Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!
At Cato Networks, we're redefining enterprise networking and security through the world's leading SASE platform. As our business continues to grow, so does our brand—and we're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape what's next.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand, you'll help evolve Cato's global visual identity while creating compelling work across every major brand touchpoint. From global campaigns and product launches to flagship events, executive keynotes, customer experiences, digital marketing, and AI-driven creative initiatives, your work will influence how customers, partners, analysts, and employees experience the Cato brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems as much as they think in visuals. You're equally energized by building scalable design frameworks as you are crafting a standout campaign or presentation. You bring curiosity, strong creative instincts, and exceptional execution—and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where great ideas become reality.
*Note: This is a remote role, but we're looking for someone based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Our marketing leadership team is located there, and we'd like the person in this role to have the opportunity to collaborate in person from time to time.
Responsibilities
Create compelling visual assets across digital, print, presentation, event, and campaign channels.
Help steward and evolve Cato's visual identity, ensuring consistency while expanding the brand system.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Events, Motion, Video, and Production—to deliver thoughtful, on-brand creative.
Translate business objectives into clear, engaging visual solutions with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute ideas that elevate creative quality and strengthen the overall brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in brand or graphic design, preferably within B2B technology companies, creative agencies, or a combination of both.
Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and PowerPoint, with a commitment to continuously learning new tools and workflows.
Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining scalable brand systems across multiple mediums.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing projects, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Solid understanding of production requirements for digital, print, presentation, and large-format design.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, present creative work, and build alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
A portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft across a diverse range of formats, including digital, social, print, events, and presentations, with clear explanations of your individual contributions.
Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and a desire to incorporate AI into creative exploration, workflow optimization, and design innovation.
Experience working across both in-house and agency environments.
Familiarity with motion design or lightweight animation tools, such as Figma prototypes or After Effects.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.
A reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $120,000 - 135,000 total compensation. Cato operates from a high place of trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
Cato provides a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits plan. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock options, Health Savings/Flexible Spending Accounts, flexible time-off, paid parental leave and disability benefits.
As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status.

Field CISO
Location: Phoenix
Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!
Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more).
We are looking for an exceptional Field CISO to join Cato’s strategy organization. This is a senior executive role for a proven security leader who has carried the real accountability of the CISO chair in large private and public companies.
This is not a pre-sales role. The Field CISO is a peer level advisor to customer CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, risk leaders, and boards. You will help enterprise leaders think clearly about security strategy, business risk, architecture, resilience, AI, and the role of SASE in simplifying and securing the enterprise.
You will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Cato leadership to create executive trust, influence strategic opportunities, expand Cato’s presence in the security leadership community, and turn customer insight into stronger company strategy.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted executive advisor to CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, risk leaders, boards, and senior decision makers in Cato’s most strategic accounts.
Lead peer level security conversations on business risk, cyber resilience, cloud transformation, network modernization, security consolidation, AI security, and regulatory pressure.
Leverage your personal network of security executive peers to create trusted conversations, executive access, customer references, roundtables, advisory programs, and market influence.
Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and leadership to shape strategic opportunities, executive messaging, business cases, and stakeholder alignment.
Translate Cato’s platform value into executive outcomes, including risk reduction, operational simplicity, resilience, better user experience, faster transformation, and lower complexity.
Represent Cato through executive briefings, board discussions, customer advisory sessions, industry events, webinars, podcasts, media engagements, and thought leadership content.
Act as the voice of the CISO community inside Cato, bringing customer priorities, market trends, competitive insight, and executive objections back to the company.
Support strategic evaluations, executive escalations, security reviews, regulatory discussions, adoption programs, and high stakes customer conversations where real CISO credibility is required.
Build repeatable field assets, including executive presentations, CISO narratives, board messaging, security transformation playbooks, and objection handling guides.
Build long term trust with the security leadership community by being credible, direct, commercially aware, and intellectually honest.
The role supports revenue, but trust comes first.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years as an actual CISO in large private or public companies. Advisory, consulting, vendor, or Field CISO experience alone is not sufficient.
20 or more years in cybersecurity, with executive accountability for enterprise security strategy, risk, architecture, operations, incident response, governance, compliance, and board reporting.
Proven experience leading security in complex enterprise environments, including global operations, regulated industries, public companies, or similarly demanding organizations.
Active network of CISO, CIO, risk, security, and technology executive peers, with the ability to use that network to build access, trust, insight, and business impact.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively for customer meetings, executive briefings, industry events, internal planning, and regional field programs. Travel may exceed 50 percent.
Deep understanding of modern security and infrastructure, including SASE, SSE, SD WAN, Zero Trust, cloud security, identity, threat prevention, SOC modernization, data protection, AI security, and compliance.
Strong executive presence, public speaking, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex security topics into clear business language.
Commercial judgment, cross functional discipline, integrity, discretion, and the ability to work closely with field teams while preserving the credibility expected of a former CISO.
Preferred Qualifications
Recognized security community profile, including public speaking, publishing, media participation, advisory boards, or peer community leadership.
Experience in complex, high stakes environments such as Fortune 1000, Global 2000, regulated industries, critical infrastructure, or large scale transformation programs.
Familiarity with Cato, SASE, security platform consolidation, or enterprise network security modernization.
Relevant certifications or advanced education, such as CISSP, CISM, CCISO, MBA, or a graduate degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status.

Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!
Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!
If you are a high-impact enterprise seller with a track record of penetrating and expanding complex Fortune 500 organizations, Cato Networks offers a career-defining opportunity.
Following our acquisition of AIM, Cato now delivers a unified AI Security Platform that protects identities, applications, users, and networks with real-time intelligence—transforming how enterprises detect and stop threats. When combined with the industry’s only converged, cloud-native SASE platform, Cato is uniquely positioned to help global organizations modernize both their security posture and their network architecture.
This role is ideal for sellers who thrive in disruptive markets, can lead value-driven technical conversations, and want to be at the forefront of enterprise AI security transformation.
Responsibilities
As a Major Sales Director, you will own a curated portfolio of top-tier Fortune 500 accounts, driving both new business and multi-year expansion across global enterprises. You will:
Develop and execute long-term account strategies across Fortune 500 organizations, identifying where Cato’s AI Security Platform delivers immediate, high-value impact.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, orchestrating SE, Product, Customer Success, Channel, and Executive resources.
Build strong, trust-based executive relationships with CIOs, CISOs, Heads of SecOps, and Network/Security Architecture leaders.
Create, progress, and forecast a high-quality pipeline, delivering consistently against a multi-million-dollar quota.
Expand customer adoption across both security and network modernization initiatives, introducing Cato’s full SASE capabilities as strategic opportunities emerge.
Partner closely with channel organizations to identify, influence, and win large enterprise opportunities.
Serve as a strategic advisor, articulating the business value of consolidating fragmented tools into a unified AI-driven security and networking platform.
Requirements
Proven enterprise hunter with consistent overachievement selling into Fortune 500 or global strategic accounts.
Demonstrated success driving large, complex, seven-figure+ deals involving multiple senior stakeholders.
Background selling AI security, cyber platforms, SecOps tools, cloud security, or networking solutions to senior technology executives.
Experience thriving in hyper-growth, disruptive technology environments.
Strong understanding of the enterprise channel ecosystem and experience executing co-sell motions.
Exceptional executive presence; able to present compelling business and technical narratives to CIO/CISO-level stakeholders.
Highly collaborative operator who can work seamlessly with internal teams across SE, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
Technical acumen in cyber, AI/ML, or networking—or an engineering background—is a plus.
A reasonable estimate of compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $340,000 - $380,000. Cato operates from a high place of trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
