahead—driving revenue where the product is now while simultaneously building a pipeline for where the product will be. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, can navigate the sophisticated requirements of the world’s largest institutional clients, and takes ultimate responsibility for the division's risk profile through deep partnership with the Risk team.

- As Trading Operations Team Lead, you are responsible for building and managing a global team of trading operations professionals that support our clients in their daily trading activities. You will play a crucial role in building the infrastructure of the post-trade lifecycle of the activity of various digital asset instruments, ensuring timely settlements, reconciliation and implementing strong risk mitigation strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, financial operations, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver at heart, possess strong technical skills, the ability to handle complex tasks, organizational knowledge, and effective communication and influence capabilities to help drive business outcomes. You have a full understanding of the settlement operations, as well as the regulatory and operational considerations of each step. You and your team will support client interactions across multiple teams and work closely with trading and other areas of client operations to ensure processes and procedures are developed and continuously refined.

As a member of the Wealth & Assets Management team, you will work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and the rest of the engineering team to plan, build, release and maintain high quality software. You will be the primary driver of the system architecture and technical direction of the team. You will develop APIs and automation for client services across critical business areas supporting financial advisors and their clients, custody of assets, and trading systems. Your work will directly to influence custody, protocols, core infrastructure, and transparency systems that power Anchorage's institutional digital asset custody platform.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Wealth team and other teams at Anchorage Digital.
- Mentor and guide team members within their area of specialization or domain, and help others understand the strategic goals and how their work relates to these.
- Able to communicate with different people, with different contexts and expertise.

- Have 8+ years of professional experience building backend services.
- Have real world experience building complex distributed systems. We mostly use Go, however languages can be learned. We really care about your engineering skills more than any specific language or framework
- Have led large scale, complicated projects on an architectural level.
- Enjoy building resilient services that can handle different volumes of work without manual intervention.
- Prioritize end-user experience and business value over “cool tech”.
- Genuinely care about code quality and test infrastructure.
- Have developed “computer science fundamentals”, i.e. concurrency, algorithms, and data structures (Formal CS degree NOT required).
- You have real world experience building complex distributed systems.

We are seeking a senior product marketing leader to own market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for our stablecoin infrastructure and cross-border payment offerings. This is a highly strategic role responsible for shaping category narrative, enabling revenue growth, and positioning Anchorage Digital as the trusted institutional partner for stablecoin infrastructure.
