As a Channel Manager at Array, you will own the channel relationship end-to-end, serving as the strategic leader responsible for partner engagement, performance, and growth. You will manage the P&L, align executives, enable partner sales teams, and drive co-marketing initiatives. You will:
- Own the channel relationship end-to-end, serving as the strategic point of accountability for partner success.
- Act as the strategic owner of partner engagement, alignment, and performance.
- Own the P&L for assigned channel relationships, with a deep understanding of revenue, margin, costs, and ROI.
- Lead SKOs, QBRs, and other executive-level partner engagements.
- Build strong executive alignment through organizational mapping and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Enable and engage partner sales representatives through training, tools, and ongoing support.
- Align partner compensation and incentive structures to drive growth and desired outcomes.
- Define and execute co-marketing strategies in partnership with internal marketing teams and external partners.
- Build, manage, and scale a partner-driven pipeline, driving both partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Develop and execute joint business plans that deliver measurable impact and long-term value.
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
You have:
- 5+ years of proven experience in channel, partner, or alliances roles with ownership of revenue and pipeline outcomes.
- Experience leading executive-level engagements such as QBRs and strategic planning sessions.
- A track record of building and scaling partner-driven pipeline.
- Experience enabling partner sales teams and driving consistent partner engagement.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.

The Lead Svelte Software Engineer at Array will play a key role in shaping and elevating our front-end engineering practice. You Will
- Join an engineering organization filled with sharp engineers with a track record of building products used by millions.
- Work with a squad of engineers to build high-quality Svelte Web Components that support white-label integration and can be fully customized through our theme editor, running reliably across desktop and mobile environments.
- Collaborate closely with Product Design to extend and evolve our design system, ensuring components are consistent, scalable, and adaptable across partners and branding contexts.
- Use modern tooling, including the latest AI, to think, build, and ship faster with less toil.
- Help ensure the reliability and availability of the components you build, including participating in an on-call rotation with your squad.
- Conceptualize and deliver front-end solutions with support and guidance from our Principal Engineers and Engineering Managers.
- Become an emerging expert in modern web standards, Web Component architecture, front-end performance, accessibility, design-system-driven development, and scalable component patterns.
- Spend the majority of your time building solutions rather than talking about them.
You Have
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including accessibility best practices.
- Experience building applications with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Vue.
- Experience developing mobile applications using Kotlin and/or Swift.
- 4+ years of experience building embeddable UI components that partners can integrate independently without direct engineering coordination covering white labelling and accessibility.
- 2+ years of experience building production-ready Web Components, including embedding components into third-party desktop or mobile application environments and understanding the constraints that come with externally hosted integration.
- A bias towards action. You have a proven track record of delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Array, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of products that impact millions of users. You will support our engineers in their effort to ship code that is reliable and scalable. This role will report to the senior director of engineering.
You will:
- Own functional and regression testing across the Array+ product suite.
- Test web components across Array’s product offerings to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Partner with Product Growth to validate experiments before rollout.
- Work with Support, Engineering, and Deployment to reproduce, verify, and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Validate functionality across both web and mobile experiences.

You have:
- Experience testing across multiple stacks (Go, Node.js, Java, C#) in fast-moving teams.
- A track record of building automated test frameworks for production systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and securing apps at scale.
- An instinct for using Generative AI (Copilot, LLM agents) to write cases, generate data, and speed coverage without losing sight of the human element.

As part of Array’s continued growth, we’re building our our Account Management team. AMs at Array are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve new product sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing client renewals to ensure long term partnership.
AMs will work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales AEs, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and leadership to hit growth targets by driving wider adoption of Array’s products.
You will:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize revenue generation and hit sales targets
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and deep understanding of the clients goals
- Develop a very strong understanding of Array’s value propositions and become fluent with key product use cases and applications
- Establish detailed CRM level understanding of clients in your portfolio e.g. client roadmap & planning cycles, client org chart, key roles & responsibilities etc
- Become a trusted escalation point for clients to help manage key situations, overcome critical challenges and ensure success of collaborative client projects
- Manage renewal cycles / contract negotiation by successfully balancing the needs of both the client and Array
- Understand client needs and pain points, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Generate sales reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams like Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and successful outcomes.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Account Management
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/growth targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles

- Proven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challenges

You will:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize revenue generation and hit sales targets
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and deep understanding of the clients goals
- Develop a very strong understanding of Array’s value propositions and become fluent with key product use cases and applications
- Establish detailed CRM level understanding of clients in your portfolio e.g. client roadmap & planning cycles, client org chart, key roles & responsibilities etc
- Become a trusted escalation point for clients to help manage key situations, overcome critical challenges and ensure success of collaborative client projects
- Manage renewal cycles / contract negotiation by successfully balancing the needs of both the client and Array
- Understand client needs and pain points, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Generate sales reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams like Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and successful outcomes.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Account Management
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/growth targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM systems to manage client data and track sales activity
- Knowledge of the financial and consumer cybersecurity industries and a passion for understanding the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, consumer cybersecurity and Credit Services Organizations is a plus!

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business sales across different verticals and industries, primarily navigating and negotiating large complex deals. This role will report to our SVP of Sales.
You Will:
- Identify and engage key enterprise prospects through targeted outreach and strategic networking with financial institutions.
- Drive full-cycle sales, from initial contact to contract negotiation and close, ensuring disciplined follow-ups.
- Build and nurture enterprise senior-level relationships to expand opportunities and drive long-term value.
- Position Array’s solutions to address enterprise clients' pain points and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and adhere to structured sales processes to optimize conversion rates.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine offerings and enhance client engagement.
- Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.
You Have:
- 10+ years of large enterprise sales experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience as a founder or multiple hat wearer building and selling a product from scratch.
- Proven experience selling across multiple industries including financial services
- Experience selling new business deals
- Worked with deal times and multiple stakeholders to successfully close deals
- Tailored strategic selling strategies by mapping the account of a prospect, understanding the key decision makers and buyers in order to drive value
- Stay current on industry and market trends
- A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
