POSITION SUMMARY:
The goal of the Brand E-Commerce Manager is to manage the brand website and channel performance to maximize conversion and increase customer satisfaction through a better shopping experience. Working closely with Brand Merchandising, Planning, Technology, and Creative Services, the Brand E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the digital and online consumer experience. They are tasked with channel management across owned channels, such as email and SMS, and assist with paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.) while partnering with the Site Merchandising and Planning teams to ensure a smooth shopping experience. A strong understanding of web business concepts, practices, and procedures is required. Entrepreneurship, leadership, and creative thinking are necessary.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and report out on overall site and brand performance, including delving into channel performance identifying opportunities and wins
Manage relationship with Paid Marketing agency and the uploading of creative assets in their tracker.
Actively monitor Paid marketing performance on ad and campaign level and partner with Director of Ecommerce on Paid Social and Paid Search strategy.
Create email strategies for each month, complete with send times, topics, and segments.
Brief out creative requests for creative team (for both Paid, Email, and SMS channels) drawing on insights from performance trends.
Assist in bottoms-up business planning activities from the digital perspective
Work closely with Merchandising, Inventory Control, and Creative Services to develop brand driven emails, home page and department landing page presentations, and editorials to drive key products, trends, and themes that support business initiatives.
Make recommendations based on data analysis and usability tests and to improve the usability of the site as well as the customer experience to optimize conversion.
Work closely with the online technology team to define requirements for functionality development and perform User Acceptance Testing.
Work cross-functionally with Merchandising and Planning team to ensure pricing and site merchandise are correctly set up for optimized marketing channel performance.
Perform external analysis of industry trends in online merchandising, competitor initiatives, and consumer needs through primary and secondary research methods.
Represent marketing and website needs in cross functional calendar reviews. Clearly stating what’s worked, what creative needs are and any industry trends to be aware of for optimized website performance.
Identify business opportunities and risks through analyzing sales and marketplace information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
4-year degree, master’s degree
3-5 years E-commerce experience and thorough understanding of online retailing.
Strong analytic skills and computer skills.
Knowledge of web design and usability.
Demonstrated presentation, verbal, and written skills.
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Strong teamwork skills, ability to listen, contribute as a positive and solution-oriented team player.
Ability to think creatively.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst will oversee the budgeting and analysis for their assigned brand. This includes taking ownership of the process and providing commentary to explain variances. The Financial Analyst will also be expected to support the weekly reporting and monthly projection process. They will be responsible for reporting results and preparing budgets and projections for Gross Demand through Commercial Margin in a timely and accurate manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review, develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status for assigned brands using established financial models.
Prepare and analyze budgets and projections, report and analyze actual results and variances through profit and loss.
Present financial results in monthly or quarterly operating reviews
Track and investigate variances and provide explanations for profit and loss statement line items.
Perform month-end close duties with proper accrual accounting and preparation of journal entries for the General Ledger as well as monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Provide support to Planning and Merchandising through analysis of product margin
Provide account reconciliations and analysis for commercial investment related accounts.
Special projects and analysis as required by the needs of the business.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2 years financial analysis experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Prior experience with major financial reporting systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
Must have the ability to create reports from independent data sources accurately and efficiently provide explanations for variances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly self motivated
Ability to work independently or cohesively with teams and all levels within the organization and strong interpersonal skills

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Ecommerce Marketplaces Coordinator supports the growth and optimization of FULLBEAUTY Brands’ business across third-party marketplace channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Nordstrom, and other current and emerging partners. The role helps develop and execute marketplace merchandising, advertising, content, pricing, and promotional strategies that improve the customer experience and drive traffic, conversion, sales, and profitability. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and execution of marketplace merchandising strategies, including assortment visibility, product placement, categorization, search optimization, and seasonal initiatives.
Help manage marketplace advertising strategies and campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders, marketplace partners, and external agencies; monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and return on investment.
Develop and execute marketplace-specific pricing and promotional strategies aligned with company objectives, marketplace events, competitive conditions, inventory positions, and profitability goals.
Optimize product detail pages and the digital customer experience across marketplaces, including product titles, copy, imagery, enhanced content, brand stores, item attributes, and other customer-facing content.
Partner with Creative, Copy, Merchandising, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate marketplace content and asset needs and ensure accurate, timely execution.
Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance using internal and marketplace-provided data; identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Monitor key business drivers, including traffic, conversion, demand, advertising efficiency, promotional results, assortment productivity, and competitive trends.
Maintain a strong understanding of marketplace capabilities, tools, best practices, and emerging opportunities; recommend and help implement initiatives that can drive incremental growth.
Prepare and maintain routine and ad hoc marketplace reporting, pricing files, line sheets, product lists, presentations, and business updates for leadership and cross-functional partners.
Support new brand, assortment, and marketplace launches, including ad hoc launch-related requests, and partner with Marketplace Operations, IT, and external platforms to resolve issues that materially affect product presentation, account health, or business performance.
Support additional marketplace initiatives and operational needs as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Merchandising, or a related field.
1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, marketplace management, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of online retailing, digital merchandising, and retail math; experience with major marketplace platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Experience with digital advertising, promotional planning, product content, or e-commerce analytics is preferred.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and evolving environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Experience with marketplace platforms, retail media networks, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, or similar e-commerce tools is a plus.

Position Summary
The Safety Supervisor plays a critical role in promoting the safety, health, and well-being of FBB associates. This position partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to develop, implement, and sustain safety programs that reduce risk, prevent workplace injuries, and foster a strong culture of safety. This role is responsible for emergency response, injury case management, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of effective safety training across the Indianapolis and Plainfield facilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Emergency Response & Injury Management
Respond to workplace medical emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
Provide initial treatment and assessment for work-related injuries in an industrial environment.
Manage workers compensation cases, coordinating with associates, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
Support return-to-work and modified duty programs to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
Participate in claims review meetings with insurance carriers.
Safety Programs & Compliance
Maintain OSHA 300 logs and ensure compliance with Department of Labor reporting requirements.
Develop, enhance, and support compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, and other applicable standards within facilities.
Training & Safety Culture
Develop and deliver safety training programs on ergonomics, hazard identification, and safe work practices.
Educate associates, leadership, and trainers on safety standards and expectations.
Lead and facilitate the Indiana Safety Committee.
Risk Reduction & Continuous Improvement
Conduct incident investigations, chair review meetings, and perform trend analysis.
Partner with facilities, engineering, and operations to implement safety improvements.
Support and enhance the Safety Management System (SMS).
Operational Support
Provide on-site safety support across Indianapolis and Plainfield locations, including all shifts.
Partner with Human Resources to perform oral drug screening processes.
Assist with additional departmental initiatives as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in occupational safety or related field preferred.
Experience with workers compensation case management is preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations required; NFPA/ANSI familiarity preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides leadership, direction and support to a team of skilled facilities technicians in a dynamic, high volume, multi-shift fulfillment center. Supervisors will have an active role in all aspects of an employee’s time with FBB, including but not limited to onboarding, training, development, discipline, and performance review. Supervisors will also grow their careers by learning the fundamentals of supervision and leadership with ongoing professional development.
Supervisors will be expected to effectively manage their time to plan and organize duties and tasks ensuring successful completion. Supervisors will support the Operations Manager and ensure timely, accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and optimization of resources and processes. Supervisors are expected to manage and lead people to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, continual process improvement and drive employee initiatives to create and promote an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, and committed to success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that technicians are properly trained on all required safety procedures associated with their responsibilities. The supervisor is accountable for the safety practices of their technicians.
Receives requests from Operations management for maintenance support. Prioritize, schedule, and assign work to technicians, including required preventive maintenance.
Is responsible for providing timely and courteous service to the Operations teams, including services performed by technicians.
Ensures that all technicians possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform their assigned job responsibilities
Spends time each day overseeing and reviewing the activities of technicians.
Works with Building Services team to maintain sufficient inventories of tools, parts, and supplies toto maintain the equipment and facility properly.
Processes invoices for timely payment.
Ensures that daily documentation, such as, but not limited to work logs, equipment check sheets, preventive maintenance documentation, etc., is completed.
Communicates with Operations management to keep them informed on all equipment repairs and maintenance affecting their operation.
Responsible for communicating problems, concerns, and inoperable equipment information to the next shift at shift turnover, keeping upper management involved as necessary.
Keeps all storage, mechanical, and shop work areas neat, well-stocked, clean, and organized.
Provide coaching to technicians regarding performance expectations and apply discipline if necessary to alter behavior or improve service levels and job performance.
Provides cross-training opportunities to technicians to broaden their site-specific knowledge of equipment. Conducts periodic assessments of technician skills and keeps records of all skills acquired by technicians.
Must be flexible to work all shifts as needed for coverage demands (peer vacation or illness), including periodic daily overtime and weekend coverage in support of operational requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in high-volume operations, either in distribution or manufacturing.
Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field, or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Skilled trades license is a plus.
Proven leadership skills in supervising a dynamic work team.
Working knowledge of CMMS, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word required; Access desired).
Ability to use CAD is a plus.
Union experiences preferred.

Serve as the primary ecommerce leader for assigned brands across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Creative and Customer Analytics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive ecommerce leadership within retail, apparel or consumer brands.
Demonstrated ownership of meaningful digital businesses with responsibility for revenue and commercial performance.
Experience leading multiple brands, categories or business units within a complex retail organization.
Proven success developing digital go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CRM, loyalty, retention and customer lifetime value strategies.
Experience leading personalization initiatives using customer data, behavioral insights and modern ecommerce technologies.
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and modern ecommerce ecosystems.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
Experience leading managers and developing future leaders.
Exceptional communication, executive presence and cross-functional influencing skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have a demonstrated ability to install electrical systems and circuits as directed to support the Building Services and Engineering projects.
Must have a demonstrated ability to install program and troubleshoot PLC systems as directed to support Building Services and Engineering projects.
Responsible for trouble shooting and taking corrective action to correct any and all distribution equipment program calls.
Performs scheduled maintenance on distribution equipment such as, but not limited to: Conveyor, Cranes, ASRS, Sorters, Extendos, Printers, Labelers, Scales, Scanners, etc.
Performs distribution equipment daily maintenance such as, but not limited to: Conveyor, Cranes, ASRS, Sorters, Extendos, Printers, Labelers, Scales, Scanners, etc.
Works with subcontractors and vendors; testing, maintenance and repairs of distribution equipment.
Trained to properly handle distribution equipment regarding: OSHA and safety requirements, hazardous materials, FULLBEAUTY Brands’ policies and emergency procedures and properly follows these practices.
Prepares all department documentation such as, but not limited to: work logs, equipment check sheets, preventative maintenance documentation, etc.
Responsible for communication major problems, concerns and inoperable equipment information to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Assist in the training of new mechanics.
Any and all other duties assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability to perform mechanical and preventative maintenance on all distribution equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and blue prints.
Seven years as a technician performing electrical/mechanical repairs in an industrial environment.
Strong electrical and PLC experience required.
Strong Motor control experience required.
